Claims (6)
- ブレーキペダル(12)の操作量を検出する操作量検出手段(Sd)と、前記操作量検出手段(Sd)で検出した操作量に対応するブレーキ液圧を発生する液圧源(42,23)と、前記液圧源(42,23)の作動を制御する制御手段(U)と、前記液圧源(42,23)が発生したブレーキ液圧で作動するホイールシリンダ(26,27;30,31)と、前記ブレーキペダル(12)への操作入力に対応してブレーキ液圧を発生するマスタシリンダ(11)と前記第1、第2アクチュエータ(42,23)との間に配置されて、それらマスタシリンダ(11)と第1、第2アクチュエータ(42,23)との連通を遮断する遮断弁(32,33)とを備えており、
前記液圧源(42,23)が、電動モータ(44)の駆動力でピストン(48)を前進させてブレーキ液圧を発生する第1アクチュエータ(42)と、ポンプ(64)で前記第1アクチュエータ(42)の下流側のブレーキ液を加圧する第2アクチュエータ(23)とからなり、
前記制御手段(U)が、前記操作量検出手段(Sd)で検出した操作量に基づいて、前記第1アクチュエータ(42)および前記第2アクチュエータ(23)を選択的に作動させる車両用ブレーキ装置であって、
前記制御手段(U)は、前記操作量または前記目標液圧が所定値に達した後は、前記第1、第2アクチュエータ(42,23)を作動させた状態で前記遮断弁(32,33)を開弁することを特徴とする車両用ブレーキ装置。 - 前記制御手段(U)は、前記操作量が所定値に達するまでは、前記第1アクチュエータ(42)のみを作動させて前記ホイールシリンダ(26,27;30,31)を加圧し、前記操作量が所定値に達した後は、前記第1アクチュエータ(42)を一定の駆動力で駆動するとともに前記第2アクチュエータ(23)を作動させて前記ホイールシリンダ(26,27;30,31)を加圧することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の車両用ブレーキ装置。
- 前記制御手段(U)は、前記操作量の時間変化量または目標液圧の時間変化量が基準値よりも大きいときに、前記第1アクチュエータ(42)の前記ピストン(48)を一定の駆動力で駆動するとともに前記第2アクチュエータ(23)を作動させて前記ホイールシリンダ(26,27;30,31)を加圧することを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載の車両用ブレーキ装置。
- 前記電動モータ(44)は弱め界磁制御が可能であり、
前記制御手段(U)は、前記操作量および該操作量の時間変化量の少なくとも一方に基づいて、前記弱め界磁制御を用いた前記第1アクチュエータ(42)による前記ホイールシリンダ(26,27;30,31)の加圧と、前記第2アクチュエータ(23)による前記ホイールシリンダ(26,27;30,31)の加圧とを選択的に実行することを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の車両用ブレーキ装置。 - 前記第1アクチュエータ(42)の作動を停止して前記第2アクチュエータ(23)を作動させるとき、前記ホイールシリンダ(26,27;30,31)の圧力を保持する開閉弁(54)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1又は請求項4に記載の車両用ブレーキ装置。
- 前記制御手段(U)は、前記操作量または前記目標液圧が所定値に達した後は、前記第1アクチュエータ(42)を前記操作量または前記目標液圧によらない所定の方法で制御するとともに、前記第2アクチュエータ(23)を前記操作量または前記目標液圧により駆動し、かつ前記操作量または前記目標液圧が前記所定値がよりも大きい復帰時の所定値を下まわったときに、前記第1アクチュエータ(42)のみを前記操作量または前記目標液圧に応じて駆動することを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項5の何れか1項に記載の車両用ブレーキ装置。
