Abstract
Verfahren zur Reduktion von Ablagerungen in der Trockenpartie bei der Herstellung von Papier, Pappe und Karton durch Zugabe (a) mindestens eines wasserlöslichen kationischen Polymeren und (b) mindestens einer wässrigen Dispersion eines PoIymerleimungsmittels zu einem Papierstoff, Entwässern des Papierstoffs unter Blattbildung und Trocknen der Papierprodukte.

Verfahren zur Reduktion von Ablagerungen in der Trockenpartie bei der Herstellung von Papier, Pappe und Karton
Beschreibung
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Reduktion von Ablagerungen in der Trockenpartie bei der Herstellung von Papier, Pappe und Karton durch Zugabe (a) mindestens eines wasserlöslichen kationischen Polymeren und (b) mindestens einer wässrigen Dispersion eines Polymerleimungsmittels zu einem Papierstoff, Entwässern des Pa- pierstoffs unter Blattbildung und Trocknen der Papierprodukte.
Bei der Papierherstellung werden Ablagerungen in der Regel durch Störstoffe verursacht, die insbesondere beim Recycling von Altpapier auftreten. Solche Ablagerungen werden auch als Stickies bezeichnet. Diese Stickies stammen beispielsweise von Haft- klebern, dem Strich von Papier oder Karton sowie aus Harzen, die bei der Faserherstellung nicht entfernt wurden. Diese Stickies verursachen eine starke Reduktion der Runnablity der Papiermaschine, verursacht einerseits durch eine deutliche Erhöhung des kationischen Bedarfs im Papierprozess und andererseits durch Ablagerungen in der Trockenpartie. Die Steigerung des kationischen Bedarfs reduziert die Effizienz der Papierprozesschemikalien wie beispielsweise der Retentionsmittel, während die Ablagerungen in der Trockenpartie zu Abrissen im Papierherstellungsprozess führen.
In der Literatur sind bereits einige Verfahren zur Papierherstellung bekannt, die sich mit dem Problem von Störstoffablagerungen beschäftigen.
Aus US 3,081 ,219 ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Papier auf Basis von Sulfitholzstoff bekannt, bei dem durch die Zugabe eines Sesquestrierungsmittel wie PoIy- phosphate oder eines Dispergiermittels wie Formaldehydsulfonsäure oder Naphthalin- sulfonsäure-Formaldehyd Kondensat eine Kontrolle der Ablagerungen von Störstoffen erreicht werden soll.
In US 4,871 ,865 wird ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Papier beschrieben, in dem ein wasserlösliches Polymer mit Methyl-Ether-Gruppen wie zum Beispiel Methylcellulose zugegeben wird, um eine Kontrolle der Ablagerung von Stickies zu erzielen.
Die Kontrolle von Störstoffablagerungen in der Papierherstellung wird ebenfalls in US 4,871 ,424 offenbart. Darin wird die Dosierung von wasserlöslichen, Hydroxyl- Gruppen tragenden Polymeren wie zum Beispiel Polyvinylalkohol empfohlen.
Aus der DE 42 40 110 A1 ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Papier bekannt, bei dem durch die Zugabe von wasserlöslichen Polyethyleniminen eine Kontrolle der Störstoffablagerungen versucht wird.
US 6,387,215 lehrt den Einsatz von wasserlöslichen Copolymeren aus Acrylamid und Vinylacetate zur Kontrolle der Störstoffablagerungen.
Da insbesondere Abrisse in der Trockenpartie, die durch Ablagerungen verursacht werden, immer wieder zu Störungen im laufenden Papierherstellungsprozess führen, besteht ein kontinuierlicher Bedarf an der Reduktion von Ablagerungen, insbesondere in der Trockenpartie bei der Herstellung von Papier, Pappe und Karton.
Der vorliegenden Erfindung lag daher die Aufgabe zu Grunde, ein Verfahren zur Re- duktion von Ablagerungen in der Trockenpartie bei der Herstellung von Papier, Pappe und Karton zur Verfügung zu stellen, bei dem der laufende Papierherstellungsprozess durch Abrisse weniger beeinträchtigt wird. Dieses Verfahren sollte insbesondere für aus Altpapier (umfassend deinktem Altpapier) hergestellte Zeitungspapiere und Karton geeignet sein.
Die Aufgabe wird gelöst durch ein Verfahren zur Reduktion von Ablagerungen in der Trockenpartie bei der Herstellung von Papier, Pappe und Karton durch Zugabe (a) mindestens eines wasserlöslichen kationischen Polymeren und (b) mindestens einer wäss- rigen Dispersion eines Polymerleimungsmittels zu einem Papierstoff, Entwässern des Papierstoffs unter Blattbildung und Trocknen der Papierprodukte.
Die genannten Komponenten (a) und (b) können in jeder beliebigen Reihenfolge oder auch als Mischung dem Papierstoff zugesetzt werden.
Die kationischen Polymere (a) sind wasserlöslich. Die Löslichkeit in Wasser unter
Normalbedingungen (20 0C, 1013 mbar) und pH 7 beträgt beispielsweise mindestens 5 Gew.-%, bevorzugt mindestens 10 Gew.%.
Die Ladungsdichte der kationischen Polymeren (ohne Gegenion) beträgt beispielswei- se mindestens 0,5 meq/g und liegt üblicherweise im Bereich von 1 bis 22 meq/g.
Dabei sind wasserlösliche kationische Polymere (a) im Sinne der Erfindung solche Polymere, die kationische, neutrale oder anionische Struktureinheiten beinhalten können, bei denen aber die kationischen Struktureinheiten gegenüber den anionischen Struk- tureinheiten einen Überschuss von mindestens 5 Mol-%, bevorzugt von mindestens 10 Mol-% und besonders bevorzugt von mindestens 20 Mol-% aufweisen.
Die Molmassen Mw der kationischen Polymeren betragen z.B. mindestens 1 000 Dalton. Sie liegen beispielsweise meistens in dem Bereich von 5 000 bis 5 onen Dalton.
Als wasserlösliche kationische Polymere (a) kommen alle Amino- bzw. Ammoniumgruppen tragende Verbindungen in Betracht. Bei den Aminogruppen kann es sich um primäre, sekundäre, tertiäre oder quarternäre Gruppen handeln. Für die Polymere kommen im wesentlichen Polymerisate, Polyadditionsverbindungen oder Polykonden- säte in Betracht, wobei die Polymere eine lineare oder verzweigte Struktur bis hin zu hyperverzweigten oder dendritischen Strukturen aufweisen können. Weiterhin sind auch Pfropfpolymere anwendbar.
Das wasserlösliche kationische Polymere (a) ist üblicherweise ausgewählt aus der Gruppe der Vinylamineinheiten enthaltenden Polymerisate, kationischen Homo- und Copolymeren des (Meth)acrylamids, Polyallylaminen, Polyaminoalkylvinylether, mit Epihalohydrin umgesetzte Polyamidoaminverbindungen und Polyaminverbindungen, amphoteren Polymeren mit einer kationischen Gesamtladung, Ethylenimineinheiten enthaltenden Polymeren und Homopolymeren mit kationischen oder protonierbaren Gruppen.
Derartige wasserlösliche kationische Polymere (a) sind beispielsweise Vinylamineinheiten enthaltende Polymerisate, vgl. DE 35 06 832 A1 und DE 10 2004 056 551 A1. Bei dem erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren setzt man als Vinylamineinheiten enthaltende Po- lymere Reaktionsprodukte ein, die erhältlich sind
durch Polymerisieren mindestens eines Monomeren der Formel
in der R1, R2 = H oder d- bis C6-Alkyl bedeuten,
und anschließende teilweise oder vollständige Abspaltung der Gruppen -CO-R1 aus den in das Polymerisat einpolymerisierten Einheiten der Monomeren (I) unter Bildung von Aminogruppen
und/oder
durch Hofmann-Abbau von Polymeren, die Acrylamid- und/oder Methacrylamid- einheiten aufweisen.
In einer Ausführungsform der Erfindung setzt man als Vinylamineinheiten enthaltende Polymere beispielsweise die Reaktionsprodukte ein, die erhältlich sind durch Polymerisieren von
(1.) mindestens eines Monomeren der Formel
in der R1, R2 = H oder d- bis C6-Alkyl bedeuten,
(2.) gegebenenfalls mindestens eines anderen monoethylenisch ungesättigten Monomeren und
(3.) gegebenenfalls mindestens eines vernetzend wirkenden Monomeren mit mindestens zwei Doppelbindungen im Molekül
und anschließende teilweise oder vollständige Abspaltung der Gruppen -CO-R1 aus den in das Polymerisat einpolymerisierten Einheiten der Monomeren (I) unter Bildung von Aminogruppen.
