Description
Claims (14)
- 연소 챔버 내로 연료를 직접 분사하는 연료 분사 밸브, 및내연기관이 냉간 시동되면, 압축 행정시에는 제 1 연료 분사를 실행하고 분사된 연료를 스파크 점화하며, 팽창 행정시에는 제 2 연료 분사를 실행하는 제어기를 포함하며,상기 제어기는 배기 방출에 따라, 적어도 팽창 행정시에 이용되는 연료 분사율로서, 제 1 연료 분사율과 제 1 연료 분사율보다 낮은 제 2 연료 분사율 중 하나를 선택하고, 선택된 연료 분사율로 연료 분사 밸브를 통해 연료를 분사하는, 내연기관의 연료 분사 제어 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제어기는 배기 방출이 목표치보다 작은 경우 제 1 연료 분사율을 선택하고, 배기 방출이 목표치 이상인 경우 제 2 연료 분사율을 선택하는, 내연기관의 연료 분사 제어 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제어기는 선택된 연료 분사율을 토대로 연료 분사 시기와 연료 분사 기간을 설정하는, 내연기관의 연료 분사 제어 장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 제어기는 제 2 연료 분사의 시작 시기를 진각시키고, 제 1 연료 분사율로 연료가 분사되는 기간과 비교하여, 제 2 연료 분사율로 연 료가 분사되는 연료 분사 기간을 연장하는, 내연기관의 연료 분사 제어 장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 연료 분사율로 일 분사시 분사되는 연료의 분사량과, 제 2 연료 분사율로 일 분사시 분사되는 연료의 분사량은 등가인, 내연기관의 연료 분사 제어 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제어기는 연료 분사 밸브의 연료 압력을 조정하여 선택된 연료 분사율을 실현하는, 내연기관의 연료 분사 제어 장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 제어기는 제 1 연료 분사율로 연료 분사시의 연료 분사 밸브의 연료 압력보다 낮은 연료 압력으로 연료 밸브의 연료 압력을 저감시켜 제 2 연료 분사율로 연료 분사를 실행하는, 내연기관의 연료 분사 제어 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 연료 분사 밸브는 가변적으로 제어되는 니들의 리프트양에 의해 연료 분사율을 조정하는 구조이며, 상기 제어기는 리프트양을 조정하여 선택된 연료 분사율을 실현하는, 내연기관의 연료 분사 제어 장치.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 제어기는 제 1 연료 분사율로 연료 분사시 연료 분사 밸브의 리프트양보다 작은 리프트양으로 연료 분사 밸브의 리프트양을 저감시켜 제 2 연료 분사율로 연료 분사를 실행하는, 내연기관의 연료 분사 제어 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제어기는 제 2 연료 분사율로서, 제 1 연료 분사의 연료 분사율보다 낮은 연료 분사율을 설정하는, 내연기관의 연료 분사 제어 장치.
- 연소 챔버 내로 연료를 직접 분사하는 연료 분사 밸브, 및내연기관이 냉간 시동되면, 압축 행정시에는 제 1 연료 분사를 실행하고 분사된 연료를 스파크 점화하며, 팽창 행정시에는 제 2 연료 분사를 실행하는 제어기를 포함하며,상기 제어기는 연료의 옥탄가를 판정하고, 옥탄가에 따라, 팽창 행정시에 이용되는 연료 분사 시기로서, 제 1 연료 분사 시기와 제 1 연료 분사 시기보다 늦은 제 2 연료 분사 시기 중 하나를 선택하고, 선택된 연료 분사 시기로 연료 분사 밸브를 통해 연료를 분사하는, 내연기관의 연료 분사 제어 장치.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 제어기는 옥탄가가 높은 경우 제 2 연료 분사 시기를 선택하는, 내연기관의 연료 분사 제어 장치.
- 연소 챔버 내로 연료를 직접 분사하는 연료 분사 밸브가 제공된 내연기관의 연료 분사 제어 방법으로서,압축 행정시 제 1 연료 분사를 실행하고 분사된 연료를 스파크 점화하는 단계, 및팽창 행정시 제 2 연료 분사를 실행하고; 배기 방출에 따라, 적어도 팽창 행정시에 이용되는 연료 분사율로서, 제 1 연료 분사율과 제 1 연료 분사율보다 낮은 제 2 연료 분사율 중 하나를 선택하며; 또한 선택된 연료 분사율로 연료 분사 밸브를 통해 연료를 분사하는 단계를 포함하는, 내연기관의 연료 분사 제어 방법.
