Abstract

[PROBLEMS] Recently, hydration during exercise during global warming has become very important. A water station was set up at the Hakone Ekiden during cold weather this year. It is unprecedented to have a watering station in a winter event. In addition, it is certain that the water content of the body in the event under the scorching sun is life or death. The problem is that a mixture of glycerin and water, which is effective in accumulating body water during exercise, can prevent heat stroke and improve exercise function.
SOLUTION: For 1 kg of body weight, 1 g (0.793 ml) of glycerin and 21 g (21 ml) of water are blended as a guide, raw royal jelly having pharmacological activity and a physiologically active substance such as honey are mixed and added in an appropriate amount. By doing so, a tremendous effect can be expected from the improvement of motor function. By ingesting this mixed water several hours before exercise, it is possible to secure an energy source during exercise and to prevent heat stroke. The most important point here is the concentration of glycerin to be added. The mixing ratio of water and glycerin is key.

Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention uses a mixed water of glycerin and water by a hydration method secretly performed by a British athlete Sebastian Ko for the prevention of heat stroke.
[0002]
[Prior art]
This year, a water station was set up at the Hakone Ekiden competition. At the extremely cold January 2nd and 3rd Games, several people are leaving the front line dehydrated every year. It is strange. This is undoubtedly deeply related to global warming. The Earth is rising 3 degrees Celsius in 100 years. Also, the heat island phenomenon is occurring in urban areas. For athletes, hydration is not only an important factor in winning or losing, but also a matter of life and death. However, there is no manual that gives detailed instructions on hydration before, during and after exercise. In addition, many leaders are unaware of when and what to drink. At present, most sports drinks on the market are electrolyzed water or mixed carbohydrate water, and most athletes drink unconsciously.
Recently, mixed water containing amino acids and the like is commercially available, but drinking water that top athletes really need is water that can be accumulated and used in the body during exercise. There is no doubt that if you can replenish the body water lost by sweating during exercise before exercise, you will improve your motor function. It is also very useful for preventing heat stroke. There is no commercially available drinking water that can replenish the body's water loss during exercise.
[0003]
Problems to be Solved by the Invention
The key thing a top athlete should consider a few hours before the race is to restore the energy lost the day before and to get enough water in preparation for sweating in the race. However, if you drink too much water a few hours ago, you will be excreted simply as urine before the race. This is because water taken several hours before the race begins to be absorbed when the race begins. By ingesting a mixture of glycerin and water at an appropriate mixing ratio several hours in advance, it is possible to accumulate in the body in advance the amount of water in the body that is lost due to sweating during exercise. This is called hyperhydration. This hydration method protects athletes from dehydration due to global warming and can prevent heat disorders. I am convinced that a mixed water of glycerin and water with an appropriate mixing ratio can sufficiently contribute to the improvement of athletic function of a top athlete.
[0004]
[Means to solve the problem]
Once water enters the body, it is directly absorbed by blood vessels, increasing overall blood flow. However, water taken in rapidly is excreted immediately outside the body as urine. This is because in the cardiovascular system, sensory receptors detect changes in blood flow, and then the kidneys respond to increased water before exercise, increase urine excretion, and reduce blood flow to normal levels. Because it returns to.
However, the problem here is the increased body water, and it is only necessary to make all the body water available to the body. In other words, it is only necessary to accumulate not as plasma in blood vessels but as water between cell tissues and intracellular water. In that case, the water excreted as urine is minimized.
Such hyperhydration throughout the body is made possible by ingesting a mixture of glycerin and water. As a result, ingestion of glycerin water is less likely to cause heat injury. Thus, the glycerin water is redistributed throughout the body and can be used for evaporative cooling. Also, hyperhydration with glycerin water during exercise is very effective for maintaining an appropriate amount of water during exercise. A suitable glycerin water intake is 1 g of glycerin and 21 g of water per kg of body weight. In addition, the concept of the mixed water of glycerin and water is a reverse idea of the enema used for people with constipation. Enema is a method of injecting glycerin from the anus into a person suffering from constipation to collect body water in the intestine and facilitate excretion of stool. Furthermore, in the medical field, in order to drain water accumulated in the brain, a method is employed in which glycerin is injected into the nape of the neck to drain the water in the brain into the body. Hyperhydration is a method of reversing the use of such a method, in which a sufficient amount of water in the body is accumulated during exercise to prepare for water lost due to sweating. An important point in this hyperhydration is the glycerin concentration when mixed with water.
[0005]
Embodiment of the Invention
Mixed drinking water with glycerin blends, in the processing process from material to commercialization while maintaining the material as natural and natural as possible and maintaining its freshness, additives and heat, water, pressure, air, Consideration must be given to a product form that is less likely to cause deterioration in quality such as oxidation. In addition, factors such as daily intake, compounding ratio, absorption in the body, ease of drinking, ease of handling, cost, and related laws and regulations must be considered.
The production of mixed drinking water by blending glycerin is achieved by blending known per se foods or food ingredients, excipients, and pharmaceutical carriers in a manner known per se. Drinking water can be useful. Food additives and food components to be used are not particularly limited, and can be appropriately selected by those skilled in the art according to the intended use of the drug for which the intended effect is unusual. In addition, the form is not particularly limited, and various solids and shapes can be used according to specific applications.
[0006]
【Example】
With reference to 1 g (0.793 ml) of glycerin and 21 g (21 ml) of water per 1 kg of body weight, a prototype was prepared so as to be able to handle the body weight.
Contrary to the trial production, considering the point of sale, a prototype in which water is added to glycerin from the beginning is not a good solution due to weight and volume issues. Therefore, a commercially available mineral water was mixed with the prototype according to the mixing ratio at the time of use so that an appropriate amount could be taken several hours before.
For the implementation, we asked Assistant Professor Seiya of the University of Tsukuba to cooperate with the University of Tsukuba, and selected members of the club who were prone to dehydration during practice. The member selected a person weighing 55 kg, mixed 1155 kg (1155 ml) of water with 55 g (43.615 ml) of glycerin, and ingested several times four hours before. At this time, because of the experiment, other ingredients were not blended, and the effect of mixing only glycerin and water was expected. The day of the training was selected on a sunny day in August. During the practice, the participants were allowed to experiment as long as possible without consuming water. Surprisingly, while other members demanded water during the break, they continued to practice for a long time without hydration. I was convinced that this mixed water of glycerin and water would be indispensable drinking water for athletes.
[0007]
【The invention's effect】
The present invention is a very effective evaporative cooling method by ingesting a suitable amount of mixed water of glycerin and water several hours before exercise according to an appropriate blending ratio, so that an appropriate amount of water can be maintained in the body during exercise. Less likely to cause thermal damage. In addition, it is believed that mixing a substance having a pharmacological effect such as a combination of raw royal jelly and honey will further increase the efficacy, and will help secure an energy source and improve exercise function.
