Claims (14)
- 生体の皮膚に微細孔を形成する微細針と係合部とを有する微細針チップ、
前記微細針チップを着脱自在に収容するチップ収容具、及び、
前記微細針チップの係合部に係合することにより前記微細針チップを着脱可能に把持する一対のチップ把持部を有し、前記一対のチップ把持部に把持された前記微細針チップを前記生体の皮膚に当接させて前記生体の皮膚に微細孔を形成する微細孔形成装置を備え、
前記チップ収容具は、
前記一対のチップ把持部が挿入される第1開口を有する第1収容部と、
前記第1収容部内に設けられ、前記微細針チップの係合部が前記第1開口側に位置するように前記微細針チップを着脱自在に保持する保持部とを含み、
前記微細孔形成装置は、
前記チップ収容具を挿入可能な開口部を有する収容具挿入部と、
前記収容具挿入部の開口部に挿入された前記チップ収容具を排出する排出部と、
前記収容具挿入部から前記チップ収容具を排出する方向に前記排出部を付勢する第1付勢部と、を備え、
前記チップ収容具が前記収容具挿入部の開口部に挿入されることにより、前記チップ収容具に収容された前記微細針チップが前記一対のチップ把持部に対して位置決めされるとともに前記排出部が前記チップ収容具に押圧されて移動し、その移動に伴って、前記排出部が前記第1付勢部により付勢され、
前記一対のチップ把持部は、弾性変形可能に形成され、前記収容具挿入部の開口部に挿入された前記チップ収容具の前記第1開口に挿入されて前記チップ収容具内の前記微細針チップの係合部に押圧された際に、互いに相反する方向に撓み、その弾性力によって前記係合部に係合して前記微細針チップを把持し、
前記収容具挿入部から前記チップ収容具を排出する場合、前記第1付勢部の付勢力によって前記排出部が前記チップ収容具を押すことで、前記収容具挿入部の開口部から前記チップ収容具が排出される、微細孔形成システム。 - 前記微細針チップは、複数の微細針を有する微細針アレイ部を備える、請求項1に記載の微細孔形成システム。
- 前記微細針チップの係合部は、鍔部であり、
前記チップ把持部の先端は、前記鍔部に係合可能なフック形状を有している、請求項1または2に記載の微細孔形成システム。 - 前記鍔部は、前記チップ把持部に当接する部分がテーパー状に形成されており、
前記チップ把持部は、前記鍔部に当接する部分がテーパー状に形成されている、請求項3に記載の微細孔形成システム。 - 前記チップ収容具は、
使用済みの微細針チップを把持した前記一対のチップ把持部が挿入される第2開口を有する第2収容部と、
前記第2収容部内に設けられ、前記チップ把持部から前記微細針チップを取り外すための取り外し部とを含み、
前記一対のチップ把持部が、前記微細針チップを把持した状態で前記第2開口に挿入されて前記取り外し部に押圧された際に、互いに相反する方向に撓むことによって前記微細針チップの係合部との係合が解除され、前記微細針チップが取り外される、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の微細孔形成システム。 - 前記チップ収容具の取り外し部は、前記チップ把持部に当接する部分がテーパー状に形成されており、
前記チップ把持部は、前記取り外し部に当接する部分がテーパー状に形成されている、請求項5に記載の微細孔形成システム。 - 前記微細孔形成装置は、前記一対のチップ把持部を有し前記生体の皮膚側に向かう第1の方向およびその反対方向の第2方向へ移動可能な把持部材を含み、
前記把持部材を前記第1の方向に付勢する第2付勢部と、
前記把持部材が前記第2付勢部による付勢力に抗して前記第2の方向へ移動された場合に、前記把持部材に係合して前記把持部材を固定する固定部と、
前記把持部材と前記固定部との係合を解除する解除部とをさらに備え、
前記解除部により前記把持部材と前記固定部との係合を解除することによって、前記把持部材が前記第1の方向へ移動する、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の微細孔形成システム。 - 前記把持部材と前記固定部との係合が解除されている場合に、前記チップ収容具に収容された前記微細針チップを装着するために前記チップ把持部が前記微細針チップに当接することにより、前記チップ把持部が前記微細針チップを把持するとともに前記把持部材が前記固定部に係合するまで前記第2方向に移動される、請求項7に記載の微細孔形成システム。
- 前記排出部は、前記チップ収容具が前記収容具挿入部の開口部に挿入された際に前記排出部の移動に伴って外部に突出する押圧部を含む、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の微細孔形成システム。
- 前記保持部は、前記第1開口を介して前記第1収容部から前記微細針チップが離脱可能に前記微細針チップを支持する複数の支持部を備え、
前記複数の支持部は、隣接する支持部の間において前記第1開口を介した微細針チップへ接触が可能なように、互いに間隔を置いて配置されている、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の微細孔形成システム。 - 各支持部は、前記微細針チップに接触可能に前記第1収容部内に垂直に設けられた板状部材である、請求項10に記載の微細孔形成システム。
- 前記複数の支持部は、互いに対向するように配置された少なくとも一対の板状部材を含む、請求項11に記載の微細孔形成システム。
- 前記第2収容部には、保持された前記使用済みの微細針チップの離脱を防止する離脱防止部が設けられている、請求項5または6に記載の微細孔形成システム。
- 前記第1開口と前記第2開口とは、互いに反対側に設けられている、請求項5または6に記載の微細孔形成システム。
