Claims (8)
- 다층적층으로 배열된 구성요소들을 가지고, 상기 구성요소들은 양극, 유기 박막층 및 음극을 포함하여 순차적으로 증착되며, 상기 유기 박막층은 정공주입/ 수송층, 유기 발광층, 전자 수송층을 구비하는 유기전계발광소자에 있어서,상기 음극은 1차 전극 내지 4차 전극으로 적층 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광소자.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 1차 전극 및 3차 전극은 알칼리 금속 및 알칼리 토금속 중 어느 하나로 구성되며, 상기 2차 전극 및 4차 전극은 알루미늄(Al) 및 은(Ag) 중 어느 하나로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광소자.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 양극을 밀봉부재로 덮어 상기 유기 박막층 및 음극을 밀봉하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광소자.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 4차 전극에 대향하는 상기 밀봉부재의 내측면에 흡습제가 구비되는 것을 특징으로하는 유기전계발광소자.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 흡습제는 산화바륨(BaO) 및 산화칼슘(CaO) 중 어느 하나로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광소자.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 밀봉부재에 의하여 형성된 밀봉 공간은 불활성 기체로 채워지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광소자.
- 다층적층으로 배열된 구성요소들을 가지고, 상기 구성요소들은 양극, 유기 박막층 및 음극을 포함하여 순차적으로 증착되며, 상기 유기 박막층은 정공주입/ 수송층, 유기 발광층, 전자 수송층을 구비하는 유기전계발광소자에 있어서,상기 음극은 1차 전극 내지 4차 전극으로 형성되며, 상기 구성요소들에 보호막이 도포되고, 흡습제가 상기 보호막의 상면에 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광소자.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 양극을 밀봉부재로 덮어 상기 유기 박막층 및 상기 음극을 밀봉하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광소자.
