Abstract
Description
密封容器内のクラックの存在を突き止める方法は、密封容器が配置される検出区域を定めるステップと、容器が検出区域内にあるときに、容器内のクラックの存在を示す温度勾配の存在を突き止めるステップとを主に含む。
- 検出区域13をダクト21を介して温度センサ19と連通するステップと、
- 検出区域13内に容器を配置するステップと、
- ダクト21を通して検出区域13から気体試料を吸い込むステップ、およびそれを容器内の気体漏れの存在を突き止めるセンサ19へ伝達するステップと、を含む。
Claims (10)
- 密封容器内のクラックの存在を突き止める方法であって、
- 密封容器(CT)を受け入れるように適合された検出区域(13)を定めるステップと、
- 前記検出区域(13)内に容器(CT)を配置するステップと、
- 前記検出区域(13)内の前記容器によって決定される、前記容器(CT)内のクラックの存在を示す温度勾配の存在を突き止めるステップと、を含む方法。 - 前記温度勾配の存在は、少なくとも1つのサーマルカメラによって突き止められる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記温度勾配の存在は、温度センサによって突き止められる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記検出区域(13)を通しての前記容器(CT)の通過中に前記検出区域(13)内で雰囲気を所定の一定の温度に維持するステップが用意されている、請求項1、2、または3に記載の方法。
- 前記検出区域(13)内に配置されるとき、前記容器内に存在し得るクラックを通しての前記容器(CT)からの流体のあり得る流出を促すための絞りに前記容器(CT)をかけるステップがさらに用意されている、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記検出区域(13)を少なくとも1つのダクト(21)を介して少なくとも1つの温度センサ(19)と連通させ、前記ダクト(21)を通して前記検出区域(13)から気体を吸い込み、前記容器(CT)からの流体漏れの存在によって引き起こされる温度勾配の存在を突き止める前記センサ(19)へ前記気体を伝達するステップが用意されている、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 密封容器内のクラックの存在を突き止める装置であって、
- 密封容器(CT)を受け入れるように適合された検出区域(13)と、
- 前記検出区域(13)内で前記容器(CT)によって決定される、前記容器(CT)内のクラックの存在を示す温度勾配の存在を突き止めることができる、少なくとも1つの温度センサ(19)および/または少なくとも1つのサーマルカメラと、を備える装置。 - - 前記検出区域(13)および前記温度センサ(19)と連通するダクト(21)と、
- 前記ダクト(21)と連通し、前記温度センサ(19)の下流に位置する吸込ファン(25)と、
が設けられている、請求項7に記載の装置。 - 前記検出区域(13)は、前記検出区域(13)内の雰囲気の温度を一定に維持するように適合された手段(16)を備える検出トンネル(14)内に、定められる、請求項7または8に記載の装置。
- 前記検出トンネル(14)は、流体が一定の温度で流れるダクト(18)を備え、前記ダクトは、前記検出区域を通しての試料の通過を妨げないように前記検出トンネル(14)の壁(20)にまたはその近くに位置する、請求項7、8、または9に記載の装置。
