Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 水路や集水池における沈殿物、または下水処理プラント、産業もしくは水 耕栽培から出る排水のような排物から燐系およびオキシアニオン系汚染材料を除 去することによるその排物の改善方法にして、該排物を、第IIIB族、ランタニ ド類および第IVB族の元素から選ばれる錯化性元素(1種または複数種)で変性 された基剤と接触させる工程を含む上記の方法。 2. 第IIIB族および第IVB族の元素から選ばれる錯化性元素の可溶性塩を加 えることを含む、請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 3. 前記塩が前記錯化性元素の塩化物塩もしくは硝酸塩、または塩化物塩と硝 酸塩との混合物である、請求の範囲第2項に記載の方法。 4. カルシウム塩のような二価元素の塩または三価元素の塩を添加することを さらに含む、請求の範囲第3項に記載の方法。 5. 前記基剤が100グラム当たり30ミリ当量(meq/100g)より大き いカチオン交換容量(CEC)を有する、前記請求の範囲のいずれか1項に記載 の方法。 6. 前記基剤が100meq/100gより大きいカチオン交換容量(CEC )を有する、請求の範囲第5項に記載の方法。 7. 前記基剤が150meq/100gより大きいカチオン交換容量(CEC )を有する、請求の範囲第6項に記載の方法。 8. 前記基剤が天然もしくは合成の鉱物質基剤または基剤混合物である、請求 の範囲第5〜7項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 9. 前記鉱物質基剤が、サポナイト、ベントナイトもしくはバーミキュライト のような膨張性粘土、またはアタパルジャイト、海泡石もしくはパリゴルスカイ トのような繊維質、鎖状の関連粘土鉱物、あるいは任意のそのような基剤の混合 物である、請求の範囲第8項に記載の方法。 10.前記鉱物質基剤がゼオライトを含む、請求の範囲第9項に記載の方法。 11.前記鉱物質基剤が、層間カチオンの大部分を除去するために、前記錯化性 元素により変性される前に、濃酸(例えば、HCl、H2SO4)で予備処理さ れたものである、請求の範囲第8〜10項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 12.前記錯化性元素が、ランタン、セリウム、プラセオジム、ネオジム、プロ メチウム、サマリウム、ユウロピウム、ガドリニウム、テルビウム、ジスプロシ ウム、ホルミウム、エルビウム、ツリウム、イットリウム、イッテルビウム、ル テチウム、ジルコニウムおよびハフニウムの内の1種または2種以上から成る、 前記請求の範囲のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 13.前記錯化性元素がランタンから成る請求の範囲第12項に記載の方法。 14.前記錯化性元素がジルコニウムから成る、請求の範囲第12項に記載の方 法。 15.前記錯化性元素がランタンとジルコニウムとの混合物から成る、請求の範 囲第12項に記載の方法。 16.前記沈殿物改善用材料を、その化学的性質を特定の用途に合うように変え るために、有機および/または無機のリガンドの添加により改質する、前記請求 の範囲のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 17.前記改善用材料をウォータボディーの表面に乾燥粉体、ペレットまたは含 水スラリーとして適用する、前記請求の範囲のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 18.前記改善用材料をウォータボディーの底部沈殿物の表面に直接適用する、 前記請求の範囲のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 19.前記改善用材料をウォータボディーの底部沈殿物中に注入する、前記請求 の範囲のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 20.前記改善用材料が、ウォータボディーの底部沈殿物の表面を覆って被覆層 を形成する、請求の範囲1〜16項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 21.前記被覆層が0.5〜5mmの範囲の厚さを有する、請求の範囲第20項 に記載の方法。 22.前記改善用材料が、地盤用シート、例えば透水性膜、または織成されたP VCの布もしくはテクスタイルのような織成プラスチック布の間にサンドイッチ される、請求の範囲1〜16項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 23.前記改善用材料をペレット化し、得られたペレットをそれより小さい開口 を有する織成ネットの表面間にサンドイッチして、該ネットの中に該改善用材料 を保持しながら高い溶質流を収容する、請求の範囲第1〜16項のいずれか1項 に記載の方法。 24.排物中の燐系およびオキシアニオン系汚染物質としての装填物を減少させ る際に使用するための、第IIIB族、ランタニド類および第IVB族の元素から選 ばれる錯化性元素(1種または複数種)により変性された基剤を含んで成る改善 用材料。 25.前記基剤が100グラム当たり30ミリ当量(meq/100g)より大 きいカチオン交換容量(CEC)を有する、請求の範囲第24項に記載の改善用 材料。 26.前記基剤が100meq/100gより大きいカチオン交換容量(CEC )を有する、請求の範囲第24項に記載の改善用材料。 27.前記基剤が150meq/100gより大きいカチオン交換容量(CEC )を有する、請求の範囲第24項に記載の改善用材料。 28.前記基剤が天然もしくは合成の鉱物質基剤またはそれら鉱物質基剤の混合 物である、請求の範囲第24〜27項のいずれか1項に記載の改善用材料。 29.前記鉱物質基剤が、サポナイト、ベントナイトもしくはバーミキュライト のような膨張性粘土、またはアタパルジャイト、海泡石もしくはパリゴルスカイ トのような繊維質、鎖状の関連粘土鉱物、あるいは任意のそのような基剤の混合 物である、請求の範囲第28項に記載の改善用材料。 30.前記鉱物質基剤がゼオライトを含む、請求の範囲第28項に記載の改善用 材料。 31.前記鉱物質基剤が、層間カチオンの大部分を除去するために、前記錯化性 元素により変性される前に、濃酸(例えば、HCl、H2SO4)で予備処理され たものである、請求の範囲第28〜30項のいずれか1項に記載の改善用材料。 32.前記錯化性元素が、ランタン、セリウム、プラセオジム、ネオジム、プロ メチウム、サマリウム、ユウロピウム、ガドリニウム、テルビウム、ジスプロシ ウム、ホルミウム、エルビウム、ツリウム、イットリウム、イッテルビウム、ル テチウム、ジルコニウムおよびハフニウムの内の1種または2種以上から選ばれ る、請求の範囲第24〜31項のいずれか1項に記載の改善用材料。 33.前記錯化性元素がランタンから成る、請求の範囲第32項に記載の改善用 材料。 34.前記錯化性元素がジルコニウムから成る、請求の範囲第32項に記載の改 善用材料。 35.前記錯化性元素がランタンとジルコニウムとの混合物から成る、請求の範 囲第32項に記載の改善用材料。 36.有機および/または無機のリガンドの添加により改質されている、請求の 範囲第24〜35項のいずれか1項に記載の改善用材料。 37.本発明の態様に関する説明を参照して、本明細書において実質的に説明さ れている、沈殿物の改善方法。 38.本発明の態様に関する説明を参照して、本明細書において実質的に説明さ れている、改善用材料。
