物で切断される食品スライサにおいて、 刃物の下側に、刃物と切断厚さ調節板の間から後方に繰

向けて空気を噴出する湾曲用空気噴出装置を設け、湾曲
用空気噴出装置が噴出する空気で食品の切片状切断部を
更に湾曲する構成にし、 湾曲用空気噴出装置の下側に、食品から切り離されて落
下する切片を移送するコンベアを設け、食品の切片がコ
ンベアの上に湾曲状態で落下して折れ曲がった状態で移
送される構成にしたことを特徴とする切片の折り曲げ装
