Claims (20)
- 미세 다공성 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌(PTFE)으로 이루어진 제1여과층 ; 투과성 지지 물질로 이루어진 하나 이상의 상향 흐름층 ; 투과성 지지 물질로 이루어진 하나 이상의 하향 흐름층을 포함하고 ; 상기 제1여과층은 상기 지지 물질로 이루어진 상향 흐름층과 하향 흐름층 사이에 느슨하게 샌드위치되며, 상기 제1여과층은 상기 지지 물질과 결합하여 0.3μm에서 99.97% 이상의 여과 효율을 제공하는, 무균 시설의 공기 조절 시스템에 사용하기 위한 필터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 필터를 통해 균일한 여과를 제공하도록, 상기 제1여과층과 연속적으로 설치된 미세 다공성 PTFE로 이루어진 제2여과층을 추가로 포함하는 필터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 상향 흐름 지지 물질 및 하향 흐름 지지 물질은 각각 스크린층을 포함하는 필터.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 상향 흐름 지지 물질은 비교적 연성이며, 가요성인 지지 물질로 이루어진 부가의 층을 포함하는 필터.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 미세 다공성 PTFE 로 이루어진 제2여과층은 상기 필터를 통해 균일한 여과를 제공하도록, 상기 제1여과층과 연속적으로 설치되는 필터.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제1여과층 및 스크린에는 주름이 형성되어 있는 필터.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 주름진 여과층 및 스크린은 프레임내에 설치되어 봉합되는 필터.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 주름진 여과층 및 스크린은 기체 배출에 저항하는 포팅 물질에 의해 프레임내에 봉합되는 필터.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 포팅 물질은 실리콘, 폴리우레탄, 에폭시, 플라스틱 접착제, 및 플라스티졸로 구성되는 군에서 선택되는 필터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 필터는 여과 효율이 0.1μm에서 99.99% 이상인 필터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 필터는 여과 효율이 0.1μm에서 99.999% 이상인 필터.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 필터는 여과 효율이 0.1μm에서 99.99999% 이상인 필터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1여과층에 설치되는, 미세 다공성 PTFE로 이루어진 제2여과층을 추가로 포함하고, 상기 2개의 여과층은 손상으로부터 서로를 보호하며, 이들중 하나의 내부의 불규칙한 구멍을 통한 누수를 방지하고자 제공되는 필터.
- 미세 다공성 물질로 이루어진 제1여과층 ; 상기 제1여과층에 평행하게 설치되는, 미세 다공성 물질로 이루어진 제2여과층 ; 상기 2개의 여과층의 상향 흐름에 설치되는 하나 이상의 지지 물질층 ; 및 상기 2개의 여과층의 하향 흐름에 설치되는 하나 이상의 지지 물질층을 포함하며, 상기 2개의 여과층 및 지지 물질층에는 주름이 형성되어 있고, 상기 필터의 여과 효율은 0.1μm에서 99.999% 이상인, 무균 시설에 사용하기 위한 공기 오염 물질 여과용 필터.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 추가의 지지 물질층은 상기 2개의 여과층의 상향 흐름에 설치되는 필터.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 주름진 2개의 여과층 및 지지 물질은 프레임내에 설치되며, 상기 프레임, 상기 주름진 2개의 여과층 및 지지 물질은 기밀 연결부에 의해 서로 단단하게 연결되는 필터.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 기밀 연결부에 의한 단단한 연결은 실리콘, 고온-용융 접착제, 폴리우레탄, 에폭시 또는 플라스티졸로 구성되는 군에서 선택되는 포팅 물질을 포함하는 필터.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 각각의 필터 층은 여과 효율이 0.1μm 및 10.5 ft/분에서 99.99% 이상인 미세 다공성의 팽창된 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌(PTFE)을 포함하는 필터.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 각각의 필터 층은 압력 강하가 12 ft/분에서 물 0.5 인치 이하인 물질을 포함하는 필터.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 각각의 필터 층은 평균 볼 파열값이 3.0 1b-힘 이상이되, 상기 값의 최대값과 최소값간의 차이는 1.4범위인 물질을 포함하는 필터.
