Claims (16)
1. Vežuća molekula koja se može vezati na L1,
(a) koja se bira iz skupine koju čine jednolančana protutijela, scFv, multimeri scFv, poput diatijela, triatijela ili tetratijela, fragmenti protutijela, Fab, tandabs, fleksitijela, bispecifična protutijela, te kimerna protutijela, i/ili
(b) koja sadrže najmanje jednu Ig domenu, te naznačena time što je za vežuću molekulu koja se može vezati na L1:
(i) karakteristično da njezina područja koja određuju komplementarnost (CDR) imaju sljedeće sljedove: LCDR1: RASQDISNYLN (SEQ ID No.: 24), LCDR2: YTSRLHS (SEQ ID No.: 25), LCDR3: QQGNTLPWT (SEQ ID No.: 26), HCDR1: RYWML (SEQ ID No.: 27), HCDR2: EINPRNDRTNYNEKFKT (SEQ ID No.: 28), i HCDR3: GGGYAMDY (SEQ ID No.: 29),
i gdje se navedena vežuća molekula veže na L1 s afinitetom (KD) od najmanje 10–10 M, ili
(ii) karakteristično da njezina područja koja određuju komplementarnost (CDRs) imaju sljedeće sljedove: LCDR1: QDISNY (SEQ ID No.: 30), LCDR2: YTS, LCDR3: QQGNTLPWT (SEQ ID No.: 31), HCDR1: GYTFTRYW (SEQ ID No.: 32), HCDR2: INPRNDRT (SEQ ID No.: 33), i HCDR3: ALGGGYAMDY (SEQ ID No.: 34),
i gdje se navedena vežuća molekula veže na L1 s afinitetom (KD) od najmanje 10–10 M.
2. Vežuća molekula koja se može vezati na L1 u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačena time što se vežuća molekula veže na L1 s afinitetom (KD) od najmanje 10–11 M.
3. Vežuća molekula koja se može vezati na L1 u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1 ili 2, naznačena time što je vezana na aktivnu tvar, po mogućnosti toksin, citokin, nanočesticu ili radionuklid.
4. Vežuća molekula koja se može vezati na L1 u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačena time što je namijenjena upotrebi u postupku liječenja tumorogene bolesti.
5. Vežuća molekula koja se može vezati na L1 u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačena time što je namijenjena upotrebi u postupku sensibiliziranja tumorskih stanica kod pacijenta radi liječenja kemoterapijskom lijekom ili radioterapijom.
6. Vežuća molekula koja se može vezati na L1, namijenjena upotrebi u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 5, naznačena time što su stanice u najmanju ruku djelomično otporne na liječenje navedenim kemoterapijskim lijekom ili na radioterapiju.
7. Vežuća molekula koja se može vezati na L1, namijenjena upotrebi u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 5 ili 6, naznačena time što se nakon sensibiliziranja vežućom molekulom pacijent dodatno liječi navedenim kemoterapijskim lijekom ili radioterapijom.
8. Vežuća molekula koja se može vezati na L1, naznačena time što je namijenjena upotrebi u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 4, kod pacijenta prethodno liječenog kemoterapijskom lijekom ili radioterapijom.
9. Vežuća molekula koja se može vezati na L1, namijenjena upotrebi u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 8, naznačena time što je pacijent u najmanju ruku djelomično otporan na liječenje navedenim kemoterapijskim lijekom ili radioterapijom.
10. Vežuća molekula koja se može vezati na L1, naznačena time što je
(i) namijenjena upotrebi u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 4, kod pacijenta koji je u najmanju ruku djelomično otporan na liječenje danim kemoterapijskim lijekom ili radioterapijom, ili
(ii) namijenjena upotrebi u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 4, gdje se vežuću molekulu primjenjuje u kombinaciji s kemoterapijskom lijekom ili radioterapijom.
11. Vežuća molekula koja se može vezati na L1, namijenjena upotrebi u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 10, točka (ii), naznačena time što se kemoterapijski lijek ili radioterapija primjenjuje prije vežuće molekule.
12. Vežuća molekula koja se može vezati na L1, namijenjena upotrebi u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 4 do 11, naznačena time što tumorske stanice ili tumorogena bolest su tipa koji se bira iz skupine koju čine astrocitom, oligodendrogliom, meningiom, neurofibrom, glioblastom, ependimom, Schwannom, neurofibrosarkom, meduloblastom, melanom, rak gušterače, karcinom prostate, rak glave i vrata, rak dojke, rak pluća, rak jajnika, rak endometrija, rak bubrega, neuroblastomi, karcinomi pločastih stanica, hepatom, rak debelog crijeva i mezoteliom i epidermoidni karcinom, ili,
što su tumorske stanice iz tumora epitela ili što je tumorogena bolest tumor epitela.
13. Vežuća molekula koja se može vezati na L1, namijenjena upotrebi u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 12, naznačena time što je tumor epitela rak gušterače, rak debelog crijeva, rak jajnika ili rak endometrija.
14. Vežuća molekula koja se može vezati na L1, namijenjena upotrebi u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 5 do 13, naznačena time što je kemoterapijski lijek sredstvo koje oštećuje DNA, koje se po mogućnosti bira iz skupine koju čine aktinomicin-D, mitomicin C, cisplatin, doksorubicin, etopozid, verapamil, podofilotoksin, 5-FU, taksani, po mogućnosti paklitaksel i karboplatin, ili, što se radioterapiju bira iz skupine koju čine rendgensko zračenje, UV-zračenje, γ-zračenje, α- ili β-zračenje, te mikrovalovi.
15. Farmaceutski pripravak, naznačen time što sadrži vežuću molekulu koja se može vezati na L1 u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 3.
16. Upotreba vežuće molekule koja se može vezati na L1 u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačena time što je vežuća molekula namijenjena određivanju razine proteina L1 u tjelesnim tkivima ili tekućinama in vitro.