Vorzugsweise setzt man als Vinylamineinheiten enthaltende Polymere die Reaktionsprodukte ein, die durch Polymerisieren von N-Vinylformamid und anschließende Abspaltung von Formylgruppen aus den in das Polymerisat einpolymerisierten Vinylfor- mamideinheiten unter Bildung von Aminogruppen erhältlich sind, oder man verwendet die Reaktionsprodukte, die durch Copolymerisieren von
(1.) N-Vinylformamid und (2.) Acrylnitril
und anschließende Abspaltung von Formylgruppen aus den in das Copolymerisat einpolymerisierten Vinylformamideinheiten unter Bildung von Aminogruppen erhältlich sind.
In einer anderen Ausführungsform der Erfindung können die Vinylamineinheiten enthaltenden Polymerisate auch amphoter sein, wenn sie eine kationische Gesamtladung aufweisen. Der Gehalt an kationischen Gruppen im Polymeren soll dabei mindestens 5 Mol-%, vorzugsweise mindestens 10 Mol-% über dem Gehalt an anionischen Gruppen liegen. Solche Polymere sind beispielsweise erhältlich sind durch Polymerisieren von
(1.) mindestens eines Monomeren der Formel
in der R1, R2 = H oder d- bis C6-Alkyl bedeuten,
(2.1 ) mindestens jeweils eines eine Säurefunktion tragenden Monomeren ausgewählt aus monoethylenisch ungesättigten Sulfonsäuren, monoethylenisch ungesättig- ten Phosphonsäuren und monoethylenisch ungesättigten Carbonsäuren mit 3 bis
8 C-Atomen im Molekül und/oder deren Alkalimetall-, Erdalkalimetall- oder Ammoniumsalzen,
(2.2) gegebenenfalls mindestens eines anderen neutralen und/oder eines kationi- sehen Monomeren und
(3.) gegebenenfalls mindestens eines vernetzend wirkenden Monomeren mit mindestens zwei Doppelbindungen im Molekül
und anschließende teilweise oder vollständige Abspaltung der Gruppen -CO-R1 aus den in das Polymerisat einpolymerisierten Einheiten der Monomeren (I) unter Bildung von Aminogruppen, wobei der Gehalt an Aminogruppen im Copolymerisat mindestens 5 Mol-% über dem Gehalt an einpolymerisierten Säuregruppen der Monomere (2.1 ) beträgt.
Von Interesse sind außerdem amphotere Vinylamineinheiten enthaltende Polymere, die eine kationische Gesamtladung tragen und die beispielsweise durch Copolymeri- sieren von
(1.) N-Vinylformamid,
(2.1 ) Acrylsäure, Methacrylsäure und/oder deren Alkalimetall-, Erdalkalimetall- oder Ammoniumsalzen und
(2.2) gegebenenfalls Acrylnitril und/oder Methacrylnitril
und anschließende teilweise oder vollständige Abspaltung von Formylgruppen aus dem in das Polymerisat einpolymerisierten N-Vinylformamid unter Bildung von Aminogruppen erhältlich sind, wobei der Gehalt an Aminogruppen im Copolymerisat mindestens 5 Mol-% über dem Gehalt an einpolymerisierten Säuregruppen der Monomere (2.1 ) beträgt.
Beispiele für Monomere der Formel (I) sind N-Vinylformamid, N-Vinyl-N- methylformamid, N-Vinylacetamid, N-Vinyl-N-methylacetamid, N-Vinyl-N- ethylacetamid, N-Vinylpropionamid und N-Vinyl-N-methylpropionamid und N- Vinylbutyramid. Die Monomeren der Gruppe (a) können allein oder in Mischung bei der Copolymerisation mit den Monomeren der anderen Gruppen eingesetzt werden. Bevorzugt eingesetztes Monomer dieser Gruppe ist N-Vinylformamid.
Diese Polymere können gegebenenfalls modifiziert sein, indem die N- Vinylcarbonsäureamide (1.) zusammen mit (2.) mindestens einem anderen monoethy- lenisch ungesättigten Monomeren copolymerisiert und die Copolymerisate anschließend unter Bildung von Aminogruppen hydrolysiert werden. Falls bei der Copolymerisation anionische Monomere eingesetzt werden, so wird die Hydrolyse der einpolyme- risierten Vinylcarbonsäureamideinheiten so weit geführt, dass der molare Überschuss an Amineinheiten gegenüber den anionischen Einheiten im Polymerisat mindestens 5 Mol-% beträgt.
Beispiele für Monomere der Gruppe (2.) sind Ester von α,ß-ethylenisch ungesättigten Mono- und Dicarbonsäuren mit Ci-C3o-Alkanolen, C2-C3o-Alkandiolen und C2-C30- Aminoalkoholen, Amide von α,ß-ethylenisch ungesättigten Monocarbonsäuren und deren N-Alkyl- und N,N-Dialkylderivate, Nitrile von α,ß-ethylenisch ungesättigten Mono- und Dicarbonsäuren, Ester von Vinylalkohol und Allylalkohol mit C1-C30- Monocarbonsäuren, N-Vinyllactame, stickstoffhaltige Heterocyclen mit α,ß-ethylenisch ungesättigten Doppelbindungen, Vinylaromaten, Vinylhalogenide, Vinylidenhalogenide, C2-C8-Monoolefine und Mischungen davon.
Geeignete Vertreter sind z.B. Methyl(meth)acrylat (worin (Meth)acrylat im Sinne der vorliegenden Erfindung sowohl Acrylat als auch Methacrylat bedeutet), Methylethacry- lat, Ethyl(meth)acrylat, Ethylethacrylat, n-Butyl(meth)acrylat, lsobutyl(meth)acrylat, tert.-Butyl(meth)acrylat, tert.-Butylethacrylat, n-Ocytl(meth)acrylat, 1 ,1 ,3,3- Tetramethylbutyl(meth)acrylat, Ethylhexyl(meth)acrylat und Mischungen davon.
Geeignete zusätzliche Monomere der Gruppe (2.) sind weiterhin die Ester von α,ß- ethylenisch ungesättigten Mono- und Dicarbonsäuren mit Aminoalkoholen, vorzugsweise C2-Ci2-Aminoalkoholen. Diese können am Aminstickstoff d-Cs-monoalkyliert oder -dialkyliert sein. Als Säurekomponente dieser Ester eignen sich z.B. Acrylsäure, Methacrylsäure, Fumarsäure, Maleinsäure, Itaconsäure, Crotonsäure, Maleinsäureanhydrid, Monobutylmaleat und Gemische davon. Bevorzugt werden Acrylsäure, Methacrylsäure und deren Gemische eingesetzt. Dazu zählen beispielsweise N- Methylaminomethyl(meth)acrylat, N-Methylaminoethyl(meth)acrylat, N, N- Dimethylaminomethyl(meth)acrylat, N,N-Dimethylaminoethyl(meth)acrylat, N, N- Diethylaminoethyl(meth)acrylat, N,N-Dimethylaminopropyl(meth)acrylat, N, N- Diethylaminopropyl(meth)acrylat und N,N-Dimethylaminocyclohexyl(meth)acrylat.
Weiterhin sind als Monomere der Gruppe (2.) geeignet 2-Hydroxyethyl(meth)acrylat, 2- Hydroxyethylethacrylat, 2-Hydroxypropyl(meth)acrylat, 3-Hydroxypropyl(meth)acrylat, 3-Hydroxybutyl(meth)acrylat, 4-Hydroxybutyl(meth)acrylat, 6- Hydroxyhexyl(meth)acrylat und Mischungen davon.
Geeignete zusätzliche Monomere der Gruppe (2.) sind weiterhin Acrylsäureamid, Me- thacrylsäureamid, N-Methyl(meth)acrylamid, N-Ethyl(meth)acrylamid, N- Propyl(meth)acrylamid, N-Butyl(meth)acrylamid, N-(tert.-Butyl)(meth)acrylamid, N- Octyl(meth)acrylamid, N-(1 ,1 ,3,3-Tetramethylbutyl)(meth)acrylamid, N- (Ethylhexyl)(meth)acrylamid und Mischungen davon.
Darüber hinaus sind als weitere Monomere der Gruppe (2.) N-[2- (Dimethylamino)ethyl]acrylamid, N-[2-(Dimethylamino)ethyl]methacrylamid, N-[3- (Dimethylamino)propyl]acrylamid, N-[3-(Dimethylamino)propyl]methacrylamid, N-[4- (Dimethylamino)butyl]acrylamid, N-[4-(Dimethylamino)butyl]methacrylamid, N-[2- (Diethylamino)ethyl]acrylamid, N-[2-(Diethylamino)ethyl]methacrylamid und Mischungen davon geeignet.
