Claims (6)
- 차륜에 각각 장착되며, 2축 좌/우륜과 4축 좌/우륜의 휠속도를 검출하는 휠속센서;차륜에 장착되는 브레이크 실린더에 공급되는 유압을 제어하는 모듈레이터;변속기의 출력축 펄스를 카운터하여 차속을 검출하는 차속센서;변속기 출력축의 차속과 휠속센서의 차속을 비교하여 축 스핀이 발생되는지를 판단하고 축 스핀이 발생이 판단되면 보정값을 적용하여 차속을 인식하고, 인식되는 차속을 적용하여 ASR기능을 제어하는 전자브레이크 제어기;상기 전자브레이크 제어기와 연동하여 엔진의 출력토크를 제한 제어하는 엔진 제어부;포함하는 상용차량의 축 스핀 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 모듈레이터는,1,2축 좌륜에 장착되는 브레이크 실린더에 공급되는 유압을 제어하는 제1모듈레이터;1,2축 우륜에 장착되는 브레이크 실린더에 공급되는 유압을 제어하는 제2모듈레이터;3,4축의 좌륜에 장착되는 브레이크 실린더에 공급되는 유압을 제어하는 제3 모듈레이터;3,4축의 우륜에 장착되는 브레이크 실린더에 공급되는 유압을 제어하는 제4모듈레이터;를 포함하는 상용차량의 축 스핀 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 전자브레이크 제어기는,3축의 축 스핀이 판정되면 엔진의 출력토크를 제한 제어하여 구동력을 설정량 만큼 감소시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 상용차량의 축 스핀 제어장치.
- 변속기 출력축의 차속과 2,4축의 휠속도를 검출하여 일정시간 단위로 평균화하는 과정;변속기 출력축의 차속과 2,4축의 휠속도를 비교하여 축 스핀이 발생되는지 판단하는 과정;축 스핀이 발생되면 휠속도를 보정하여 차속으로 인식하고, ASR제어에 적용하는 과정;상기 축 스핀이 발생되는 것으로 판정되고, 4축과 2축의 속도 차이가 설정 차속 이상이면 3축 스핀 발생으로 판정하여 엔진 출력토크를 제한 제어하는 과정;을 포함하는 상용차량의 축 스핀 제어방법.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 변속기의 출력축 차속과 2축의 휠속도를 비교하여 설정 차속 이상이면 2축 스핀 발생으로 판정하는 상용차량의 축 스핀 제어방법.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 변속기의 출력축 차속과 4축의 휠속도를 비교하여 설정 차속 이상이면 4축 스핀 발생으로 판정하는 상용차량의 축 스핀 제어방법.
