Claims (20)
- 차량에 구비되는 회생 제동 제어 장치에 있어서,
차량의 주행 상황 정보를 수신하는 인터페이스부;
차량 외부에 위치하는 오브젝트를 검출하여, 오브젝트 정보를 생성하는 오브젝트 검출 장치; 및
상기 주행 상황 정보 및 상기 오브젝트 정보를 기초로 회생 제동 수행 여부를 판단하고,
회생 제동 수행 여부에 대응되는 신호를 제공하는 프로세서;를 포함하고,
상기 프로세서는,
가속 페달 오프(off) 상태 또는 브레이크 페달 온(on) 상태에서 주행을 지속하는 것으로 판단되는 경우,
회생 제동을 수행하지 않는 것으로 판단하는 차량용 회생 제동 제어 장치. - 제 1항에 있어서,
회생 제동 수행하는 것으로 판단되는 경우,
상기 프로세서는,
회생 제동 수행 시점, 회생 제동 수행 시작 지점, 회생 제동 종료 시점, 회생 제동 종료 시작 지점, 회생 제동의 정도 또는 회생 제동의 정도의 가변 여부를 판단하고, 판단 결과에 대응되는 신호를 제공하는 차량용 회생 제동 제어 장치. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 주행 상황 정보는,
차량의 속도 정보, 차량의 경로 정보 및 차량의 위치 정보 중 적어도 어느 하나를 포함하고,
상기 오브젝트는,
차량의 정지를 유도하기 위한 신호등, 교통 표지판 및 노면에 표시된 교통 표지 중 적어도 어느 하나를 포함하고,
상기 프로세서는,
상기 차량의 속도 정보, 상기 차량의 경로 정보, 상기 차량의 위치 정보 및 상기 오브젝트 정보에 기초하여,
가속 페달 오프(off) 상태 또는 브레이크 페달 온(on) 상태에서 차량의 주행 지속 여부를 판단하는 차량용 회생 제동 제어 장치. - 제 3항에 있어서,
상기 노면에 표시된 교통 표지는,
정지선을 포함하고,
상기 프로세서는,
상기 정지선 정보에 기초하여, 차량의 정지 지점을 판단하는 차량용 회생 제동 제어 장치. - 제 4항에 있어서,
상기 프로세서는,
차량에서 상기 정지 지점까지의 거리 정보를 획득하고,
상기 차량의 속도 정보 및 상기 거리 정보에 기초하여, 회생 제동 시작 지점을 판단하는 차량용 회생 제동 제어 장치. - 제 5항에 있어서,
상기 인터페이스부는,
주행 모드 정보를 수신하고,
상기 프로세서는,
상기 주행 모드 정보에 더 기초하여, 회생 제동 시작 지점을 판단하는 차량용 회생 제동 제어 장치. - 제 4항에 있어서,
상기 프로세서는,
차량과 상기 정지선 사이에 위치하는 장애물 정보를 획득하고,
상기 장애물 정보에 더 기초하여, 차량의 정지 지점을 판단하는 차량용 회생 제동 제어 장치. - 제 7항에 있어서,
상기 프로세서는,
차량에서, 상기 장애물까지의 거리 정보를 획득하고,
상기 차량의 속도 정보 및 상기 거리 정보에 기초하여, 회생 제동 시작 지점을 판단하는 차량용 회생 제동 제어 장치. - 제 3항에 있어서,
상기 프로세서는,
상기 신호등의 주행 신호 정보를 획득한 상태에서, 차량의 주행을 방해하는 장애물 정보를 획득하는 경우,
회생 제동을 수행하는 것으로 판단하는 차량용 회생 제동 제어 장치. - 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 주행 상황 정보는,
차량의 경로 정보를 포함하고,
상기 차량의 경로 정보는,
차량에서 소정 거리 이내에 위치하는 교차로에서 좌회전 또는 우회전 경로 정보를 포함하고,
상기 프로세서는,
상기 교차로에서 좌회전 또는 우회전이 가능한 상태에서 가속 페달 오프(off) 상태 또는 브레이크 페달 온(on) 상태인 경우,
회생 제동을 수행하지 않는 것으로 판단하는 차량용 회생 제동 제어 장치. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 주행 상황 정보는,
차량의 경로 정보를 포함하고,
상기 차량의 경로 정보는,
차량에서 소정 거리 이내에 위치하는 합류 지점 정보를 포함하고,
상기 프로세서는,
상기 합류 지점에서 합류하는 타 차량 검출 정보가 획득되지 않는 상태에서, 가속 페달 오프(off) 상태 또는 브레이크 페달 온(on) 상태인 경우, 회생 제동을 수행하지 않는 것으로 판단하는 차량용 회생 제동 제어 장치. - 제 12항에 있어서,
상기 프로세서는,
상기 합류 지점에서 합류하는 타 차량 검출 정보가 획득되는 상태에서, 가속 페달 오프(off) 상태 또는 브레이크 페달 온(on) 상태인 경우, 회생 제동을 수행하는 것으로 판단하는 차량용 회생 제동 제어 장치. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 주행 상황 정보는,
차량의 경로 정보를 포함하고,
상기 차량의 경로 정보는,
차량에서 소정 거리 이내에 위치하는 커브 정보를 포함하고,
상기 프로세서는,
상기 커브의 곡률 정보를 획득하고,
상기 곡률이 기준값 이하인 상태에서, 가속 페달 오프(off) 상태 또는 브레이크 페달 온(on) 상태인 경우,
회생 제동을 수행하지 않는 것으로 판단하는 차량용 회생 제동 제어 장치. - 제 14항에 있어서,
상기 프로세서는,
상기 곡률이 기준값보다 큰 상태에서, 가속 페달 오프(off) 상태 또는 브레이크 페달 온(on) 상태인 경우,
회생 제동을 수행하는 것으로 판단하는 차량용 회생 제동 제어 장치. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 주행 상황 정보는, 차량의 속도 정보를 포함하고,
상기 프로세서는,
차량이 주행 중인 도로의 제한 속도 정보를 획득하고,
상기 차량의 속도 정보 및 상기 제한 속도 정보에 기초하여 회생 제동 수행 여부를 판단하는 차량용 회생 제동 제어 장치. - 제 16항에 있어서,
상기 프로세서는,
차량의 속도값이 제한 속도값보다 큰 경우, 회생 제동을 수행하는 것으로 판단하는 차량용 회생 제동 제어 장치. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 주행 상황 정보는, 주차 상황 정보를 포함하고,
상기 프로세서는,
주차를 위해 감속하는 경우, 회생 제동을 수행하는 것으로 판단하는 차량용 회생 제동 제어 장치. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 주행 상황 정보는,
어답티브 크루즈 컨트롤(ACC : Adaptive Cruise Contol) 온(on) 상태 정보를 포함하고,
상기 프로세서는,
상기 어답티브 크루즈 컨트롤 온(on) 상태에서, 추종 차량과의 거리 조정을 위해 감속하거나 설정 속도 이하로 주행하기 위해 감속하는 경우, 회생 제동을 수행하는 것으로 판단하는 차량용 회생 제동 제어 장치. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 주행 상황 정보는,
오토노머스 이머전시 브레이킹(AEB : Autonomous Emergency Braking) 온(on) 상태 정보를 포함하고,
상기 프로세서는,
상기 오토노머스 이머전시 브레이킹 온(on) 상태인 경우, 회생 제동을 수행하는 것으로 판단하는 차량용 회생 제동 제어 장치.
