Abstract

The present invention relates to a hot/cold storage box for exercise, comprising: an insulating box section having an upper surface that opens and closes by an opening/closing section and having an insulating material provided inside to block heat exchange with the outside; a space-dividing wall section positioned inside the insulating box section and dividing the space inside the insulating box section into a hot zone for storing hot items and a cool zone for storing cold items; and a space-dividing wall section that divides the internal space into a hot zone and a cool zone, and can store hot items such as hot compresses and hot beverages needed during exercise, and ice, cold drinks, cold compresses, etc. separately, so that athletes can selectively use items that need to be kept hot and items that need to be kept cold immediately as needed during exercise, thereby helping to improve exercise functions during exercise.

Description

COOL AND HOT STORAGE BOX FOR EXERCISE

The present invention relates to a cold storage box for exercise, and more specifically, to a cold storage box for exercise which divides the internal space into a hot zone and a cool zone, and can store hot items such as hot packs and hot drinks required during exercise, and ice, cold drinks, cold packs, etc. separately.

In general, ice boxes are mainly used for refrigerating ice and cold drinks.

Athletes use cold items such as ice, cold drinks, and cold packs when exercising, and may also use hot packs, hot drinks, and items that require sterilization such as mouthpieces.

However, since conventional ice boxes are used to refrigerate ice, cold packs, and cold drinks, there was the inconvenience of having to store hot packs, hot drinks, etc. in a separate box.

Accordingly, during exercise, hot items such as hot packs and hot drinks cannot be stored, and only ice, cold packs, and cold drinks are stored in the ice box and used.

Therefore, athletes had to selectively use ice, cold packs, or hot packs during exercise, which reduced exercise efficiency, and when injuries occurred, it was difficult to provide appropriate hot pack treatment, which aggravated the injury and took a long time to treat the injury.

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a hot/cold storage box for exercise, which divides the internal space into a hot zone and a cool zone, and can store hot items such as hot packs and hot drinks required during exercise, and ice, cold drinks, cold packs, etc. separately.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a sports cold storage box that can easily use sports gel and taping tape during exercise by mounting a dispenser capable of using sports gel or a taping tape case on the outside.

In order to achieve the above purpose, one embodiment of a sports cold storage box according to the present invention is characterized by including an insulating box section whose upper surface can be opened and closed by an opening and closing section and which has an insulating material provided inside to block heat exchange with the outside, and a space-dividing wall section positioned inside the insulating box section and dividing the space inside the insulating box section into a hot zone for storing hot items and a cool zone for storing cold items.

One embodiment of a sports cold storage box according to the present invention further includes a plurality of basket sections for storing items, each of which is positioned within the hot zone and the cool zone and can store items, wherein the basket sections for storing items have a basket structure with an open upper surface and a plurality of air passage holes may be formed in a side portion of the basket surrounding a space in which the items are stored.

One embodiment of the exercise cold storage box according to the present invention may further include a sterilizing device positioned within the hot zone and sterilizing items stored in the hot zone.

One embodiment of the exercise cold storage box according to the present invention further includes a control unit that controls the operation of the sterilizing device, and the control unit may include a sterilizing control switch unit that is exposed on the outer surface of the insulating box unit and controls the operation of the sterilizing device.

In the present invention, the sterilization control switch unit may include a sterilization time display for displaying the operating time of the sterilization device and a plurality of time selection switches for setting the operating time of the sterilization device.

One embodiment of the sports cold storage box according to the present invention may further include a gel dispenser portion mounted on the outer surface of the insulating box portion and capable of dispensing and using sports gel.

One embodiment of the exercise cold storage box according to the present invention may further include a taping tape case portion mounted on an outer surface of the insulating box portion and capable of holding a taping tape.

One embodiment of a sports cold storage box according to the present invention may further include a first Velcro tape portion mounted on an inner surface of the insulating box portion; and a second Velcro tape portion mounted on an outer surface of the basket portion for storing items and attached to the first Velcro tape.

In the present invention, a wall insert made of insulating material may be provided on the lower surface of the opening/closing part into which the upper part of the space-dividing wall part is inserted when the opening/closing part is closed.

