Abstract

[Problem] To provide packaging for gift figures that can improve the visual appeal of the boxes used to store the figures.
[Solution] The gift figure packaging 1 consists of a hexagonal box 2 that can be opened and closed, in which the figure is removably stored, and the box is wrapped in a transparent plastic film 3. The packaging 1 is accompanied by a single bag of beads 20, each partially coated with either an adhesive or a tack agent and covered and protected with release paper, which are attached to the plastic film.

Description

This invention relates to gift packaging for figurines, suitable for use when giving figurines as gifts to friends or others on special occasions such as birthdays.

Among young people, it is well known that they often exchange figurines as gifts with friends on special occasions such as birthdays.
In such cases, using a ready-made box for the figure's outer packaging can result in a uniform and unoriginal gift that may not be well-received by the recipient.

On the other hand, Patent Document 1 discloses an example of a gift that easily expresses individuality: a bouquet of flowers accompanied by a message card and a melody generator, presented as a greeting gift.

However, while the greeting gifts disclosed in Patent Document 1 may enhance visual and auditory effects, they do not allow the recipient to experience the joy of creation or stimulate the sense of smell.

Therefore, this invention aims to provide packaging for gift figurines in a way that allows the recipient to experience the joy of creating something with the packaging and to enjoy the olfactory stimulation.

To solve the aforementioned problems, this invention focuses on packaging materials for gift figurines.

The features of this packaging are as follows: The packaging for the gift figurine consists of the figurine and a hexahedron box in which the figurine is housed, with at least one face of the hexahedron being openable and closable so that the figurine can be removed. The box is covered with a transparent plastic film that can be written on with an oil-based pen, and by undoing at least a portion of the covering, the box becomes openable and closable on one face. The box is partially coated with either an adhesive or a sealant that allows attachment to the plastic film, and at least one bag of beads, each protected by a release liner, is attached as a package, with at least one bag of the package being joined to the plastic film-covered surface in either a separable or non-separable manner.

The following are some examples of packaging designs for such gift figurines.

In other words, either a perfume or eau de cologne in a spray bottle is attached to either the bag packaging or the box in a manner that allows it to be sprayed onto the surface of the plastic film, either in a separable or non-separable manner.

In this type of gift figurine packaging, the hexagonal box containing the figurine is covered with a transparent plastic film, and several beads that can be attached to the outside of the plastic film are included. The figurine and beads are provided as a single unit, allowing the recipient to freely combine them. Therefore, the recipient of the package can choose the color and shape of the beads to decorate the box according to their preference.

Furthermore, since the placement of the beads on the box can be freely determined, the recipient can create a box that perfectly matches their tastes and preferences through the appropriate combination of the figure, box, and beads. This allows them to experience the joy of creation and enjoy the olfactory stimulation.

Here, "as a single unit" means not only being in the same package, but also including cases where items are not in the same package but are treated as packaged goods provided to the recipient at the same time.

Referring to the attached drawings, the details of the packaging for the gift figurine according to this invention are as follows:

Figure 1 is a partially broken perspective view of the packaging 1 for a gift figurine according to the present invention. The packaging 1 consists of a hexahedron box 2 and a colorless or colored transparent plastic film 3 covering the box 2. A figurine (not shown) is stored in the box 2. In Figure 1, the plastic film 3 is shown in a partially broken state. At least one of the six sides of the box 2 is designed to be openable and closable, allowing the figurine to be removed by opening that side. As shown in Figure 2 below, the box 2 can be opened, with the top surface 6 indicated by a dashed line. However, since the entire surface of the box 2 is covered by the plastic film 3, when opening the top surface 6, the required portion of the plastic film 3 must be opened beforehand, as indicated by the dashed line.

Figure 2 is a perspective view showing an example of an embodiment of the packaged product 1 according to the present invention. In Figure 2, the top surface 6 of the box 2 is open. Note that the broken state of the plastic film 3 is not shown in Figure 2.

