However, as described above, the aerosol composition filled in the conventional aerosol container is such that the powder having a large specific gravity separates from other components and easily settles at the bottom, so that a steel ball for stirring is put in the container. In addition, it was necessary to shake and shake the aerosol container before use, which was not convenient. In addition, the powder may not be sprayed uniformly if stirring is not sufficient.

According to the aerosol device having the above configuration, when the aerosol valve is opened by operating the operation member,
The spray gas in the aerosol container is ejected from the nozzle part at a high speed, and the vicinity of the tip of the nozzle part becomes negative pressure due to the ejector action, so that the powder in the powder container is attracted through the powder passage and is accompanied with the spray gas. Is injected into.
Therefore, the powder does not clog the stem hole of the valve stem, the gas flow path and the nozzle part of the operation member.

In addition, since the powder attracted by the negative pressure of the spray gas ejected from the nozzle part is sprayed together with the spray gas, the powder can be sprayed in a state of mixing and stirring only by operating the operation member. Can be provided.
Further, the spray gas does not need to eject powder dispersed in the liquefied gas as in the prior art, and it is sufficient to eject the vaporized gas of the liquefied gas stored in the aerosol container. Is not too strong.

Next, operation | movement of the aerosol apparatus 1 of this embodiment is demonstrated.
When the aerosol container 5 shown in FIG. 1 is used upright, an in-container suction port (not shown) of the aerosol valve 3 communicates with the gas phase portion of the injection gas G. Therefore, when the push button member 10 is pushed down and the aerosol valve 3 is opened, the vaporized gas of the injection gas G in the aerosol container 5 is ejected from the nozzle part 8 through the gas flow path 14.
When the jet gas G is ejected from the nozzle part 8 at a high speed, the vicinity of the tip of the nozzle part 8 becomes negative pressure by the ejector action, so that the powder P in the powder container 2 is attracted through the powder passage 11. Then, it is injected to the outside from the injection port 4a together with the injection gas G.

That is, in the aerosol device 1 of the present embodiment, the powder P is accommodated in the powder container 2 attached to the nozzle member 9 of the push button member 10, and the injection gas G filled in the aerosol container 5 is the nozzle part. Since the powder P is injected together with the injection gas G by being ejected from the high speed 8, the powder P is clogged in the stem hole of the valve stem 3 a, the gas flow path 14 of the push button member 10, and the injection port 8. There is nothing.
Further, since the powder P does not pass through the aerosol valve 3, an ordinary aerosol valve for liquefied gas can be used for the aerosol valve 3. Therefore, it is not necessary to use a special aerosol valve for injecting powder, and costs can be reduced.

Further, the spray gas G does not need to eject powder dispersed in the liquefied gas as in the conventional aerosol device, and if the vaporized gas of the liquefied gas in the liquefied gas state contained in the aerosol container 5 is ejected. Since it is good, the cooling sensation does not become too strong when jetted to the human body as compared with the case where the liquefied gas is jetted.
