- Wnt/베타-카테닌 신호전달의 억제에 의해 세포의 분화를 억제하면서 세포를 배양하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 세포는 전분화능 줄기세포인 것을 특 징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 전분화능 줄기세포는 배아로부터 유래되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 전분화능 줄기세포는 성인으로부터 유래되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, Wnt/베타-카테닌 신호전달을 억제하기 위해 세포 배양액에 Wnt/베타-카테닌 신호전달 억제물질을 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, Wnt/베타-카테닌 신호전달을 억제하기 위해 세포 배양액에 Wnt/베타-카테닌 신호전달 억제물질의 유전자를 이입한 세포의 배양액을 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