Weitere Beispiele für Monomere der Gruppe (2.) sind Nitrile von α,ß-ethylenisch ungesättigten Mono- und Dicarbonsäuren wie beispielsweise Acrylnitril und Methacrylnitril. Die Anwesenheit von Einheiten dieser Monomeren im Copolymerisat führt während bzw. nach der Hydrolyse zu Produkten, die Amidineinheiten aufweisen, vgl. z.B. EP 0 528 409 A1 oder DE 43 28 975 A1. Bei der Hydrolyse von N- Vinylcarbonsäureamidpolymeren entstehen nämlich in einer sekundären Reaktion A- midineinheiten, indem Vinylamineinheiten mit einer benachbarten Vinylformamideinheit oder - sofern eine Nitrilgruppe als benachbarte Gruppe im Polymerisat vorhanden ist - damit reagieren. Im Folgenden bedeutet die Angabe von Vinylamineinheiten in den amphoteren Copolymerisaten oder in nicht modifizierten Homo- bzw. Copolymerisaten immer die Summe aus Vinylamin- und Amidineinheiten.
Geeignete Monomere der Gruppe (2.) sind weiterhin N-Vinyllactame und deren Derivate, die z.B. einen oder mehrere d-Cβ-Alkylsubstituenten (wie oben definiert) aufweisen können. Dazu zählen N-Vinylpyrrolidon, N-Vinylpiperidon, N-Vinylcaprolactam, N-Vinyl- 5-methyl-2-pyrrolidon, N-Vinyl-5-ethyl-2-pyrrolidon, N-Vinyl-6-methyl-2-piperidon, N- Vinyl-6-ethyl-2-piperidon, N-Vinyl-7-methyl-2-caprolactam, N-Vinyl-7-ethyl-2- caprolactam und deren Mischungen.
Weiterhin sind als Monomere der Gruppe (2.) N-Vinylimidazole und Alkylvinylimidazole geeignet, insbesondere Methylvinylimidazole wie beispielsweise 1-Vinyl-2- methylimidazol, 3-Vinylimidazol-N-oxid, 2- und 4-Vinylpyridin-N-oxide sowie betaini- sche Derivate und Quaternisierungsprodukte dieser Monomere sowie Ethylen, Propy-
len, Isobutylen, Butadien, Styrol, α-Methylstyrol, Vinylacetat, Vinylpropionat, Vinylchlo- rid, Vinylidenchlorid, Vinylfluorid, Vinylidenfluorid und Mischungen davon.
Die zuvor genannten Monomeren können einzeln oder in Form von beliebigen Mi- schungen eingesetzt werden. Typischerweise werden sie in Mengen von 1 bis
90 Mol%, bevorzugt 10 bis 80 Mol% und besonders bevorzugt 10 bis 60 Mol% eingesetzt.
Zur Herstellung von amphoteren Copoylmerisaten kommen als andere monoethyle- nisch ungesättigte Monomere der Gruppe (2.) auch anionische Monomere in Betracht, die oben als Monomere (2.1 ) bezeichnet sind. Sie können gegebenenfalls mit den o- ben beschriebenen neutralen und/oder kationischen Monomeren (2.2) copolymerisiert werden. Die Mengen an anionischen Monomeren (2.1 ) beträgt jedoch höchstens 45 Mol-%, damit das entstehende amphotere Copolymerisat insgesamt eine kationi- sehe Ladung aufweist.
Beispiele für anionische Monomere der Gruppe (2.1 ) sind ethylenisch ungesättigte C3- bis Cβ-Carbonsäuren wie beispielsweise Acrylsäure, Methacrylsäure, Dimethacrylsäu- re, Ethacrylsäure, Maleinsäure, Fumarsäure, Itaconsäure, Mesaconsäure, Citraconsäu- re, Methylenmalonsäure, Allylessigsäure, Vinylessigsäure und Crotonsäure. Als Monomere dieser Gruppe eignen sich außerdem Sulfongruppen enthaltende Monomere wie Vinylsulfonsäure, Acrylamido-2-methylpropansulfonsäure und Styrolsulfonsäure sowie Phosphongruppen enthaltende Monomere wie Vinylphosphonsäure. Die Monomeren dieser Gruppe können allein oder in Mischung miteinander, in teilweise oder in vollständig neutralisierter Form bei der Copolymerisation eingesetzt werden. Zur Neutralisation verwendet man beispielsweise Alkalimetall- oder Erdalkalimetallbasen, Ammoniak, Amine und/oder Alkanolamine. Beispiele hierfür sind Natronlauge, Kalilauge, Soda, Pottasche, Natriumhydrogencarbonat, Magnesiumoxid, Calciumhydroxid, Calci- umoxid, Triethanolamin, Ethanolamin, Morpholin, Diethylentriamin oder Tetraethylen- pentamin.
Eine weitere Modifizierung der Copolymerisate ist dadurch möglich, dass man bei der Copolymerisation Monomere der Gruppe (3.) einsetzt, die mindestens zwei Doppelbindungen im Molekül enthalten, z.B. Triallylamin, Methylenbisacrylamid, Glykoldiacrylat, Glykoldimethacrylat, Glycerintriacrylat, Pentaerythrittriallylether, mindestens zweifach mit Acrylsäure und/oder Methacrylsäure veresterte Polyalkylenglykole oder Polyole wie Pentaerythrit, Sorbit oder Glukose. Es handelt sich dabei um sogenannte Vernetzer. Falls mindestens ein Monomer der vorstehenden Gruppe bei der Polymerisation eingesetzt wird, so betragen die angewendeten Mengen bis zu 2 Mol-%, z.B. 0,001 bis 1 Mol-%.
Weiterhin kann es zur Modifizierung der Polymeren sinnvoll sein, den Einsatz vorstehender Vernetzter mit dem Zusatz von Reglern zu kombinieren. Eingesetzt werden typischerweise 0,001 bis 5 Mol-%. Anwendung finden können alle literturbekannten Regler, z.B. Schwefelverbindungen wie Mercaptoethanol, 2-Ethylhexylthioglycolat, Thi- oglycolsäure und Dodecylmercaptan sowie Natriumhypophosphit, Ameisensäure oder Tribromchlormethan sowie Terpinolen.
Zu den Vinylamineinheiten enthaltenden Polymeren gehören auch hydrolysierte Pfropfpolymerisate von beispielsweise N-Vinylformamid auf Polyalkylenglykolen, PoIy- vinylacetat, Polyvinylalkolhol, Polyvinylformamiden, Polysacchariden wie Stärke, Oligosacchariden oder Monosacchariden. Die Pfropfpolymerisate sind dadurch erhältlich, dass man beispielsweise N-Vinylformamid in wässrigem Medium in Gegenwart mindestens einer der genannten Pfropfgrundlagen gegebenenfalls zusammen mit copoly- merisierbaren anderen Monomeren radikalisch polymerisiert und die aufgepfropften Vinylformamideinheiten anschließend in bekannten Weise zu Vinylamineinheiten hydrolysiert.
Die Hydrolyse der zuvor beschriebenen Copolymerisate kann in Gegenwart von Säuren oder Basen oder auch enzymatisch durchgeführt werden. Bei der Hydrolyse mit Säuren liegen die aus den Vinylcarbonsäureamideinheiten entstehenden Vinyla- mingruppen in Salzform vor. Die Hydrolyse von Vinylcarbonsäureamidcopolymerisaten ist in der EP 0 438 744 A1 , Seite 8, Zeile 20 bis Seite 10, Zeile 3, ausführlich beschrieben. Die dort gemachten Ausführungen gelten entsprechend für die Herstellung der erfindungsgemäß einzusetzenden Vinylamineinheiten enthaltenden rein kationischen und/oder amphoteren Polymeren mit einer kationischen Gesamtladung.
Wie zuvor beschrieben kommen als Vinylamineinheiten enthaltende Polymere außerdem die Reaktionsprodukte in Betracht, die durch Hofmann-Abbau von Homo- oder Copolymerisaten des Acrylamids oder Methacrylamids in wässrigem Medium in Ge- genwart von Natronlauge und Natriumhypochlorit und anschließende Decarboxylierung der Carbamatgruppen der Umsetzungsprodukte in Gegenwart einer Säure erhältlich sind. Solche Polymere sind beispielsweise aus EP 0 377 313 und WO 2006/0751 15 A1 bekannt. Die Herstellung von Vinylamingruppen enthaltenden Polymeren wird beispielsweise in WO 2006/0751 15 A1 , Seite 4, Zeile 25 bis Seite 10, Zeile 22 sowie in den Beispielen auf den Seiten 13 und 14 ausführlich behandelt. Die dort gemachten Angaben gelten für die Charakterisierung der durch Hofmann-Abbau hergestellten Vinylamineinheiten enthaltenden Polymeren.
