J는 알루미늄 또는 보론이며;

[E-H]+[ZQ4]- 또는 [E]+[ZQ4]-
상기 화학식 11에서,
E는 중성 또는 양이온성 루이스 염기이고;
H는 수소 원자이며;
Z는 13족 원소이고;
Q는 서로 동일하거나 상이하며, 각각 독립적으로 1 이상의 수소 원자가 할로겐, C1-20의 탄화수소, 알콕시 또는 페녹시로 치환되거나 또는 비치환된, C6-20의 아릴기 또는 C1-20의 알킬기이다.

상기 폴리올레핀은, 겔 투과 크로마토그래피 분석에 의한 분자량 분포 곡선에서, 분포 곡선의 전체 면적 대비 log Mw가 3.5 이하인 영역(여기서 Mw는 중량평균 분자량임)이 차지하는 면적비가 1.4 % 이하이고, 분자량 분포가 6 내지 15인,
