Abstract
PURPOSE: To manufacture a measuring instrument of high performance easily by welding one end of a capillary tube to the fitting screw part of a case body.
CONSTITUTION: In case 1 equipped with fitting screw part 8, block 6 having Bourdon tube 2 and capillary tube 7 welded 11 at one-side ends is fixed to fixation screw 10 and the other end of capillary tube 7 is wound into hole 9 of fitting screw part 8. Next, the other end of capillary tube 7 inserted into hole 9 is fixed to fitting screw part 8 by welding 11. Consequently, when the other end of capillary tube 7 is fixed to fitting screw part 8 of case body 1 by welding, a thermal influence is extremely reduced and the performance improves. In addition, this is applicable to a miniature oil-filled pressure gauge and easy assemblying work is possible with a low man-hour.
