Abstract
PURPOSE: To make a chemical for method of construction gel completely without the danger of eluation of heavy metal, etc., by adding acidic fluid to a water glass solution to form previously by a specific alkali silica sol having a long gel time, followed by injecting the sol into the ground through one-shot process.
CONSTITUTION: An acidic fluid, e.g., sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, etc. is added to a water glass solution and mixed to prepare previously an alkali silica sol liquid having a pH of 11W12 and a gel time of several minutes to several hours. The liquid is then injected into the ground by one-shot process, and made to gel. An acidic liquid, an instantly setting material, exhibiting a weak alkalinity to neutrality in the mixture of the above-mentioned sol liquid and a gel time not longer than several seconds, may be made and injected to the ground by one and half- or two- shot.
EFFECT: Waste water under ground is not acidified.
