Description
(実施例1〜6)
V2O4、Li2CO3、MgOを下記表1の実施例1〜6に示す割合で秤量して、これらを自動乳鉢にて1時間混合した後、黒鉛ルツボ内で、窒素気流中、1200℃で3時間焼成して、実施例1〜6のリチウムバナジウム複合酸化物を得た。
V2O4、Li2CO3及びMgOと、更に、Al2O3、TiO2、ZrO2又はMoO2とを、下記表1の実施例7〜10に示す割合で秤量した後、実施例1〜6と同様な工程を経て、添加元素としてAl、Ti、Zr、Moをそれぞれ加えた実施例である、実施例7〜10のリチウムバナジウム複合酸化物を得た。
V2O4、Li2CO3、MgOを下記表1の比較例1〜4に示す割合で秤量した後、実施例と同様な工程を経て、比較例1〜4のリチウムバナジウム複合酸化物を得た。表1に示すように、比較例1ではMgが配合されておらず、比較例2ではMgの添加量が過剰であり、比較例3ではLiの添加量が少なく、比較例4ではLiの添加量が過剰である。
実施例及び比較例で得られたリチウムバナジウム複合酸化物の熱特性の評価は、示差走査熱量計(DSC)を用いて、Ar気流中、10℃/minで室温から300℃の範囲で行った。
Claims (7)
- リチウムとバナジウムを主成分とし、かつ、マグネシウムを含有する六方晶系のリチウムバナジウム複合酸化物からなり、
リチウムとバナジウムのモル比が、1.15≦Li/V≦1.35であり、
マグネシウムとバナジウムのモル比が、0.01≦Mg/V≦0.06であるリチウムイオン電池用負極材料。 - 前記リチウムバナジウム複合酸化物は、長周期表のIIA族からIVB族に含まれる元素からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種の元素を含有する請求項1記載のリチウムイオン電池用負極材料。
- Ti、Zr、Mo、及び、Alからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種の元素を含有する請求項1又は2記載のリチウムイオン電池用負極材料。
- 前記リチウムバナジウム複合酸化物の格子定数aとcの比が、5.10≦c/a≦5.15である請求項1、2又は3記載のリチウムイオン電池用負極材料。
- 前記リチウムバナジウム複合酸化物の示差走査熱量測定における吸熱ピークが、90〜130℃に単一のピークとして存在する請求項1、2、3又は4記載のリチウムイオン電池用負極材料。
- 請求項1、2、3、4又は5記載のリチウムイオン電池用負極材料を含有する負極。
- 請求項6記載の負極を備えているリチウムイオン電池。
