The configuration is such that the X-rays transmitted through the atmosphere are detected by the X-ray detector group 7. Reference numeral 8 denotes a model movement control device, which is configured to control the movement of the moving table 3. 9 is a CT signal processing circuit which receives a signal from the X-ray detector I: 67, creates a cross-sectional image of the equipment model 5, and stores it. The signals stored in the OCT signal processing circuit 9 are then sent to a three-dimensional image display device 10. Jin's 3D image processing device 111
0 creates a three-dimensional image of the equipment model 5 from each cross-sectional image,
It is configured to automatically create a plan view, side view, etc. of the equipment model 5 by sending the number (g) to the X-Yf lock 11, etc.

First, as shown in FIG. 3, the equipment model 5 is moved at a predetermined pitch, and cross-sectional images of each position of a + b ICHd are taken. As shown in the cross-sectional image at position a shown in FIG. 4(a) and the cross-sectional image at position b shown in FIG. b+5 C+ 5 If there is no change in the position of d, the pipes 5a * 5b * 5 e
+5b is determined to be linear. The piping 5ar is between the position b and the position C shown in Figure 4(e), or between the position C and the 4th position 171 (shown in Figure 4(d)).
If there is a change in the position of 5b+5cr5d, it is determined that there is a bend in the pipe between these positions. Then, cross-sectional images are created at even narrower pitches for the parts of the pipe where it is determined that there is a bend, and the pipes 5a r 5b r5c, 5
Determine the shape and arrangement of d. In addition, in the parts where the piping is straight or bent at an angle, the vertical cross section of the piping is
In areas where the piping is tilted, the cross section of the piping becomes (4 circular), so the bent shape of the piping can be determined from this. Then, based on these cross-sectional images, the equipment model is created. Create a tertiary image of 5 and use i11ji as necessary.
A plan view of the equipment model 5 after processing such as 4M rotation,
Create a side view, etc. In this embodiment, the above-mentioned operations are performed automatically by the above-mentioned apparatus. In addition, the pitch and other details of the cross-sectional images are based on the shape of the equipment model,
Set according to the size, etc. Also, radiation therapy may be used instead of X-rays.
