[Class 2 (ii)] [Also in Group VIII] A fabric made of threads of thermoplastic resin which have been produced with stretching or have been after-stretched is heated to a temperature approximating to that of the softening point of the threads, whilst it is subjected to tension in all directions in such manner that the original length of the threads is maintained. Dry or moist heat may be employed.
