Description
TITLE: A TOILET DEODORIZER
This invention relates to a toilet deodorizer.
It has been found that a fragrant material is usually used for covering bad smells from the toilet. However, such bad smells are not removed and still exist there.
Hence, it is an object of the present invention to provide a toilet odorizer which may actually remove the bad smells therefrom.
This invention relates to a toilet deodorizer.
It is the primary object of the present invention to provide a toilet deodorizer which may effectively remove bad smells from the toilet.
It is another object of the present invention to provide a toilet deodorizer which is easy to be mounted on a toilet.
It is still another object of the present invention to provide a toilet deodorizer which is facile to maintain.
It is still another object of the present invention to provide a toilet deodorizer which is compact in size.
It is a further object of the present invention to provide a toilet deodorizer which consumes only a small amount of power.
Other objects and merits and a fuller understanding to the present invention will be obtained by those having ordinary skill in the art when the following detailed description of the preferred embodiment is read in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a toilet deodorizer according to the present invention;
FIG. 2 is an exploded view of the toilet deodorizer;
FIG. 3 is a sectional view of the toilet deodorizer; and
FIG. 4 is a working view of the present invention.
For purpose to promoting an understanding of the principles of the invention, reference will now be made to the embodiment illustrated in the drawings. Specific language will be used to describe same. It will, nevertheless, be understood that no limitation of the scope of the invention is thereby intended, such alternations and further modifications in the illustrated device, and such further applications of the principles of the invention as illustrated herein being contemplated as would normally occur to one skilled in the art to which the invention relates.
With reference to the drawing and in particular to
FIG. 1 thereof, the toilet deodorizer according to the present invention mainly comprises a housing 1, an intermdiate container 2 and a lower container 3. The housing 1 is provided with an infra-red sensor 11 on the top and one side. The intermediate container 2 is fitted into the intermediate recess 4 of the housing 1, while the lower container 3 is inserted into the lower recess 42 of the housing 1 (see FIG. 2). Between the recess 4 and the recess 42 there is a seat portion 13 in which is mounted a fan 14. The lower container 3 is formed with a plurality of exhaust holes 31 and 32.
As shown in FIG. 2, the housing 1 is formed with a tubular hook portion 12 having an internal passage 121 (see FIGS. 3 and 4). The passage 121 is in communication with the interior of the housing 1. Around the seat portion 13 there is a raised edge 41. The intermediate container 2 has a circular tubular trough 21 for receiving a filter 22 in which is fitted active carbon 23. The filter is first mounted into the circular tubular trough 21 and then the intermediate container 2 is fitted on the raised edge 41 of the seat portion 13. On the seat portion 13 there are a plurality of openings 141 which are in communication with the exhaust holes 31 and 32.
Further, the rear side of the lower container 3 is provided with a telescopic supporting rod 5 on which is mounted a sucking cup 51.
Looking now at FIG. 4, when in use, the hook portion 12 of the housing 1 is fitted on the bowl A and under the toilet seat Al, with the sucking cup 51 adhering on the outer surface of the bowl A, thereby firmly keeping the toilet deodorizer on the bowl A.
The power consumption of the present invention is only 4W and the toilet deodorizer can be supplied by a dry battery (see FIG. 3) or alternative current.
Although the present invention has been described with a certain degree of particularity, it is understood that the present disclosure is made by way of example only and that numerous changes in the detail of construction and the combination and arrangement of parts may be resorted to without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as hereinafter claimed.
