Claims (17)
- 직렬 방식으로 연결된 다수의 전지셀들로 이루어져 있는 전지모듈에 장착되어 전압을 측정하는 전압 센싱 어셈블리로서,
상기 전지셀들의 직렬 연결 부위에 각각 접속되어 전압을 검출하는 센싱 버스 바들;
상기 센싱 버스 바들이 등간격으로 배열되어 상부에 결합되어 있고 커넥터가 하부에 결합되어 있는 인쇄회로기판(PCB);
검출된 전압을 BMS(Battery Management System)로 송출할 수 있도록 상기 PCB 상에 장착되어 있는 상기 커넥터;
상기 PCB가 장착될 수 있도록 PCB에 대응하는 형상의 수납부가 형성되어 있고, 상기 수납부의 일측면에 상기 센싱 버스 바들이 관통하는 개구들이 천공되어 있는 절연성 장착 부재; 및
상기 PCB에 대응하는 형상으로 이루어져 있고, 상기 커넥터에 대응하는 형상의 개구가 형성되어 있으며, 상기 PCB의 전면에 부착되는 절연 시트를 포함하고,
상기 센싱 버스 바들은 전지셀들의 직렬 연결부위에 용접 방식에 의해 접속되며,
상기 센싱 버스 바들은 PCB에 표면실장기술(SMT)에 의해 결합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전압 센싱 어셈블리. - 삭제

를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈. - 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 전지셀은 금속층과 수지층을 포함하는 라미네이트 시트의 케이스에 전극 적층체를 내장한 후 외주면을 실링한 구조로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 전지셀은 프레임 구조의 전지 카트리지 내부에 장착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 카트리지는 전지셀의 양 측면 중 적어도 일 측면이 개방된 상태로 전지셀의 외주면을 고정하는 적어도 한 쌍의 판상형 프레임으로 이루어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 전지셀은 리튬 이차전지인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 제 7 항에 따른 전지모듈을 하나 이상 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지팩.
- 제 12 항에 따른 전지팩을 전원으로 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 디바이스.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 디바이스는 휴대폰, 휴대용 컴퓨터, 스마트폰, 스마트 패드, 넷북, LEV(Light Electronic Vehicle), 전기자동차, 하이브리드 전기자동차, 플러그-인 하이브리드 전기자동차, 및 전력저장장치로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디바이스.
- 직렬 방식으로 연결된 다수의 전지셀들로 이루어져 있는 전지모듈에 장착되어 전압을 측정하는 전압 센싱 어셈블리로서,
상기 전지셀들의 직렬 연결 부위에 각각 접속되어 전압을 검출하는 센싱 버스 바들;
상기 센싱 버스 바들이 등간격으로 배열되어 상부에 결합되어 있고 커넥터가 하부에 결합되어 있는 인쇄회로기판(PCB);
검출된 전압을 BMS(Battery Management System)로 송출할 수 있도록 상기 PCB 상에 장착되어 있는 상기 커넥터;
상기 PCB가 장착될 수 있도록 PCB에 대응하는 형상의 수납부가 형성되어 있고, 상기 수납부의 일측면에 상기 센싱 버스 바들이 관통하는 개구들이 천공되어 있는 절연성 장착 부재; 및
상기 PCB에 대응하는 형상으로 이루어져 있고, 상기 커넥터에 대응하는 형상의 개구가 형성되어 있으며, 상기 PCB의 전면에 부착되는 절연 시트를 포함하고,
상기 센싱 버스 바들은 PCB에 표면실장기술(SMT)에 의해 결합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전압 센싱 어셈블리. - 삭제
