Claims (4)
- 삭제
- 연의 잎, 줄기, 뿌리, 씨, 씨방, 꽃 중 하나 또는 하나 이상을 파쇄한 후 꿀을 첨가하여 당도를 20~25°Bx로 조절하고, 혼합 파쇄즙에 효모와 젖산을 넣어 발효시켜 제조한 주모를 첨가하고, 13~15℃에서 3~4주간 발효시키고, 5~10℃의 온도에서 2~3 개월간 후발효시킨 후 밀봉상태에서 13~15℃에서 1년 이상 숙성시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 연을 이용한 술의 제조방법.
