コントロールではICGの皮膚浸透は観察されなかったのに対し、操作回数が増加するほどICGの皮膚浸透性は増大し、5回では表皮層、10回では真皮層までICGが浸透しているのが観察された。表皮層および真皮層におけるICGの浸透量について、画像解析ソフトにて解析したところ、表皮層および真皮層ともに操作回数に比例してICGの皮膚浸透量が増大しているのが確認できた。

以上の結果から、本発明の真空含浸具によれば、皮膚に薬液を直接浸透させる効果があることが判る。また、真空含浸具の操作回数を増やす程、皮膚浸透性を増大させることができる。
なお、前述の皮膚浸透試験では、通気孔付き吸盤を単体で使用する試験用含浸具を使用したが、経皮吸収を促進する器具(経皮吸収用真空含浸具)として第1〜第5実施形態と同様な構成の真空含浸具を使用することもできる。これらの構成の真空含浸具を用いれば、より簡単な操作で効率よく皮膚への薬液の浸透を行うことが可能になる。