Man geht dabei von Polymeren aus, die Acrylamid- und/oder Methacrylamideinheiten enthalten. Es handelt sich dabei um Homo- bzw. Copolymerisate von Acrylamid und Methacrylamid. Als Comonomere kommen beispielsweise Dialkylaminoal- kyl(meth)acrylamide, Diallylamin, Methyldiallylamin und sowie die Salze der Amine und
die quaternierten Amine in Betracht. Außerdem eignen sich als Comonomere Di- methyldiallylammonium salze, Acrylamidopropyltrimethylammoniumchlorid und/oder Methacrylamidopropyltrimethylammoniumchlorid, N-Vinylformamid, N-Vinylacetamid, N-Vinylpyrrolidon, Vinylacetat und Acrylsäure- und Methacrylsäureester. Als Comonere kommen gegebenenfalls auch anionische Monomere wie Acrylsäure, Methacrylsäure, Maleinsäureanhydrid, Maleinsäure, Itaconsäure, Acrylamidomethylpropansulfonsäure, Methallylsulfonsäure und Vinylsulfonsäure sowie die Alkalimetall-, Erdalkalimetall- und Ammoniumsalze der genannten sauren Monomeren in Betracht, wobei nicht mehr als 5 Mol-% dieser Monomeren bei der Polymerisation eingesetzt werden. Die Menge an wasserunlöslichen Monomeren wird bei der Polymerisation so gewählt, dass die entstehenden Polymeren in Wasser löslich sind.
Als Comonomere können gegebenenfalls auch Vernetzer eingesetzt werden, z.B. ethy- lenisch ungesättigte Monomere, die mindestens zwei Doppelbindungen im Molekül enthalten wie Triallylamin, Methylenbisacrylamid, Ethylenglykoldiacrylat, Ethylenglykol- dimethacrylat, Polyethylenglykoldimethacrylat, Triallylamin und Trimethyloltrimethacry- lat. Falls ein Vernetzer angewendet wird, so betragen die eingesetzten Mengen beispielsweise 5 bis 5000 ppm. Die Polymerisation der Monomeren kann nach allen bekannten Verfahren erfolgen, z.B. durch radikalisch initiierte Lösungs-, Fällungs- oder Suspensionspolymerisation. Man kann dabei gegebenenfalls in Gegenwart üblicher Polymerisationsregler arbeiten.
Beim Hofmann-Abbau geht man beispielsweise von 20 bis 40 gew.-%igen wässrigen Lösungen mindestens eines Acrylamid- und/oder Methacrylamideinheiten enthaltenden Polymeren aus. Das Verhältnis von Alkalimetallhypochlorit zu (Meth)acrylamideinheiten im Polymer ist maßgebend für den entstehenden Gehalt an Amingruppen im Polymer. Das molare Verhältnis von Alkalimetallhydroxid zu Alkalimetallhypochlorit beträgt beispielsweise 2 bis 6, vorzugsweise 2 bis 5. Für einen bestimmten Amingruppengehalt im abgebauten Polymer berechnet man die für den Abbau des Polymeren erforderliche Menge an Alkalimetallhydroxid.
Der Hofmann-Abbau des Polymeren erfolgt z.B. in dem Temperaturbereich von 0 bis 45 0C, vorzugsweise 10 bis 20 0C in Gegenwart von quaternären Ammoniumsalzen als Stabilisator, um eine Nebenreaktion der entstehenden Aminogruppen mit den A- midgruppen des Ausgangspolymeren zu verhindern. Nach Beendigung der Umsetzung mit Alkalimetallhydroxid/Alkalimetallhypochlorit wird die wässrige Reaktionslösung in einen Reaktor geleitet, in dem eine Säure für die Decarboxylierung des Umsetzungsprodukts vorgelegt ist. Der pH-Wert des Vinylamineinheiten enthaltenden Reaktionsprodukts wird auf einen Wert von 2 bis 7 eingestellt. Die Konzentration des Vinylami- neinheiten enthaltenden Abbauprodukts beträgt beispielsweise mehr als 3,5 Gew.-%, meistens liegt sie oberhalb von 4,5 Gew.-%. Die wässrigen Polymerlösungen können beispielsweise mit Hilfe einer Ultrafiltration aufkonzentriert werden.
Weitere geeignete wasserlösliche kationische Polymere (a) sind kationische Homo- und Copolymere des (Meth)acrylamids und lassen sich durch Polymerisation der zuvor beschriebenen Monomere der Gruppe (2.) herstellen, wobei auch die Quarternie- rungsprodukte dieser Monomere mit Ci-Cs Alkylchlorid, d-Cs-Dialkylsulfat, C1-C16- Epoxiden oder Benzylchlorid geeignet sind.
Zur Herstellung von Polyallylaminen als wasserlösliche kationische Polymere (a) eignen sich Allylamin, Dialkyldiallylammoniumchloride, insbesondere Dimethyldiallylam- moniumchlorid und Diethyldiallylammoniumchlorid sowie die aus der WO 01/36500 A1 bekannten Alkylenimineinheiten enthaltenden Monomere der Formel (II)

Monomere bzw. Monomergemische, bei denen in der oben angegebenen Formel (II) das Zahlenmittel von m wenigstens 2,1 , meistens 2,1 bis 8 beträgt, sind bevorzugt. Sie sind dadurch erhältlich, dass man eine ethylenisch ungesättigte Carbonsäure mit einem Oligoalkylenimin, vorzugsweise in Form eines Oligomerengemisches, umsetzt. Das dabei anfallende Produkt kann gegebenenfalls mit einer Mineralsäure HY in das Säureadditionssalz überführt werden. Solche Monomere können in einem wässrigen Medium in Gegenwart eines Initiators, der eine radikalische Polymerisation auslöst, zu kationischen Homo- und Copolymerisaten polymerisiert werden.
Weitere geeignete wasserlösliche kationische Polymere (a) sind Poylaminoalkylviny- lether. Dazu geeignete Monomere sind aus der älteren EP-Anmeldung mit dem Aktenzeichen 07 117 909.7 bekannt. Es handelt sich hierbei um Alkylenimineinheiten enthaltende Aminoalkylvinylether der Formel

X für eine geradkettige oder verzweigte C2- bis Cβ-Alkylengruppe steht sowie
Salze der Monomeren (III) mit Mineralsäuren oder organischen Säuren und Quaternie- rungsprodukte der Monomeren (III) mit Alkylhalogeniden oder Dialkylsulfaten. Diese Verbindungen sind durch Addition von Alkyleniminen an Amino-C2- bis Ce- alkylvinylether zugänglich.
Die zuvor genannten Monomere können allein zu wasserlöslichen kationischen Homo- polymeren (a) oder zusammen mit mindestens einem anderen neutralen Monomeren zu wasserlöslichen kationischen Copolymerisaten oder mit mindestens einem Säuregruppen aufweisenden Monomeren zu amphoteren Copolymerisaten, die bei einem molaren Überschuss an einpolymerisierten kationischen Monomeren eine kationische Gesamtladung tragen, polymerisiert werden.
Als neutrale Monomere, die mit den obengenannten kationischen Monomeren zur Herstellung von kationischen Polymerisaten copolymerisiert werden, eignen sich bei- spielsweise Ester von α,ß-ethylenisch ungesättigten Mono- und Dicarbonsäuren mit d- C3o-Alkanolen, C2-C3o-Alkandiolen, Amide α,ß-ethylenisch ungesättigter Monocarbon- säuren und deren N-Alkyl- und N,N-Dialkylderivate, Ester von Vinylalkohol und AIIyIaI- kohol mit gesättigten Ci-C3o-Monocarbonsäuren, Vinylaromaten, Vinylhalogenide, Viny- lidenhalogenide, C2- Cs-Monoolefine und Mischungen davon.
Weitere geeignete Comonomere sind z.B. Methyl(meth)acrylat, Methylethacrylat, E- thyl(meth)acrylat, Ethylethacrylat, n-Butyl(meth)acrylat, lsobutyl(meth)acrylat, tert- Butyl(meth)acrylat, tert.-Butylethacrylat, n-Octyl(meth)acrylat, 1 ,1 ,3,3- Tetramethylbutyl(meth)acrylat, Ethylhexyl(meth)acrylat und Mischungen davon.
Geeignet sind außerdem Acrylamid, substituierte Acrylamide, Methacrylamid, substituierte Methacrylamide wie beispielsweise Acrylsäureamid, Methacrylsäureamid, N- Methyl(meth)acrylamid, N-Ethyl(meth)acrylamid, N-Propyl(meth)acrylamid, N- (n-Butyl)(meth)acrylamid, tert.-Butyl(meth)acrylamid, n-Octyl(meth)acrylamid, 1 ,1 ,3,3- Tetramethylbutyl(meth)acrylamid und Ethylhexyl(meth)acrylamid sowie Acrylnitril und Methacrylnitril und Mischungen der genannten Monomeren.
Weitere Monomere zur Modifizierung der kationischen Polymerisate sind 2- Hydroxyethyl(meth)acrylat, 2-Hydroxyethylethacrylat, 2-Hydroxypropyl(meth)acrylat, 3- Hydroxypropyl(meth)acrylat, 3-Hydroxybutyl(meth)acrylat, 4-Hydroxybutyl(meth)acrylat, 6-Hydroxyhexyl(meth)acrylat etc. und Mischungen davon.