The plastic film 3 is made of a material that allows for writing letters and drawings using an appropriate writing instrument such as an oil-based pen. Furthermore, decorative items such as glass beads and plastic beads, as shown in Figure 3 below, can be attached to the plastic film 3 in either a removable or non-removable manner using adhesive or a bonding agent. As shown in Figure 3 below, as an example of such decorative item 20, multiple glass beads 11, partially coated with adhesive 14, are removablely attached to a single release paper 12. This release paper 12, along with the glass beads 11, is placed in a transparent plastic bag 13 and attached to the plastic film 3 covering the box 2 in either a removable or non-removable manner.

Upon receiving packaged item 1, the recipient can peel off glass beads 11 of the appropriate color and shape from the release paper 12 shown in Figure 3, and attach them to the appropriate positions on the plastic film 3 using the adhesive 14 applied to them, thereby decorating the entire surface of the pre-made box 2 in a way that is unique to the owner of the box 2.

The plastic film 3 covering the hexahedron box 2 is either colorless and transparent, or colored and transparent, and its surface may be glossy or matte. In either case, the figure depicted on the surface of the box 2, as well as any accompanying decorations or designs, can be seen through the plastic film 3.

Figure 3 shows the aforementioned ornament 20. The glass or plastic beads 11 constituting the ornament 20 are detachably arranged on a single release paper 12 via an adhesive or bonding agent 14. The ornament 20 is provided as a single package 13.

If the plastic film 3 covering the hexahedron box has a glossy finish, attaching beads to it enhances the reflection of light from the beads, contributing to an improved visual effect.

The beads 11, which can be peelably attached to the plastic film 3, can be attached by the recipient of the packaged item 1 according to their preference. However, in this invention, the person intending to give the packaged item 1 as a gift can pre-attach some of the many beads 11 to the packaged item 1, and then present the packaged item 1 in that state as the gift.

The characteristics of the beads 11, such as color saturation, brightness, and color temperature, should be determined appropriately, taking into account the surface condition of box 2 and the recipient's preferences. The same applies to the shape and size of the beads 11.

Since a large quantity of beads can be prepared in advance in a single package (20 bags), recipients of gift figurines can easily decorate them with beads to their liking.

Since the beads are prepared in a single package (13) and can be managed and provided collectively, the scattering of beads can be prevented.

In Figure 4, the box 2 covered with plastic film 3 is the same as the box 2 in Figure 1. However, on one side of the box 2 in Figure 4, a small plastic film pouch 30, different from the one in Figure 1, is attached to the portion 30 of the plastic film 3 covering that side, either in a removable or non-removable manner. Details of the pouch 30 are shown in Figure 5. The pouch 30 in Figures 4 and 5 is openable and closable, and a spray container 40 is removably housed inside. The spray container 40 is filled with fragrance such as perfume or cologne, and can be sprayed by pressing the top in the direction of the arrow (see Figure 5). In the packaged product 1 shown in Figure 4, some of the beads 11 exemplified in Figure 1 are attached to the surface of the plastic film 3. With such a packaged product 1 as shown in Figure 4, for example, the recipient can, at an appropriate time, remove the spray container 40, remove the lid 42, and spray the fragrance onto the box 2 and the figure inside, thereby providing an olfactory effect to the packaged product 1.

In one preferred embodiment of this invention, the hexagonal box 2 may contain any gift items, such as food or beverages, instead of the figurines.

Claims (2)

A gift figurine packaging comprising a figurine and a hexahedral box in which the figurine is stored, wherein at least one face of the hexahedron is formed to be openable and closable so that the figurine can be removed,
The box is covered with a transparent plastic film on which writing can be done with an oil-based pen, and one side of the box can be opened and closed by undoing at least a portion of the covering, and the box is attached as a single package containing a plurality of beads, each partially coated with either an adhesive or a tack agent that allows attachment to the plastic film and protected by a release paper covering either of the above, and at least one of the packages is joined to the box in a manner that is either separable or inseparable. The packaged article according to claim 1, wherein either a perfume in a spray bottle or an eau de cologne is bonded to the plastic film in a manner that is either separable or inseparable, so that it can be sprayed onto the plastic film.
