Abstract
La divulgation concerne un dispositif de raccordement tournant de conduits de fluide cryogénique, comprenant une première pièce de conduite (A) formant partie femelle de joint et une deuxième pièce de conduite (B) formant partie mâle de joint, connectées de sorte à délimiter un conduit (C) de circulation du fluide cryogénique et à former une chambre de réchauffement du fluide cryogénique entre les première (A) et deuxième (B) pièces de conduite, ledit dispositif de raccordement tournant comprenant en outre : un premier joint (7) imperméable au fluide cryogénique, ménagé autour du conduit de circulation à une interface de jonction entre ladite première pièce de conduite (A) et ladite deuxième pièce de conduite (B) donnant sur la chambre de réchauffement à une extrémité interne de celui-ci;un deuxième joint (2) imperméable au fluide cryogénique ménagé à une interface de jonction entre ladite deuxième pièce de conduite (B), ladite deuxième bride annulaire externe (12), et ladite bague radialement interne (10) , située à une extrémité externe de la chambre de réchauffement;un troisième joint (3) imperméable au gaz formé par réchauffement d’une quantité dudit fluide cryogénique et présentant une température supérieure à -75 degrés, préférentiellement supérieure à -50 degrés, ledit troisième joint (3) étant ménagé à une interface de jonction entre ladite bague radialement externe (9), ladite bague radialement interne (10) et ladite deuxième bride annulaire externe (12).The disclosure relates to a rotating connection device for cryogenic fluid conduits, comprising a first conduit (A) forming the female part of a joint and a second conduit (B) forming the male part of a joint, connected so as to delimit a conduit (C) for circulating the cryogenic fluid and to form a cryogenic fluid heating chamber between the first (A) and second (B) conduits, said rotating connection device further comprising: a first seal (7) impermeable to the cryogenic fluid, formed around the circulation conduit at a junction interface between said first conduit (A) and said second conduit (B) opening onto the heating chamber at an internal end thereof; a second seal (2) impermeable to the cryogenic fluid formed at a junction interface between said second conduit (B), said second external annular flange (12), and said radially internal ring (10), located at an external end of the heating chamber; a third seal (3) impermeable to the gas formed by heating a quantity of said fluid cryogenic and having a temperature above -75 degrees, preferably above -50 degrees, said third seal (3) being provided at a junction interface between said radially external ring (9), said radially internal ring (10) and said second external annular flange (12).
