In this case, since there are conductors of the same polarity in each half of the separator, there is a large amount of repulsion when electricity is applied, which causes problems such as twisting of the cable and generation of noise.

た。 The present invention has been developed to improve this problem, and in order to reduce the repulsion of the conductors when energized, the conductors are alternately arranged between the positive and negative parts of the separator, and the conductors of the same polarity are connected to the terminal contact. It is compactly crimped onto the end. To explain this with reference to the illustrated embodiment, 1 indicates a separator, and the separator 1 is divided into 6 radially equal parts.
In the six spaces between these separating pieces 2, stranded wire conductors 3a on the positive side and stranded wire conductors 3b on the negative side are alternately arranged. The end of the separator 1 is separated into two parts through a cut 4 made on its axis, and one of the separated halves 5
is provided with one of the two negative stranded conductors 3b of the positive stranded conductor 3a, and one of the positive stranded conductors 3a and one of the two negative stranded conductors 3b is disposed in the other half 6. Two stranded wire conductors 3b are arranged, and the negative stranded wire conductor 3b in one half 5 is covered with an insulation coating 7 and led out to the outside, and the negative stranded wire conductor 3b in one half 5 is led out to the outside. The stranded wire conductor 3a is covered with an insulating coating 7 and led out. Then, the stranded conductors 3b, 3a led out from each half 5, 6 are replaced with the stranded conductors 3a, 3a of the same polarity remaining in the separated half 6, 5 of the other separator.
b, and the separated and cut separator halves are divided into positive and negative terminal contact ends 8 and crimped. In the illustrated embodiment, one negative stranded conductor 3b led out from one half 5 is coated with an insulating coating 7, and the negative stranded conductor 3b remaining in the other half 6 from which it is separated. The stranded wire conductor 3a on the positive side led out from the other half 6 is covered with an insulating coating 7. The stranded wire conductor 4a on the positive side remaining in the separated half 5 of the other half is bundled together with the separator half 5 and crimped to the positive terminal contact end 8a.

る。 In this way, according to the present invention, since the positive side stranded wire conductor 3a and the negative side stranded wire conductor 3b are alternately arranged between the separation pieces 2 of the insulating separator 1, the conductor when energized is The repulsion is canceled out by the adjacent two, making it possible to obtain a cable with less repulsion force. In addition, by cutting the end of separator 1 into two parts, the The stranded wire conductor on the side and the stranded wire conductor on the positive and negative sides in the separator of the other half are coated with insulation and led out of the separator, and each of the led out stranded wire conductors is separated and cut into the other half of the separator. It is assembled together with the conductor of the same polarity remaining in the half, and is divided into positive and negative terminal contact ends and crimped together with each separated separator half.
Each conductor has the advantage that it can be arranged in an orderly manner at the terminal contact end and can be firmly fixed.
