Description
なお、本明細書において「油圧の供給」は、「その油圧の作動油の供給」を意味している。
上記第1油圧に基づく所定の係合状態は、所定の係合トルクでスリップさせられるスリップ係合状態またはスリップ無しの係合状態を意味する。
Claims (8)
- 油圧を連続的に変化させることができるリニアソレノイドバルブと、油圧を出力および出力停止するON-OFFソレノイドバルブと、供給油圧に応じた係合トルクで係合させられる油圧式の摩擦係合装置と、を有する油圧制御システムにおいて、
前記リニアソレノイドバルブによって調圧される第1油圧、および前記ON-OFFソレノイドバルブのON-OFF切替に従って出力状態および出力停止状態に切り替えられる第2油圧を、同一の前記摩擦係合装置に対して供給することができるように、前記第1油圧を前記摩擦係合装置に対して供給する第1油路と前記第2油圧を前記摩擦係合装置に対して供給する第2油路とが設けられているとともに、前記リニアソレノイドバルブは前記出力状態における前記第2油圧よりも低い予め定められた調圧制御領域で前記第1油圧を調圧するように構成され、前記第1油圧および前記第2油圧のうち高圧側の油圧が前記摩擦係合装置に供給され、前記第1油路には逆止弁が設けられている油圧制御回路と、
前記摩擦係合装置に前記第1油圧を供給するとともに前記リニアソレノイドバルブによって前記第1油圧を前記調圧制御領域の範囲内で調圧する一方、前記摩擦係合装置が前記第1油圧に基づいて所定の係合状態とされた状態で前記ON-OFFソレノイドバルブのON-OFF切替により前記出力状態における前記第2油圧を前記摩擦係合装置に対して供給することにより、前記摩擦係合装置を前記出力状態における前記第2油圧に基づく高い係合トルクで完全係合状態とする係合制御部と、
を有することを特徴とする油圧制御システム。 - 前記係合制御部は、前記摩擦係合装置に供給される前記第1油圧を前記リニアソレノイドバルブによって前記調圧制御領域の範囲内で調圧することにより、前記摩擦係合装置をスリップ係合状態を含んで係合制御する一方、前記第1油圧に基づいて前記摩擦係合装置をスリップすることなく係合させた状態で、前記ON-OFFソレノイドバルブのON-OFF切替により前記出力状態における前記第2油圧を前記摩擦係合装置に供給して前記摩擦係合装置を前記完全係合状態とする
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の油圧制御システム。 - 前記ON-OFFソレノイドバルブから出力される油圧によって、前記第2油圧が前記出力状態と前記出力停止状態とに切り替えられる切替弁を備えている
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の油圧制御システム。 - 前記出力状態における前記第2油圧が前記摩擦係合装置に供給されて前記摩擦係合装置が前記完全係合状態となっている状態において、前記第1油圧が0とされる
ことを特徴とする請求項1~3の何れか1項に記載の油圧制御システム。 - 前記摩擦係合装置は、車両に搭載されたエンジンと回転機との間に設けられて動力伝達を接続遮断する断接装置である
ことを特徴とする請求項1~4の何れか1項に記載の油圧制御システム。 - 前記係合制御部は、前記回転機が所定の回転速度で回転駆動されている状態で前記断接装置に前記第1油圧が供給され、前記第1油圧に基づく前記断接装置のスリップ係合で前記エンジンがクランキングされるように、前記リニアソレノイドバルブによって前記第1油圧を前記調圧制御領域の範囲内で調圧し、燃料噴射および点火等の始動処理により前記エンジンが自力で回転する完爆状態になった後に、前記ON-OFFソレノイドバルブのON-OFF切替により前記出力状態における前記第2油圧を前記断接装置に供給することにより、前記断接装置を前記完全係合状態とする
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の油圧制御システム。 - 前記摩擦係合装置は、車両に搭載された流体式伝動装置のロックアップクラッチである
ことを特徴とする請求項1~4の何れか1項に記載の油圧制御システム。 - 前記摩擦係合装置は、車両に搭載された駆動力源と動力伝達装置との間に設けられて動力伝達を接続遮断する発進クラッチである
ことを特徴とする請求項1~4の何れか1項に記載の油圧制御システム。
