極と、磁極の内側部に内接する外周部、回転部材
に対向し、外周部と異磁極に着磁された内周部及
び軸方向に対向する一対の側面を夫々有する環状
の磁力源と、回転部材と磁極の端面に充填される
磁性流体とからなり、前記磁力源は、該磁力源の
一対の側面のうち、一方の側面が、磁極の内壁部
との間に間隙が生じるように配置されていること
