Description
Claims (19)
- 세라믹 히터에 있어서,제1기판과, 상기 제1기판 상에 적층되는 제2기판과, 상기 제1기판과 상기 제2기판 사이에 위치하는 발열회로와 온도센서회로로 구성되되,상기 발열회로가 상기 제1기판의 상부 또는 하부에 소정 패턴으로 형성되고, 상기 온도센서회로가 상기 발열회로의 패턴과 패턴 사이에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 히터.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 발열회로 및 온도센서회로를 스크린 프린팅을 사용하여 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 히터.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 발열회로 및 온도센서회로를 사진식각공정과 증착공정을 사용하여 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 히터.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 발열회로는 Pt, W, Mo, Ni, Ta, SiC, MoSi2 Ni-Cr 합금, Fe-Cr 합금 또는 이들의 합성물들 중 하나로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 세리믹 히터.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 온도센서회로는 Pt, W, Mo, Ni, Ta, SiC, MoSi2 Ni-Cr 합금 또는 Fe-Cr 합금 또는 이들의 합성물로 이루어지는 발열재료 또는Mn, CO, Ni, Fe 등을 포함하는 NTC 더어미스터 재료 또는BaTiO3, Y,Ce, La, Sn 등을 포함하는 PTC 더어미스터 재료 또는백금(Pt) 중 선택되는 어느 하나 또는 이들의 조합으로 이루어지는 합성물로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 히터.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 발열회로 및 온도센서회로가 구비되는 제1 기판 및 제2 기판은, 판상형 또는 원통형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 히터.
- 세라믹 히터에 있어서,제1기판과; 상기 제1기판에 적층되는 중간기판과;상기 중간기판 위에 적층되는 제2기판과;상기 제1기판과 상기 제2기판 사이에 위치하는 발열회로와;상기 제1기판과 상기 제2기판 사이에 위치하는 온도센서회로 이루어지되,상기 중간 기판은 상기 제 1기판과 제2기판 사이에 존재하는 기판으로 1층 또는 그 이상의 층으로 이루어 지는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 히터.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 발열회로가 상기 제1기판의 상부에 소정 패턴으로 형성되고, 상기 온도센서회로가 상기 제1기판의 상부와 마주하지 않는 상기 중간기판의 일측면에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 히터.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 발열회로가 상기 제2기판의 하부에 소정 패턴으로 형성되고, 상기 온도센서회로가 상기 제2기판의 하부와 마주하지 않는 상기 중간기판의 일측면에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 히터.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 온도센서회로가 상기 제1기판의 상부에 소정 패턴으로 형성되고, 상기 발열회로가 상기 제1기판의 상부와 마주하지 않는 상기 중간기판의 일측면에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 히터.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 온도센서회로 상기 제2기판의 하부에 소정 패턴으로 형성되고, 상기 발열회로가 상기 제2기판의 하부와 마주하지 않는 상기 중간기판의 일측면에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 히터.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 발열회로 및 온도센서회로를 스크린 프린팅을 사용하여 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 히터.
- 제7항 에 있어서,상기 발열회로 및 온도센서회로를 사진식각공정과 증착공정을 사용하여 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 히터.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 발열회로는 Pt, W, Mo, Ni, Ta, SiC, MoSi2 Ni-Cr 합금, Fe-Cr 합금 또는 이들의 합성물들 중 하나로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 세리믹 히터.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 온도센서회로는 Pt, W, Mo, Ni, Ta, SiC, MoSi2 Ni-Cr 합금 또는 Fe-Cr 합금 또는 이들의 합성물로 이루어지는 발열재료 또는Mn, CO, Ni, Fe 등을 포함하는 NTC 더어미스터 재료 또는BaTiO3, Y,Ce, La, Sn 등을 포함하는 PTC 더어미스터 재료 또는백금(Pt) 중 선택되는 어느 하나 또는 이들의 조합으로 이루어지는 합성물로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 히터.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 발열회로 및 온도센서회로가 구비되는 제1 기판 및 제2 기판은,판상형 또는 원통형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 히터.
