Abstract
Il sistema di gestione della distribuzione di energia elettrica con capacità di telecontrollo e telelettura, comprende una prima rete a media tensione, associata ad una molteplicità di cabine primarie, una seconda rete a bassa tensione associata ad una molteplicità di cabine di distribuzione, ed una terza rete preposta alla distribuzione verso le singole utenze, ciascuna delle quali è associata ad almeno un contatore di energia elettrica; dette prima e seconda rete costituendo isole di comunicazione di informazione con tecniche ad onde convogliate, i confini di delimitazione di dette isole essendo costituiti dea cabine di trasformazione, i trasformatori costituendo elementi di arresto della propagazione di onde convogliate recanti informazione; dette isole avendo confini variabili in funzione della particolare configurazione della topologia corrente dell'intero sistema, una modifica della topologia potendo comportare una modifica dei confini di dette isole.The electrical energy distribution management system with remote control and remote reading capability includes a first medium voltage network associated with a multiplicity of primary substations, a second low voltage network associated with a multiplicity of distribution substations, and a third network responsible for distribution to the individual users, each of which is associated with at least one electricity meter; said first and second networks constituting islands of information communication with conveyed wave techniques, the boundaries of delimitation of said islands being constituted by transformer cabins, the transformers constituting elements to stop the propagation of conveyed waves carrying information; said islands having variable borders according to the particular configuration of the current topology of the entire system, a modification of the topology being able to involve a modification of the borders of said islands.
