Abstract
Description
도 2는 본 발명의 신경전극 제조 방법에 대한 공정의 개념도이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 비교예에서 제조한 폴리이미드 필름을 기재로 하는 신경전극을 나타낸 것이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 제조방법으로 제조된 신경전극의 디자인 및 적용을 나타낸 것으로, (a)는 디자인의 구조도, (b)는 (a)의 구조도대로 실제 제품화된 신경전극의 사진, (c)는 실제 신경조직에 (b)의 신경전극을 적용한 것을 나타낸 사진, (d)는 마우스의 신경조직에 (b)의 신경전극을 적용한 것을 나타낸 사진이다.
도 5는 본 발명의 일 실시예에서 제조한 섬유시트를 주사 전자 현미경(Scanning Electron Microscopy)으로 촬영한 이미지이며, (a)는 폴리아믹산 섬유시트, (b)는 폴리이미드 섬유시트이다.
도 6은 본 발명의 실시예에서 제조한 폴리이미드 섬유시트의 두께를 주사 전자 현미경으로 측정한 것으로, (a)는 실시예 1-2의 섬유시트, (b)는 실시예 1-3의 섬유시트를 나타낸 것이다.

도 15는 본 발명의 실시예 1에서 제조한 신경전극(AgNP coated PI NF), 실시예 2에서 제조한 신경전극(AgNP/PEDOT coated PI NF) 및 비교예 1에서 제조한 신경전극(Control)의 전기화학적 임피던스를 나타낸 그래프이다.
도 16은 본 발명의 실시예 1에서 제조한 신경전극(AgNP coated PI NF), 실시예 2에서 제조한 신경전극(AgNP/PEDOT coated PI NF) 및 비교예에서 제조한 신경전극(control)의 순환 전압전류 곡선(cyclic voltammetry)의 나타낸 그래프이다.
도 17은 본 발명의 실시예에서 제조한 신경전극을 마우스 좌골 신경에 적용시켰을 때의 신호 기록을 나타낸 그래프로, (a)는 실시예 1에서 제조한 신경전극의 신호를 나타낸 것이고, (b)는 실시예 2에서 제조한 신경전극의 신호를 것이다.
도 18은 본 발명의 실시예 2에서 제조한 신경전극(NF-based electrode), 실시예 3에서 제조한 신경전극(NF-based electrode + Tranilast) 및 비교예에서 제조한 신경전극(Control)의 다중 신경전도(ENGs)신호의 기록을 나타낸 그래프이다.
도 19는 본 발명의 실시예 2에서 제조한 신경전극(NF-based electrode) 및 실시예 3에서 제조한 신경전극(NF-based electrode + Tranilast)을 이식한 랫트에서 측정된 신호대 노이즈 비율(SNRs)을 힙맵(heapmap)으로 나타낸 것이다.
도 20의 (a)는 본 발명의 실시예 2에서 제조한 신경전극(NF-based electrode), 실시예 3에서 제조한 신경전극(NF-based electrode + Tranilast) 및 비교에에서 제조한 신경전극(Control)을 랫트에 좌골 신경에 이식한 경우 조직을 관찰한 것이고, (b)는 이의 신경 면적, 축삭 밀도 및 총 축삭 수를 나타낸 그래프이다.
Claims (21)
2) 상기 폴리아믹산 섬유시트를 열처리하여 폴리이미드(polyimide) 섬유시트를 제조하는 단계;
3) 상기 폴리이미드 섬유시트를 열 압착하는 단계;
4) 상기 단계 3)에서 열 압착된 폴리이미드 섬유시트에 전도성 잉크를 잉크젯 프린팅(inkjet printing)하는 단계;
5) 상기 단계 4)에서 전도성 잉크가 잉크젯 프린팅된 폴리이미드 섬유시트를 열처리하는 단계; 및
6) 전기화학적 중합법으로 폴리3,4-에틸렌디옥시티오펜/스타이렌설포네이트(poly(3,4-ethylene dioxythiophene)/poly(styrenesulfonate), PEDOT/PSS)를 잉크젯 프린팅된 전도성 잉크위에 도포하는 단계를 포함하는 신경전극의 제조방법.