Weitere geeignete Monomere für die Copolymerisation mit den obengenannten kationischen Monomeren sind N-Vinyllactame und deren Derivate, die z.B. einen oder mehrere Ci-Cβ-Alkylsubstituenten, wie Methyl, Ethyl, n-Propyl, Isopropyl, n-Butyl, sec- Butyl, tert.-Butyl etc. aufweisen können. Dazu zählen z.B. N-Vinylpyrrolidon, N- Vinylpiperidon, N-Vinylcaprolactam, N-Vinyl-5-methyl-2-pyrrolidon, N-Vinyl-5-ethyl-2- pyrrolidon, N-Vinyl-6-methyl-2-piperidon, N-Vinyl-6-ethyl-2-piperidon, N-Vinyl-7-methyl- 2-caprolactam, N-Vinyl-7-ethyl-2-caprolactam etc.
Geeignete Comonomere für die Copolymerisation mit den obengenannten kationischen Monomeren sind weiterhin Ethylen, Propylen, Isobutylen, Butadien, Styrol, α-
Methylstyrol, Vinylchlorid, Vinylidenchlorid, Vinylfluorid, Vinylidenfluorid und Mischungen davon.
Darüber hinaus eignen sich auch mit Epihalohydrin umgesetzte Polyamidoaminverbin- düngen und Polyaminverbindungen wie sie aus DE 24 34 816 A1 sowie aus US 3,258,393 bekannt sind.
In der deutschen Offenlegungsschrift sind stickstoffhaltige Kondensationsprodukte beschrieben, die durch Umsetzung von Polyamidoaminverbindungen mit Polylalkyleno- xidderivaten, die an den endständigen Hydroxylgruppen mit Epichlorhydrin umgesetzt sind, erhalten werden. Zur Herstellung solcher Kondensationsprodukte wird ausdrücklich und in vollem Umfang auf die Offenbarung der DE 24 34 816 A1 verwiesen, insbesondere auf die Passage von Seite 4, 3. Absatz bis Seite 6 einschließlich.
Mit Epihalohydrin umgesetzte Polyaminverbindungen sind aus beispielweise aus US 3,258,393 bekannt. Demnach wird Epichlorhydrin mit einem bifunktionellen und einem polyfunktionellen Amin umgesetzt. Als bifunktionelle Amine eignen sich Methylamin, Ethylamin, Ethanolamin, Dimethylamin, N,N'-Dimethylethylendiamin, Anilin, Pi- perazin und Ethylaminoacetat. Beispiele für polyfunktionelle Amine sind Ethylendiamin, N-Methylethylendiamin, Ammonik, Hydrazin, p-Phenylendiamin und weitere in
US 3,258,393 genannte Amine, insbesondere die in Spalte 4 offenbarten polyfunktionellen Aminen. Die bifunktionellen und polyfunktionellen Amine werden üblicherweise im äquimolaren Verhältnis eingesetzt. Neben Epichlorhydrin eignen sich gemäß dieser US-Schrift auch andere Vernetzer, wie Glyoxal, 1 ,2-Dichlorethan, Diglycidylether, Me- thylenbisacrylamid und 1 ,4-Dichlorbuten sowie weitere, in Spalte 4 der US 3,258,393 genannten Vernetzer. Zur Herstellung solcher Kondensationsprodukte wird ausdrücklich und in vollem Umfang auf die Offenbarung der US 3,258,393 verwiesen.
Selbstverständlich können die mit Epihalohydrin umgesetzte Polyaminverbindungen auf Basis nur eines bifunktionellen Amins oder eines polyfunktionellen Amins hergestellt werden.
Wie zuvor beschrieben werden unter kationischen Polymerisaten auch amphotere Polymerisate verstanden, die eine kationische Gesamtladung tragen. Bei den amphoteren Polymerisaten liegt der Gehalt an kationischen Gruppen beispielsweise um mindestens 5 Mol-% über dem Gehalt an anionischen Gruppen im Polymerisat. Solche Polymerisa- te sind z. B. dadurch zugänglich, dass man ein kationisches Monomer wie N, N-
Dimethylaminoethylacrylamid in Form der freien Base, in partiell mit einer Säure neutralisierten oder in quaternierter Form mit mindestens einem Säuregruppen enthaltendem Monomeren copolymerisiert, wobei das kationische Monomer in einem molaren Überschuß eingesetzt wird, damit die entstehenden Polymeren eine kationische Ge- samtladung tragen.
Weiterhin eignen sich Ethylenimineinheiten enthaltende Polymere als wasserlösliche kationische Polymere für das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren. Dazu gehören alle Polymere, die durch Polymerisation von Ethylenimin in Gegenwart von Säuren, Lewisäuren oder Halogenalkanen erhältlich sind wie Homopolymerisate des Ethylenimins oder
Pfropfpolymerisate von Ethylenimin, vgl. US 2,182, 306 oder US 3,203,910. Diese Polymeren können gegebenenfalls nachträglich einer Vernetzung unterworfen werden. Als Vernetzer kommen z.B. alle multifunktionellen Verbindungen in Betracht, die gegenüber primären Aminogruppen reaktive Gruppen enthalten z.B. multifunktionelle Epoxide wie Bisglycidylether von Oligo- oder Polyethylenoxiden oder anderen multifunktionellen Alkoholen wie Gylcerin oder Zuckern, mulifunktionelle Carbonsäureester, multifunktionelle Isocyanate, multifunktionelle Acrylsäure- oder Methacrylsäureester, multifunktionelle Acrylsäure - oder Methacrylsäureamide, Epichlorhydrin, multifunktionelle Säurehalogenide, multifunktionelle Nitrile, α, ω-Chlorhydrinether von Oligo- oder Polyethylenoxiden oder von anderen multifunktionellen Alkoholen wie Gylcerin oder Zuckern, Divinylsulfon, Maleinsäureanhydrid oder ω-Halogencarbonsäurechloride, multifunktionelle Halogenalkane insbesondere α,ω-Dichloralkane. Weitere Vernetzer sind in WO 97/25367 A1 , Seiten 8 bis16 beschrieben.
Ethylenimineinheiten enthaltende Polymere sind beispielsweise aus EP 0 41 1 400 A1 , DE 24 34 816 A1 und US 4,066,494 bekannt.
Als Ethylenimineinheiten enthaltende Polymere verwendet man z.B. bei dem erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren mindestens ein wasserlösliches kationisches Polymer aus der Gruppe der
Homopolymerisate des Ethylenimins, mit mindestens bifunktionellen Vernetzern umgesetzten Polyethylenimine, mit Ethylenimin gepfropften Polyamidoamine, die mit mindestens bifunktionellen Vernetzern umgesetzt sind,
Umsetzungsprodukte von Polyethyleniminen mit einbasischen Carbonsäuren zu amidierten Polyethyleniminen,
Michaeladditionsprodukte von Polyethyleniminen an ethylenisch ungesättigte Säuren, Salze, Ester, Amide oder Nitrile von monoethylenisch ungesätitgten Car- bonsäuren, phosphonomethylierten Polyethylenimine, carboxylierten Polyethylenimine und alkoxylierten Polyethylenimine.
Polymere, die dadurch erhalten werden, dass man zunächst mindestens eine Polycar- bonsäure mit mindestens einem Polyamin zu Polyamidoamine kondensiert, dann mit Ethylenimin pfropft und die Umsetzungsprodukte anschließend mit einer der oben genanten Verbindungen vernetzt, gehören zu den bevorzugt in Betracht kommenden E- thylenimineinheiten enthaltenden Verbindungen. Ein Verfahren zur Herstellung solcher Verbindungen ist beispielsweise in DE 24 34 816 A1 beschrieben, wobei α,ω-
Chlorhydrinether von Oligo- oder Polyethylenoxiden als Vernetzer Anwendung finden.
Besonders bevorzugt sind Produkte der beiden vorstehenden Typen, die einer Ultrafiltration unterzogen und so in ihrer Molekulargewichtsverteilung optimiert wurden. Solche ultrafiltrierten Produkte werden ausführlich in WO 00/67884 A1 und WO 97/25367 A1 beschrieben. Auf diese Publikationen und die darin enthaltende Offenbarung wird an dieser Stelle ausdrücklich Bezug genommen.