One embodiment of the exercise cold storage box according to the present invention may further include a first intermediate door part positioned on the upper side of the hot zone to open and close the upper surface of the hot zone, and a second intermediate door part positioned on the upper side of the cool zone to open and close the upper surface of the cool zone.

One embodiment of the exercise cold storage box according to the present invention may further include a thermoelectric element unit mounted on the space-dividing wall unit, the thermoelectric element unit positioned such that the heat-absorbing surface faces the cool zone and the heat-radiating surface faces the hot zone, so as to cool the cool zone with the heat-absorbing surface and heat the hot zone with the heat-radiating surface, and the operation of which is controlled by the control unit.

In the present invention, the control unit includes a charging unit that supplies electric power to the thermoelectric element unit and the sterilizing device, and a temperature control switch unit that is positioned so as to be exposed to the outside of the insulating box unit and controls the operation of the thermoelectric element unit, and the temperature control switch unit may include a first temperature display display that displays the temperature of the hot zone, a second temperature display display that displays the temperature of the cool zone, a plurality of first temperature selection switches that set the temperature of the hot zone, and a plurality of second temperature selection switches that set the temperature of the cool zone.

The present invention divides the internal space into a hot zone and a cool zone, so that hot items such as hot packs and hot drinks required during exercise, and ice, cold drinks, cold packs, etc. can be stored separately, so that athletes can selectively use items that need to be kept hot and items that need to be kept cold as needed during exercise, thereby helping to improve exercise function during exercise.

Hereinafter, a detailed description of a preferred embodiment of the present invention will be given with reference to the accompanying drawings. Therefore, the embodiments described in this specification and the configurations illustrated in the drawings are only the most preferred embodiments of the present invention and do not represent all of the technical ideas of the present invention, and it should be understood that there may be various equivalents and modified examples that can replace them at the time of filing this application.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view illustrating one embodiment of a cold/hot storage box for exercise according to the present invention, and one embodiment of a cold/hot storage box for exercise according to the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to FIG. 1.

One embodiment of a sports cold storage box according to the present invention includes an insulating box section (100) whose upper surface is opened and closed by an opening and closing section (120) and which is provided with insulating material inside to block heat exchange with the outside.

The insulating box part (100) includes a box body part (110) with an open upper surface, and an opening/closing part (120) that is rotatably connected to the box body part (110) and opens/closes the upper surface of the box body part (110).

The inside of the box body (110) and the opening/closing part (120) is provided with insulating material to block heat exchange with the outside, thereby maintaining the temperature of items stored inside as much as possible.

In addition, the insulation box part (100) further includes a door lock part (130) that is located in the box body part (110) and locks the opening/closing part (120) in a closed state, and the door lock part (130) can be implemented in various ways as a known structure that unlocks the opening/closing of the door in a known ice box, so a more detailed description is omitted.

Inside the insulation box section (100), a storage space for storing items is located, and the storage space is divided into a hot zone (100a) for storing hot items and a cool zone (100b) for storing cold items by a wall section (200) for space division.

A wall section (200) for dividing a space is erected and placed within a storage space to divide the storage space into two spaces, and one of the two spaces is used as a hot zone (100a) for storing hot items such as hot packs and hot beverages, and the other of the two spaces is used as a cool zone (100b) for storing ice, cold beverages, cold packs, etc.

The space-dividing wall (200) is manufactured from insulating material to block heat exchange between the hot zone (100a) and the cool zone (100b).

In addition, the lower surface of the opening (120) is provided with a wall insert (121) made of insulating material into which the upper part of the space-dividing wall (200) is inserted when the opening (120) is closed, thereby further blocking heat exchange between the hot zone (100a) and the cool zone (100b) after the opening (120) is closed, and allowing the temperatures of the hot zone (100a) and the cool zone (100b) to be efficiently maintained.

When the opening/closing part (120) is closed, the upper part of the space-dividing wall part (200) is inserted into the wall insert (121) made of insulating material, thereby independently dividing the hot zone (100a) and the cool zone (100b) into spaces, and completely blocking heat exchange between the hot zone (100a) and the cool zone (100b).

Additionally, the insulation box portion (100) may further include a first handle portion (140) positioned on the box body portion (110) that can be held by a user.

