Description
Claims (25)
- 적어도 하나의 유기 기능성 재료 및 제 1 유기 용매로서의 술파미드 또는 술폰아미드를 함유하는 제형으로서,
상기 적어도 하나의 유기 기능성 재료는 형광 발광체, 인광 발광체, 호스트 재료, 매트릭스 재료, 여기자 차단 재료, 전자 수송 재료, 전자 주입 재료, 정공 전도체 재료, 정공 수송 재료, 정공 주입 재료, n-도펀트, p-도펀트, 와이드 밴드 갭 (wide-band-gap) 재료, 전자 차단 재료 및 정공 차단 재료로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는, 제형. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 유기 용매는 화학식 (I) 에 따른 화합물이고,
식 중,
R1 및 R2 는, 각각의 경우에 동일하거나 상이하며, 탄소수 1 내지 20 의 직쇄 알킬기 또는 탄소수 3 내지 20 의 분지형 또는 시클릭 알킬기 (여기서 하나 이상의 비인접 CH2 기들은 -O-, -S-, -NR6-, -CONR6-, -CO-O-, -C=O-, -CH=CH- 또는 -C≡C- 로 대체될 수 있고, 하나 이상의 수소 원자들은 F 로 대체될 수 있음), 또는 탄소수 2 내지 60 의 아릴 또는 헤테로아릴기이고, 앞서 언급된 기들 중 임의의 기는 하나 이상의 R6 라디칼들로 치환될 수 있고, R1 및 R2 는 함께 결과적으로 모노- 또는 폴리시클릭, 지방족, 방향족 또는 헤테로방향족 고리 시스템을 형성할 수 있고;
X 는 -N(R4)(R5) 또는 R3 이고;
R3, R4 및 R5 는, 각각의 경우에 동일하거나 상이하며, 탄소수 1 내지 20 의 직쇄 알킬기 또는 탄소수 3 내지 20 의 분지형 또는 시클릭 알킬기 (여기서 하나 이상의 비인접 CH2 기들은 -O-, -S-, -NR6-, -CONR6-, -CO-O-, -C=O-, -CH=CH- 또는 -C≡C- 로 대체될 수 있고, 하나 이상의 수소 원자들은 F 로 대체될 수 있음), 또는 탄소수 2 내지 60 의 아릴 또는 헤테로아릴기이고, 앞서 언급된 기들은 하나 이상의 R6 라디칼들로 치환될 수 있고, R3 및 R4 는 함께 결과적으로 모노- 또는 폴리시클릭, 지방족, 방향족 또는 헤테로방향족 고리 시스템을 형성할 수 있고; 그리고
R6 은, 각각의 경우에 동일하거나 상이하며, H, 탄소수 1 내지 20 의 직쇄 알킬 또는 알콕시기, 또는 탄소수 3 내지 20 의 분지형 또는 시클릭 알킬 또는 알콕시기 (여기서 하나 이상의 수소 원자들은 D, F, Cl, Br, I, CN 또는 NO2로 대체될 수 있음) 또는 탄소수 4 내지 14 의 아릴 또는 헤테로아릴기인, 제형. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
화학식 (II) 에서의 R1 및 R2 는 동일한, 제형. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
화학식 (III) 에서의 R1 및 R2 는 동일한, 제형. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
R1, R2, R3, R4 및 R5 는 탄소수 1 내지 20 의 직쇄 알킬기 또는 탄소수 3 내지 20 의 분지형 또는 시클릭 알킬기 (여기서 하나 이상의 비인접 CH2 기들은 -O-, -S-, -NR6-, -CONR6-, -CO-O-, -C=O-, -CH=CH- 또는 -C≡C- 로 대체될 수 있고, 하나 이상의 수소 원자들은 F 로 대체될 수 있음) 로부터 선택되고, 앞서 언급된 기가 하나 이상의 R6 라디칼들로 치환될 수 있는, 제형. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
R1, R2, R3, R4 및 R5 는 탄소수 1 내지 20 의 직쇄 알킬기로부터 선택되고, 상기 직쇄 알킬기는 하나 이상의 R6 라디칼들로 치환될 수 있는, 제형. - 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 용매는 ≥ 20 mN/m 의 표면 장력을 갖는, 제형. - 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 용매의 함량은 상기 제형 중 용매들의 총량을 기준으로 50 내지 100 vol.% 범위인, 제형. - 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 용매는 400℃ 이하의 비점을 갖는, 제형. - 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제형은 상기 제 1 용매와 상이한 적어도 하나의 제 2 용매를 포함하는, 제형. - 제 12 항에 있어서,
상기 제 2 용매는 100 내지 400℃ 범위의 비점을 갖는, 제형. - 제 12 항에 있어서,
상기 적어도 하나의 유기 기능성 재료는 제 1 용매 뿐 아니라 제 2 용매에서 1 내지 250 g/l 범위의 용해도를 갖는, 제형. - 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제형은 10 내지 50 mN/m 범위의 표면 장력을 갖는, 제형. - 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제형은 0.8 내지 50 mPa.s 범위의 점도를 갖는, 제형. - 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제형 중 상기 적어도 하나의 유기 기능성 재료의 함량은 상기 제형의 총 중량을 기준으로 0.001 내지 20 중량% 범위인, 제형. - 삭제

상기 정공 주입 및 정공 수송 재료는 중합체성 화합물, 또는 중합체성 화합물과 비중합체성 화합물의 블렌드인, 제형. - 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 제형의 제조 방법으로서,
적어도 하나의 유기 기능성 재료와 적어도 제 1 용매를 혼합하는, 제형의 제조 방법. - 전계발광 디바이스의 제조 방법으로서,