Umsetzungsprodukte von Polyethyleniminen mit einbasischen Carbonsäuren zu ami- dierten Polyethyleniminen sind aus der WO 94/12560 A1 bekannt. Michaeladditionsprodukte von Polyethyleniminenen an ethylenisch ungesättigten Säuren, Salzen, Estern, Amiden oder Nitrilen von monoethylenisch ungesätitgten Carbonsäuren sind Gegenstand der WO 94/14873 A1. Phosphonomethylierte Polyethylenimine werden ausführlich in der WO 97/25367 A1 beschrieben. Carboxylierten Polyethylenimine sind beispielsweise mit Hilfe einer Steckersynthese durch Umsetzung von Polyethyleniminen mit Formaldehyd und Ammoniak/Cyanwasserstoff und Hydrolyse der Umsetzungsprodukte erhältlich. Alkoxylierte Polyethylenimine sind durch Umsetzung von Po- lyethyleiminen mit Alkylenoxiden wie Ethylenoxid und/oder Propylenoxid herstellbar.
Darüber hinaus können in dem erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren auch Homopolymere von kationischen oder basischen (Meth)acrylsäureestern, die jeweils eine Aminogruppe und/oder quartäre Ammoniumgruppe aufweisen, oder kationischen oder basischen
(Meth)acrylamiden, die jeweils eine Aminogruppe und/oder quartäre Ammoniumgruppe tragen, eingesetzt werden.
Derartige Verbindungen mit einer Aminogruppe sind solche der allgemeinen Formel (IV):

Die Verbindungen der Formel (V) werden in der Regel als kationische Monomere, die der Formel (IV) als basische Monomere bezeichnet. Basische, ethylenisch ungesättigte Monomere sind beispielsweise Acrylsäure- und Methacrylsäureester von Aminoalkoho- len, z.B. N,N-Dimethylaminoethylacrylat, N,N-Dimethylaminoethylmethacrylat, N, N- Diethylaminoethylacrylat, N,N-Diethylaminoethylmethacrylat, N, N- Dimethylaminopropylacrylat, N,N-Dimethylaminopropylmethacrylat, N, N-

Die quartären Verbindungen der Formel (V) werden erhalten, indem man die basischen Monomere der Formel (IV) mit bekannten Quaternisierungsmitteln umsetzt, z.B. mit Methylchlorid, Benzylchlorid, Ethylchlorid, Butylbromid, Dimethylsulfat und Diethylsulfat oder Epichlorhydrin. Diese Monomere verlieren in der quartären Form ihren basischen Charakter. Als Beispiele seien genannt: N,N,N-Trimethylammoniumethylacrylat- Chlorid, N,N,N-Trimethylammoniumethylmethacrylat-Chlorid, N, N, N- Trimethylammoniumethylmethacrylamid-Chlorid, N, N, N- Trimethylammoniumpropylacrylamid-Chlorid, N, N, N- Trimethylammoniumpropylmethacrylamid-Chlorid, N, N, N-
Trimethylammoniumethylacrylamid-Chlorid, sowie die entsprechenden Methosulfate und Sulfate.
Vorzugsweise sind die Monomere dieser Gruppe ausgewählt aus N,N- Dimethylaminopropylmethacrylamid, N,N-Dimethylaminoethylmethacrylat und N, N- Dimethylaminoethylacrylat, jeweils in Form des Salzes mit mindestens einer Mineralsäure oder Carbonsäure und/oder in quartärer Form eingesetzt. Bevorzugt in Betracht kommendes Quaternisierungsmittel ist Methylchlorid.
Alle der zuvor genannten kationischen Homo- und Copolymerisate kann durch Lö- sungs-, Fällungs-, Suspensions- oder Emulsionspolymerisation hergestellt werden. Bevorzugt ist die Lösungspolymerisation in wässrigen Medien. Geeignete wässrige Medien sind Wasser und Gemische aus Wasser und mindestens einem wassermischbaren Lösungsmittel, z. B. einem Alkohol, wie Methanol, Ethanol, n-Propanol, etc.
Die Polymerisationstemperaturen liegen vorzugsweise in einem Bereich von etwa 30 bis 200 0C, besonders bevorzugt 40 bis 110 0C. Die Polymerisation erfolgt üblicherweise unter atmosphärischem Druck, sie kann jedoch auch unter vermindertem oder erhöhtem Druck ablaufen. Ein geeigneter Druckbereich liegt zwischen 0,1 und 5 bar.
Zur Herstellung der Polymerisate können die Monomeren mit Hilfe von Radikale bildenden Initiatoren polymerisiert werden.
Als Initiatoren für die radikalische Polymerisation können die hierfür üblichen Peroxo- und/oder Azo-Verbindungen eingesetzt werden, beispielsweise Alkali- oder Ammoni- umperoxidisulfate, Diacetylperoxid, Dibenzoylperoxid, Succinylperoxid, Di-tert.-butylperoxid, tert.-Butylperbenzoat, tert.-Butylperpivalat, tert.-Butylperoxy-2-
ethylhexanoat, tert.-Butylpermaleinat, Cumolhydroperoxid, Diisopropylperoxidicarba- mat, Bis-(o-toluoyl)-peroxid, Didecanoylperoxid, Dioctanoylperoxid, Dilauroylperoxid, tert.-Butylperisobutyrat, tert.-Butylperacetat, Di-tert.-Amylperoxid, tert.-Butylhydroperoxid, Azo-bis-isobutyronitril, Azo-bis-(2- amidinopropan)dihydrochlorid oder 2,2'-Azo-bis-(2-methyl-butyronitril). Geeignet sind auch Initiatormischungen oder Redox-Initiator-Systeme, wie z.B. Ascorbinsäu- re/Eisen(ll)sulfat/Natriumperoxodisulfat, tert.-Butylhydroperoxid/Natriumdisulfit, tert- Butylhydroperoxid/Natriumhydroxymethansulfinat, H2O2/CU-I- oder Eisen-Il- Verbindungen.
Zur Einstellung des Molekulargewichts kann die Polymerisation in Gegenwart wenigstens eines Reglers erfolgen. Als Regler können die üblichen, dem Fachmann bekannten Verbindungen, wie z. B. Schwefelverbindungen, z. B. Mercaptoethanol, 2- Ethylhexylthioglycolat, Thioglycolsäure, Natriumhypophosphit, Ameisensäure oder Do- decylmercaptan sowie Tribromchlormethan oder andere Verbindungen, die regelnd auf das Molekulargewicht der erhaltenen Polymerisate wirken, eingesetzt werden.
Alle vorgenannten kationischen Polymerisate können dadurch modifiziert werden, dass man die Polymerisation der kationischen Monomeren und gegebenenfalls der Mi- schungen aus kationischen Monomeren und den Comonomeren in Gegenwart mindestens eines Vernetzers durchführt. Unter einem Vernetzer werden solche Monomere verstanden, die mindestens zwei Doppelbindungen im Molekül enthalten, z. B. Methy- lenbisacrylamid, Glykoldiacrylat, Glykoldimethacrylat, Glycerintriacrylat, Pentae- rythrittriallylether, mindestens zweifach mit Acrylsäure und/oder Methacrylsäure ve- resterte Polyalkylenglykole oder Polyole wie Pentaerythrit, Sorbit oder Glukose. Falls mindestens ein Vernetzer bei der Copolymerisation eingesetzt wird, so betragen die angewendeten Mengen beispielsweise bis zu 2 Mol-%, z. B. 0,001 bis 1 Mol-%.
Weiterhin können die kationischen Polymerisate durch den nachträglichen Zusatz von Vernetzern modifiziert werden, d.h. durch den Zusatz von Verbindungen, die mindestens zwei gegenüber Aminogruppen reaktive Gruppen aufweisen, wie z. B.
Di-und Polyglycidylverbindungen, Di- und Polyhalogenverbindungen, - Verbindungen mit zwei oder mehr Isocyantgruppen, eventuell blockierte Kohlensäurederivate,
Verbindungen, die zwei oder mehrer Doppelbindungen aufweisen, die für eine Michael-Addition geeignet sind, Di-und Polyaldehyde, - monoethylenisch ungesättigte Carbonsäuren, deren Ester und Anhydride.
Das mindestens eine wasserlösliche kationische Polymere (a) wird in dem erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren zur Reduktion von Ablagerungen in der Trockenpartie bei der Herstellung von Papier beispielsweise in einer Menge von 0,005 bis 2,0 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 0,005 bis 1 Gew.-%, besonders bevorzugt 0,01 bis 0,3 Gew.-%, jeweils bezogen auf den Festgehalt des Papierstoffs, eingesetzt.
Als wässrige Dispersionen von Polymerleimungsmitteln eignen sich in dem erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren grundsätzlich alle dem Fachmann bekannten Polymerleimungs- mittel, die sowohl als Oberflächenleimungsmittel als auch als Masseleimungsmittel in der Papierherstellung Anwendung finden.
Bevorzugt eigenen sich feinteilige, kationische oder amphotere, wässrige Polymerdispersionen, die häufig durch eine zweistufige Polymerisation erhältlich sind. Dabei wird in der ersten Polymerisationsstufe ein Vorpolymerisat als Dispergiermittel bzw. Schutz- kolloid hergestellt und anschließend in einer wässrigen Lösung dieses Vorpolymerisats in Gegenwart von ethylenisch ungesättigten Monomeren eine Emulsionspolymerisation durchgeführt.