The first handle part (140) is provided on both sides of the box body part (110) and can be used by a user to hold and lift the box body part (110).

In addition, the insulation box part (100) can further include a plurality of wheel parts (150) positioned on the lower surface of the box body part (110) to ensure convenience when moving.

Additionally, the insulation box portion (100) may further include a second handle portion (160) positioned on one side of the box body portion (110) and having an adjustable length.

The second handle part (160) is located on one side of the box body part (110) equipped with a plurality of wheel parts (150) and can be used when lifting the other side of the box body part (110) to move the box body part (110) with the plurality of wheel parts (150).

The second handle part (160) includes a pair of handle support rods (161) that are vertically erected and positioned apart from each other, a pair of handle insertion parts (162) that are provided in the box body part (110) and into which the pair of handle support rods (161) are inserted so as to be able to move up and down, and a handle bar part (163) that connects the upper ends of the handle support rods (161).

The user can use the second handle portion (160) by holding the handle bar portion (163) and pulling out the pair of handle support bars (161) from the handle insertion portion (162) or inserting them into the handle insertion portion (162) to adjust the length of the second handle portion (160).

The user holds the handle bar portion (163), adjusts the second handle portion (160) to an appropriate length when using it, then pulls the second handle portion (160) to lift the other side of the box body portion (110), and after one side of the box body portion (110) can be supported by the wheel portion (150), the box body portion (110) can be easily moved to a desired position using the wheel portion (150).

In addition, one embodiment of the exercise cold storage box according to the present invention may further include a first intermediate door part (300) positioned on the upper side of the hot zone (100a) to open and close the upper surface of the hot zone (100a), and a second intermediate door part (400) positioned on the upper side of the cool zone (100b) to open and close the upper surface of the cool zone (100b).

The first intermediate door part (300) is located inside the opening/closing part (120), that is, between the opening/closing part (120) and the open upper surface of the hot zone (100a), so that the hot zone (100a) can be opened/closed separately from the cool zone (100b).

The second intermediate door part (400) is located inside the opening/closing part (120), that is, between the opening/closing part (120) and the open upper surface of the cool zone (100b), so that the cool zone (100b) can be opened/closed separately from the hot zone (100a).

The first intermediate door part (300) and the second intermediate door part (400) are each connected to the box main body part (110) so that one end can rotate by a door hinge, and the other end is lifted to individually open and close the hot zone (100a) and the cool zone (100b), respectively.

The first intermediate door part (300) and the second intermediate door part (400) prevent both the hot zone (100a) and the cool zone (100b) from being opened when the opening/closing part (120) is opened, and allow the hot zone (100a) and the cool zone (100b) to be opened/closed individually.

That is, after opening the opening/closing part (120), the hot zone (100a) is opened with the first intermediate door part (300) and when the goods stored in the hot zone (100a) are used, the second intermediate door part (400) closes the upper surface of the cool zone (100b), so that the temperature in the cool zone (100b) can be maintained.

In addition, when the cool zone (100b) is opened by the second intermediate door part (400) after opening the opening/closing part (120) and the goods stored in the cool zone (100b) are used, the first intermediate door part (300) closes the upper surface of the hot zone (100a), so that the temperature in the hot zone (100a) can be maintained.

Meanwhile, one embodiment of the exercise cold storage box according to the present invention further includes a plurality of item storage basket sections (500) positioned within the hot zone (100a) and the cool zone (100b) and capable of storing items, respectively.

The basket section (500) for storing items can be stacked in multiple layers within the hot zone (100a) and the cool zone (100b) to store each item by classifying it by type.

The basket section (500) for storing items has a basket structure with an open top, and a number of air passage holes (510) are formed on the side of the basket surrounding the space where items are stored, so that items stored inside can be maintained at an overall uniform temperature within the hot zone (100a) or cool zone (100b).

In addition, one embodiment of the exercise cold storage box according to the present invention further includes a sterilizing device (600) positioned within the hot zone (100a) and sterilizing items stored in the hot zone (100a).

The sterilizing device (600) is an ultraviolet sterilizing device including an ultraviolet lamp as an example, and it is to be noted that other sterilizing devices known in the art can be used, and therefore a more detailed description thereof will be omitted.

