Abstract
Description
도 2는 마이크로베지클이 제거된 혈청과 술포베타인 모이어티를 포함하는 비드의 친화도를 전기영동 및 웨스턴 블로팅으로 확인한 결과를 보여준다(0: 비드에 술포베타인 모이어티를 포함하지 않는 것, 100: 비드에 100%(원래 사용량)의 술포베타인 모이어티가 포함 된 것).
도 3은 술포베타인 모이어티를 포함하는 비드에 결합한 마이크로베지클을 SEM으로 관찰한 결과를 보여준다.
도 4는 혈청의 양에 따른 술포베타인 모이어티를 포함하는 비드의 검출 한계 확인한 결과를 보여준다.
도 5는 양성 종양 환자의 혈청과 악성 종양 환자의 혈청으로부터 마이크로베지클의 분리한 결과를 보여준다.