Derartige feinteilige, kationische, wässrige Polymerdispersionen sind dem Fachmann bekannt und sind u.a. in DE 24 25 585 A1 , DE 24 54 397 A1 , EP 0 051 144 A1 , EP 0 058 313 A1 , US 4,659,431 , EP 1 180 527 A1 , WO 05/121 195 A1 , WO 08/071690 A1 und in der älteren EP-Anmeldung mit dem Aktenzeichen 09 161 929.6 offenbart.
Üblicherweise ist das Vorpolymerisat erhältlich durch Lösungspolymerisation von
(i) stickstoffhaltigen Monomeren, die eine Aminogruppe und/oder quartäre Ammoniumgruppe tragen,
(ii) nichtionischen, hydrophoben, ethylenisch ungesättigten Monomeren, (iii) gegebenenfalls Säuregruppen enthaltenden ethylenisch ungesättigten Monomeren, und
(iv) gegebenenfalls nichtionischen, hydrophilen, ethylenisch ungesättigten Monomeren.
Das auf diesem Wege erhaltene Vorpolymerisat wird anschließend als Dispergiermittel bzw. Schutzkolloid in Gegenwart von ethylenisch ungesättigten Monomeren eine E- mulsionspolymerisation unterworfen, wobei als ethylenisch ungesättigte Monomere ein Monomerengemisch aus nichtionischen, hydrophoben, ethylenisch ungesättigten Monomeren eingesetzt wird.
Als (i) stickstoffhaltige Monomere, die eine Aminogruppe und/oder quartäre Ammoniumgruppe tragen, kommen solche Verbindungen in Betracht, die zuvor mit den For-
mein (IV) und (V) zur Herstellung von Homopolymeren von kationischen oder basischen (Meth)acrylsäureestern, die jeweils eine Aminogruppe und/oder quartäre Ammoniumgruppe aufweisen, oder kationischen oder basischen (Meth)acrylamiden, die jeweils eine Aminogruppe und/oder quartäre Ammoniumgruppe tragen, als (a) wasser- löslichen kationischen Polymeren eingesetzt werden. Auch die zuvor genannten bevorzugten Verbindungen sowie deren Quaternisierungsprodukte werden als (i) stickstoffhaltige Monomere bevorzugt eingesetzt.
Die Monomere der Gruppe (ii) für die Herstellung des Vorpolymerisats sind nichtioni- sehe, hydrophobe, ethylenisch ungesättigte Verbindungen. Es handelt sich hierbei um solche Monomeren, die in Wasser nicht merklich löslich sind und hydrophobe Polymerisate bilden. Solche Monomere sind beispielsweise vinylaromatische Monomere, wie Styrol und substituierte Styrole, z.B. α-Methylstyrol und Ethylstyrol; Carbonsäureester aus ethylenisch ungesättigten C3- bis Cβ-Mono- und Dicarbonsäure mit einwertigen d- bis Ci8-Alkoholen, wie z.B. d- bis Ci8-(Meth)acrylsäureester wie Methylacrylat, Me- thylmethacrylat, Ethylacrylat, Ethylmethacrylat, Propylacrylat, Propylmethacrylat, I- sopropylacrylat, Isopropylmethacrylat, n-, iso- und tert.-Butylacrylat, n-, iso- und tert- Butylmethacrylat, Hexylacrylat, Hexylmethacrylat, Ethylhexylacrylat, Ethylhexylmethac- rylat, Cyclohexylacrylat, Cyclohexylmethacrylat, n-Decylacrylat, Decylmethacrylat, Lau- rylacrylat, Laurylmethacrylat, Stearylacrylat und Stearylmethacrylat; Nitrile der C3- bis Cβ-Mono-und Dicarbonsäuren, wie beispielsweise Acrylnitril und Methacrylnitril; Vinyl- ester von linearen oder verzweigten d- bis C3o-Carbonsäuren, wie Vinyllaurat, - stearat, Vinylpropionat, Versaticsäurevinylester, Vinylacetat, Propylheptansäureviny- lester, Neodecansäurevinylester (VeoVA® 10 der Firma Hexion Specialty Chemicals), Neononansäurevinylester (VeoVa® 9 der Firma Hexion Specialty Chemicals) sowie
Vinylpelargonat; Alkene mit 2 bis 10 C-Atomen, bevorzugt mit endständiger Doppelbindung, wie Ethylen oder Diolefine, wie Butadien und Isopren.
Vorzugsweise verwendet man aus dieser Monomerengruppe Styrol, Acrylsäureester, Methacrylsäureester, Acrylnitril, Methacrylnitril, Vinylacetat, Vinylpropionat und Butadien. Einzelne bevorzugte Acrylsäureester und Methacrylsäureester sind Methylacrylat, Ethylacrylat, Propylacrylat, Isopropylacrylat, n-Butylacrylat, tert.-Butylacrylat, Ethylhexylacrylat, Laurylacrylat und die entsprechenden Ester der Methacrylsäure.
Es ist selbstverständlich möglich, und auch bevorzugt, beliebige Mischungen der genannten Monomere zu verwenden, z.B. Mischungen aus Styrol und (Meth)acrylsäureestern wie n- und/oder tert.-Butylacrylat, Styrol und Ethylhexylacrylat, Styrol und Acrylnitril und (Meth)acrylsäureester wie n- und/oder tert.-Butylacrylat.
Als Monomere der Gruppe (iii) eignen sich ethylenisch ungesättigte C3- bis Cβ-
Carbonsäuren wie Acrylsäure, Methacrylsäure, Maleinsäure, Fumarsäure, Itaconsäure, Ethacrylsäure, Crotonsäure, Monoester von ethylenisch ungesättigten Dicarbonsäuren
wie Monomethylmaleinat, Monomethylfumarat, Monoethylmaleinat, Monoethylfumarat Monopropylmaleinat, Monopropylfumarat, Mono-n-butylmaleinat und Mono-n- butylfumarat sowie Styrolcarbonsäuren und ethylenisch ungesättigte Anhydride wie Maleinsäureanhydrid und Itaconsäureanhydrid. Außerdem eignen sich als Monomere (iii) Sulfonsäure- und Phosphonsäuregruppen enthaltende Monomere wie 2-
Acrylamido-2-methylpropansulfonsäure und Vinylphosphonsäure. Die Säuregruppen enthaltenden Monomere können in Form der freien Säuregruppen sowie in teilweise oder vollständig mit Alkalimetallbasen, Erdalkalimetallbasen, Ammoniak und/oder Aminen neutralisierter Form eingesetzt werden. Vorzugsweise werden aus dieser Mono- mergruppe Acrylsäure und Methacrylsäure oder Mischungen aus Acrylsäure und Me- thacrylsäure in beliebigem Verhältnis eingesetzt.
Als Monomere (iv), die wahlweise zur Modifizierung der Eigenschaften des Vorpolymerisats eingesetzt werden, verwendet man nichtionische, hydrophile, ethylenisch unge- sättigte Monomere, z.B. Amide oder substituierte Amide von ethylenisch ungesättigten Mono- oder Dicarbonsäuren wie beispielsweise Acrylamid, Methacrylamid, N- Methylacrylamid, N-Methylmethacrylamid, N-Ethylacrylamid und N- Ethylmethacrylamid.
Das Vorpolymerisat wird üblicherweise nach Art einer Lösungspolymerisation aus den zuvor genannten Monomeren (i) bis (iv) hergestellt. Anschließend wird dieses Vorpolymerisat auf eine Konzentration von beispielsweise 2 bis 25 Gew.-% in Wasser verdünnt und dann der zweiten Polymerisationsstufe unterworfen.
In dieser zweiten Polymerisationsstufe die zuvor genannten Monomere der Gruppe (ii) einer Emulsionspolymerisation in Gegenwart des Vorpolymerisats unterworfen. Bevorzugt sind aus dieser Monomerengruppe Styrol, Acrylsäureester, Methacrylsäureester, Acrylnitril, Methacrylnitril, Vinylacetat, Vinylpropionat und Butadien, sowie einzeln Acrylsäureester und Methacrylsäureester wie Methylacrylat, Ethylacrylat, Propylacrylat, Isopropylacrylat, n-Butylacrylat, tert.-Butylacrylat, Ethylhexylacrylat, Laurylacrylat und die entsprechenden Ester der Methacrylsäure. Besonders bevorzugt sind beliebige Mischungen der genannten Monomere zu verwenden, z.B. Mischungen aus Styrol und (Meth)acrylsäureestern wie n- und/oder tert.-Butylacrylat, Styrol und Ethylhexylacrylat, Styrol und Acrylnitril und (Meth)acrylsäureester wie n- und/oder tert.-Butylacrylat.
Derartige Monomerengemische können auch in Gegenwart einer zumeist abgebauten Stärke polymerisiert werden.