The sterilizing device (600) can sterilize items that require sterilization, such as mouthpieces, used by athletes.

In addition, one embodiment of the exercise cold storage box according to the present invention further includes a control unit (700) that controls the operation of the sterilizing device (600), and the control unit (700) includes a sterilizing control switch unit (710) that is exposed on the outer surface of the insulating box unit (100) and controls the operation of the sterilizing device (600).

The sterilization control switch unit (710) includes a sterilization time display (711) that displays the operating time of the sterilizer (600), and a plurality of time selection switches (712) that set the operating time of the sterilizer (600), so that the sterilizer (600) can be set to operate and sterilize an item using the sterilizer (600).

It is to be noted that the multiple time selection switches (712) can be implemented in various modified forms with a known switch structure that can set a time and operate the device at the set time, and thus a detailed description thereof is omitted.

The sterilizing device (600) is positioned within the basket section (500) for storing items and sterilizes items stored within the basket section (500) for storing items, thereby sterilizing items that require sterilization, such as mouthpieces, among items used by athletes, so that athletes can use items necessary for exercise hygienically.

In addition, one embodiment of the sports cold storage box according to the present invention further includes a gel dispenser part (800) that is mounted on the outer surface of the insulating box part (100) and can dispense and use sports gel, and a taping tape case part (810) that is mounted on the outer surface of the insulating box part (100) and can hold a taping tape.

The gel dispenser part (800) can be implemented in various ways by using a known dispenser structure that replaces a container containing a sports gel and includes a button part (800a) that discharges the sports gel contained in the container, so that when a user presses the button part (800a), the sports gel contained in the container can be discharged, so a detailed description thereof is omitted.

The tape case section (810) for taping is a known tape case structure that can store taping tape used when an athlete tapes a body part to protect muscles during exercise. It is to be noted that it can be implemented in various modified forms and a more detailed description is omitted.

The gel dispenser section (800) is located on the outer surface of the insulating box section (100) so that users, i.e. athletes, can easily use sports gel when necessary, thereby greatly improving the convenience of athletes using sports gel during exercise.

In addition, the taping tape case part (810) allows the user, i.e. the athlete, to conveniently use the taping tape placed in the taping tape case part (810) immediately when necessary, thereby greatly improving the convenience of using the taping tape by the athlete during exercise.

Meanwhile, one embodiment of a sports cold storage box according to the present invention further includes a thermoelectric element (900) mounted on a space-dividing wall (200) and positioned so that the heat-absorbing surface faces the cool zone (100b) and the heat-radiating surface faces the hot zone (100a), cooling the cool zone (100b) with the heat-absorbing surface and heating the hot zone (100a) with the heat-radiating surface, and the operation of which is controlled by the control unit (700).

The control unit (700) includes a thermoelectric element unit (900) and a charging unit (not shown) that supplies electric power to the sterilizing device (600), and the charging unit has a charging terminal (700a) exposed to the outside of the insulating box unit (100) and can be charged through the charging terminal (700a).

The charging terminal (700a) is exemplified as a USB C type charging terminal (700a), but it is to be noted that it can be implemented in various ways, such as a known charging terminal such as a micro 5-pin terminal, and thus a detailed description is omitted.

When current flows through the thermoelectric element, it absorbs heat through an absorption effect on one side to cool the cool zone (100b), and while cooling the cool zone (100b), it radiates the absorbed heat to the opposite side to heat the hot zone (100a).

The control unit (700) is positioned so as to be exposed to the outside of the insulation box unit (100) and includes a temperature control switch unit (720) that controls the operation of the thermoelectric element unit (900).

The temperature control switch unit (720) includes a first temperature display (721) for displaying the temperature of the hot zone (100a), a second temperature display (722) for displaying the temperature of the cool zone (100b), a plurality of first temperature selection switches (723) for setting the temperature of the hot zone (100a), and a plurality of second temperature selection switches (724) for setting the temperature of the cool zone (100b), thereby controlling the operation of the thermoelectric element unit (900) to adjust the temperatures of the hot zone (100a) and the cool zone (100b).

