Abstract
L'invention propose un dispositif lumineux pour un véhicule automobile comprenant une source lumineuse matricielle qui réalise une fonction lumineuse au sein du véhicule automobile. La même source est utilisée, ensemble avec une photodiode, pour estimer le temps de vol d'impulsions lumineuses captées, initialement générées par la source matricielle. Il devient possible de détecter des objets et/ou des gestes en utilisant la lumière du spectre visible, et sans ayant recours à des sources d'impulsions spécifiques dédiées à cet effet.
