Claims (9)
- (i) 분말층의 소정 개소에 광 빔을 조사하여 상기 소정 개소의 분말을 소결 또는 용융 고화시켜 고화층을 형성하는 공정, 및
(ii) 얻어진 고화층 위에 새로운 분말층을 형성하고, 상기 새로운 분말층의 소정 개소에 광 빔을 조사하여 추가로 고화층을 형성하는 공정에 의해 분말층 형성 및 고화층 형성을 교대로 반복 실행하여 3차원 형상 조형물을 제조하는 방법에 있어서,
상기 3차원 형상 조형물의 상기 제조에 있어서, 가온원 요소를 상기 3차원 형상 조형물의 내부에 마련하는 동시에, 상기 3차원 형상 조형물의 표면을 요철 형상으로 형성하고,
상기 가온원 요소의 주면과 상기 요철 형상의 상기 표면을 서로 동일 형상으로 하고, 또한,
상기 가온원 요소의 주면과 상기 3차원 형상 조형물의 표면과의 사이에 상당하는 영역에 전열 부재를 마련하고, 상기 전열 부재가 상기 3차원 형상 조형물의 재질보다 상대적으로 높은 열전도율을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는
3차원 형상 조형물의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 가온원 요소의 상기 주면과 상기 요철 형상의 상기 표면의 이격 거리를 일정하게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는