It is to be noted that the plurality of first temperature selection switches (723) and the plurality of second temperature selection switches (724) can be implemented in various modified forms with a known switch structure capable of setting a temperature and operating the device at the set temperature, and thus a detailed description thereof is omitted.

One embodiment of a sports cold storage box according to the present invention can stably maintain the temperature of hot items, such as hot packs and hot beverages, stored in a hot zone (100a) for a long period of time by controlling the operation of a thermoelectric element mounted on a space-dividing wall member (200), and can stably maintain the temperature of cold items, such as ice, cold packs, and cold beverages, stored in a cool zone (100b) for a long period of time.

FIG. 2 is an enlarged perspective view of one embodiment of a sports cold storage box according to the present invention, and referring to FIG. 2, one embodiment of a sports cold storage box according to the present invention further includes a first Velcro tape portion (1000) mounted on the inner surface of an insulating box portion (100), and a second Velcro tape portion (1100) mounted on the outer surface of an item storage basket portion (500) and attached to the first Velcro tape.

It is to be noted that the first Velcro tape portion (1000) and the second Velcro tape portion (1100) are known as male and female Velcro tapes that are attached to each other in a male-female structure, and a detailed description thereof is omitted.

The first Velcro tape portion (1000) is provided on the inner side of the hot zone (100a) and the inner side of the cool zone (100b), respectively, so that the basket portion (500) for storing items can be attached and positioned in the hot zone (100a) and the cool zone (100b) respectively using the second Velcro tape portion (1100).

In addition, the first Velcro tape portion (1000) is provided in multiple units spaced apart in the height direction, and the basket portion (500) for storing items can adjust the use position within the hot zone (100a) and the cool zone (100b) by selectively attaching the second Velcro tape portion (1100) mounted on the outer surface to one of the multiple first Velcro tape portions (1000), and the interval between the stacking units can also be adjusted when used by stacking multiple units.

Alternatively, the first Velcro tape portion (1000) may be positioned to cover the entire inner surface of the insulating box portion (100), so that the position at which the basket portion (500) for storing items is attached to the first Velcro tape portion (1000) by the second Velcro tape portion (1100) can be freely adjusted.

The basket section (500) for storing items can be freely installed in the hot zone (100a) or cool zone (100b) using a Velcro tape, thereby ensuring convenience during use and greatly improving storage efficiency.

The present invention divides the internal space into a hot zone (100a) and a cool zone (100b) so that hot items such as hot packs and hot drinks needed during exercise and ice, cold drinks, cold packs, etc. can be stored separately, so that athletes can selectively use items that need to be kept hot and items that need to be kept cold as needed during exercise, thereby helping to improve exercise function during exercise.

The present invention can greatly improve the convenience of using auxiliary items such as sports gels and taping tapes during exercise by allowing a dispenser capable of using sports gels and a taping tape case to be installed externally, thereby making it easy to use sports gels and taping tapes during exercise.

An insulating box section in which the upper surface is opened and closed by an opening section and in which insulation is provided on the inside to block heat exchange with the outside;
A space dividing wall section located within the above insulating box section and dividing the space within the above insulating box section into a hot zone for storing hot items and a cool zone for storing cold items;
A plurality of storage basket sections positioned within the hot zone and the cool zone, each of which can store items;
A sterilizing device positioned within the hot zone and sterilizing items stored in the hot zone;
A control unit that controls the operation of the above sterilizing device;
A gel dispenser section mounted on the outer surface of the above insulating box section and capable of dispensing and using sports gel;
A taping tape case section mounted on the outer surface of the above insulating box section and capable of holding a taping tape;
A thermoelectric element unit mounted on the space-dividing wall section, positioned so that the heat-absorbing surface faces the cool zone and the heat-radiating surface faces the hot zone, cooling the cool zone with the heat-absorbing surface and heating the hot zone with the heat-radiating surface, the operation of which is controlled by the control unit;
A first Velcro tape portion mounted on the inner surface of the above insulating box portion; and
A second Velcro tape part is mounted on the outer surface of the basket part for storing the above items and is attached to the first Velcro tape part,
The lower surface of the above opening is provided with a wall insert made of insulating material into which the upper part of the space-dividing wall part is inserted when the above opening is closed.
