Abstract
Figure pour l’abrégé : Fig. 1.Method for determining whether the operating channel of a medical endoscope has been used The invention relates to a method for determining whether a working channel (8) of an insertion tube (2) of a medical endoscope (1) has been used, comprising the following steps: 1) providing a medical endoscope (1) comprising an outer sheath (9) completely covering the insertion tube (2) by matching its shape, such that the outer sheath (9) covers the distal head (4) by its distal end (9d), 2) acquiring, using the camera (6), images identifying the use of the working channel (8), in order to determine whether the working channel (8) has been used. The invention also relates to a method for preparing a medical endoscope (1) for reuse. Abstract: Fig. 1.
