Figure 1 is a diagram showing a hot roll section having the configuration of the crown section of the present invention.

Fig. 2 is a diagram showing a state in which the hot roll part of the present invention is applied. In a hot roll device comprising a hot roll section (100, 200) that thermally presses a dry film onto a copper surface,

The cross-sectional diameters of the crown portion (120), which is the central portion of the hot roll portion (100, 200), and the hot roll end portion (110, 210) of the hot roll portion (100, 200) are configured differently, and when the cross-sectional diameter of the central portion of the hot roll portion (100, 200) is a and the cross-sectional diameter of the hot roll end portion (110, 210) is b, the hot roll device is configured such that a>b.

By configuring it this way, the pressure applied to the central area is concentrated, preventing air pockets in the dry film from forming in the pressed surface area.

This eliminates dents, loss of adhesion, and surface pressure.

Here, the side portion of the length of the crown portion (120) and the hot roll portion (110, 210) is configured to have a crown-type shape.

It is preferable that the central portion of the hot roll portion (100, 200) be convex and configured in an arc shape to the hot roll end portions (110, 210) which are both ends of the hot roll portion (100, 200), so as to improve adhesion and reduce the defect rate when thermally pressing the dry film onto the copper surface.

Here, it is desirable to configure the relationship between a and b so as to satisfy the condition that a ≥ 1.002b.

When the cross-sectional diameter of the hot roll section (110, 210) is b, the hot roll device is configured so that a>b.

If the length of the hot roll is c, then the relationship between a, b, and c satisfies c≒0.0003(a-b).

The length of the hot roll here is 660 mm.

In the drawing, the diameter of the crown part is 90.2 mm and the diameter of the hot roll end part is 90 mm, which shows the best effect.

The drawings 3a to 4b of the present invention are described as follows.

Drawings 3b and 4b show that when a dry film is laminated on a substrate having a surface step of 8 um, only 20% of the dry film adheres before the improvement of the hot roll as in Drawing 3a, whereas when the present invention is applied as in Drawing 4a, the dry film maintains adhesion up to 70%.

Drawings 3a to 4b show the results of testing 20 products and showing that the dry film did not come off in 14 products.

도면5에서는 AOI(Auto Optical Inspection) Open 불량률의 개선전 개선후의 수치에 관한 것이다.Figure 5 shows the numerical values of the AOI (Auto Optical Inspection) Open defect rate before and after improvement.

This is a comparison of the open defect rate that occurred when applying a hot roll part having a crown part to which the present invention is applied to a mass-produced product and the hot roll part corresponding to the background technology.

As a background technology, the open defect rate was 0.46%, but as a result of applying the present invention, the defect rate was improved to 0.27%.

In other words, the result of applying the present invention shows a 41% reduction in open defect rate compared to the background technology.