Im Einzelnen finden sich die feinteiligen, kationischen oder amphoteren, wässrigen Polymerdispersionen sowie deren Herstellverfahren in der zuvor genannten Literatur, auf die an dieser Stelle ausdrücklich Bezug genommen wird.
Die mindestens eine wässrige Dispersion eines Polymerleimungsmittels (b) wird in dem erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren zur Reduktion von Ablagerungen in der Trockenpartie bei der Herstellung von Papier beispielsweise in einer Menge von 0,005 bis 5,0 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 0,01 bis 1 Gew.-%, besonders bevorzugt 0,05 bis 0,5 Gew.- %, jeweils bezogen auf den Festgehalt des Papierstoffs, eingesetzt.
Bei dem erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren ist die Reihenfolge der Zugabe der Komponenten (a) und (b) beliebig, wobei die Komponenten einzeln oder in Mischung zur Fasersuspension zugegeben werden können.
Beispielsweise wird in dem erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren zunächst das wasserlöslichen kationische Polymere (a) zum Papierstoff dosiert. Die Zugabe kann dabei zum Dickstoff (Faserkonzentration > 15 g/l, z.B. in dem Bereich von 25 bis 40 g/l bis zu 60 g/l) oder vorzugsweise in den Dünnstoff (Faserkonzentration < 15 g/l, z.B. in dem Bereich von 5 bis 12 g/l) erfolgen. Die Zugabestelle liegt vorzugsweise vor den Sieben, sie kann jedoch auch zwischen einer Scherstufe und einem screen oder danach liegen.
Die wässrige Dispersion eines Polymerleimungsmittels (b) wird meistens erst nach der Zugabe des wasserlöslichen kationischen Polymeren (a) zum Papierstoff zugegeben, kann aber auch gleichzeitig und auch in Mischung mit (a) zum Papierstoff zugegeben werden. Weiterhin ist es auch möglich, zuerst die wässrige Dispersion eines Polymerleimungsmittels (b) zuzugeben, und nachfolgend erfolgt die Dosierung des wasserlöslichen kationischen Polymeren (a).
Bei dem erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren können die üblicherweise bei der Papierherstellung verwendeten Prozesschemikalien in den üblichen Mengen eingesetzt werden, z.B. Retentionsmittel, Entwässerungsmittel, andere Trockenverfestiger wie beispielsweise Stärke, Pigmente, Füllstoffe, optische Aufheller, Entschäumer, Biozide und Papierfarbstoffe.
Das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren eignet sich zur Reduktion aller Arten von Störstoffen in der Trockenpartie, insbesondere von Harzresten in der Fasersuspension, Hilfsmitteln aus der Papierherstellung, Klebstoffen, Bindern aus der Papierstreicherei und Bindern aus Druckfarben. Derartige Störstoffe bzw. Stickies, deren Ablagerungen in der Tro- ckenpartie durch das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren deutlich reduziert werden, sind beispielsweise in US 6,387,215 B1 , Spalte 2, ab Zeile 22 bis Spalte 3, Zeile 26 beschreiben.
Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung sind auch die nach dem zuvor beschriebenen Verfahren hergestellten Papiere, sowie Pappe und Karton.
Für die Papierherstellung kommen als Faserstoffe zur Herstellung der Pulpen sämtliche dafür gebräuchlichen Qualitäten in Betracht, z.B. Holzstoff, gebleichter und ungebleichter Zellstoff sowie Papierstoffe aus allen Einjahrespflanzen. Zu Holzstoff gehören beispielsweise Holzschliff, thermomechanischer Stoff (TMP), chemo- thermomechanischer Stoff (CTMP), Druckschliff, Halbzellstoff, Hochausbeute-Zellstoff und Refiner Mechanical PuIp (RMP). Als Zellstoff kommen beispielsweise Sulfat-, Sulfit- und Natronzellstoffe in Betracht. Beispielsweise verwendet man ungebleichten Zellstoff, der auch als ungebleichter Kraftze I Istoff bezeichnet wird. Geeignete Einjahrespflanzen zur Herstellung von Papierstoffen sind beispielsweise Reis, Weizen, Zucker- röhr und Kenaf.
Das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren eignet sich insbesondere für die Herstellung von Papieren aus Altpapier (umfassend deinktem Altpapier), das entweder allein oder in Mischung mit anderen Faserstoffen eingesetzt wird. Man kann auch von Fasermi- schungen aus einem Primärstoff und zurückgeführtem gestrichenem Ausschuss ausgehen, z.B. gebleichtes Kiefernsulfat in Mischung mit zurückgeführtem gestrichenem Ausschuss. Das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren ist für die Herstellung von Papier, Pappe und Karton aus Altpapier und in speziellen Fällen auch aus deinktem Altpapier von technischem Interesse, weil es die Runnability der Papiermaschinen durch eine Ver- minderung von Ablagerungen und damit folgend weniger Abrissen deutlich erhöht.
Der pH-Wert der Stoffsuspension liegt beispielsweise in dem Bereich von 4,5 bis 8, meistens bei 6 bis 7,5. Zur Einstellung des pH-Wertes kann man beispielsweise eine Säure wie Schwefelsäure oder Aluminiumsulfat verwenden.
Die Erfindung wird anhand der folgenden, nicht einschränkenden Beispiele näher erläutert.

Kationische Dispersion eines Polymerleimungsmittels auf Styrol-Acrylat-Basis (Ba- soplast® 270 D der Firma BASF SE)
Herstellung des Papierstoffs und Blattbildung für die Beispiele und Vergleichsbeispiele
Eine Mischung aus 50 % Zeitungsdruck- und 50 % Etikettendruckpapier wurde mit Trinkwasser bei einer Stoffdichte von 4 % in einem Laborpulper bei 40 0C für 25 min stippenfrei aufgeschlagen und anschließend mit Wasser auf einen Feststoffgehalt von 0,5 % verdünnt.
Diesem Papierstoff wurden die zuvor genannten Polymere unter Rühren (500 Upm) zugesetzt, wobei jeweils eine Kontaktzeit von 30 s eingehalten wurde. Die Dosierung der Polymere sowie die Dosiermengen (in Gewichtsprozent, bezogen auf den Festge- halt des eingesetzten Papierstoffs) sind in den Tabellen jeweils angegebenen. Nach der letzten Zugabe eines Polymeren zum Papierstoff wurde soviel Stoff abgenommen (ca. 500 ml), um auf einem Rapid-Köthen-Blattbildner ein Blatt mit einem Flächengewicht von 80 g/m2 herstellen. Die Blätter wurden, wie im Rapid-Köthen-Verfahren üblich, abgegautscht. Anschließend wurde das noch nasse Blatt einmal abgerollt und feucht auf einem Edelstahlsieb, dessen Gewicht zuvor bestimmt wurde, mit einer Porengröße von 100 μm abgelegt.
Jedes dieser Blätter wurde auf dem Edelstahlsieb für 10 min auf einem Labortrockenzylinder bei 90 0C getrocknet.
Zur quantitativen Bestimmung der Ablagerungen wurde folgende Methode verwendet:
Von den Blättern auf dem Edelstahlsieb wurden jeweils Streifen mit einer Abmessung von 200 x 55 mm ausgeschnitten. Diese wurden in einem Zwick Roell Z-Modul einem Weiterreiss-Trenn-Schälversuch unterworfen, wobei Papierbahn und Sieb mit einer Geschwindigkeit von 400 mm/min voneinander in entgegen gesetzte Richtungen abgezogen wurden. Dabei wurde als eine charakteristische Größe die Haftungsenergie in J/m2 bestimmt. Zusätzlich wurde durch wiegen des Edelstahlsiebs der Anteil der auf dem Sieb verbliebenen Ablagerungen ermittelt. Dabei war es das Ziel, möglichst keinerlei Ablagerungen auf dem Sieb zu finden und gleichzeitig eine möglichst geringe Haftung auf dem Sieb zu haben. Daher wurden zur Charakterisierung der Proben die beiden nachstehenden Größen berechnet:
% Reduktion der Haftungsenergie = (Energie einer Probe - Energie einer nicht behandelten Probe )/Energie einer nicht behandelten Probe [jeweils in J/m2]
% Reduktion der Ablagerungen = (Ablagerung auf einer Probe - Ablagerung auf einer nicht behandelten Probe )/Ablagerung auf einer nicht behandelten Probe [jeweils in g]

Aus Tabelle 1 wird die synergistische Wirkung des (a) wasserlöslichen kationischen Polymeren mit der (b) wässrigen Dispersion des Polymerleimungsmittels in Bezug auf die Reduktion der Haftungsenergie deutlich.

Aus Tabelle 2 wird die Effizienz und synergistische Wirkung der Kombination eines (a) wasserlöslichen kationischen Polymeren mit einer (b) wässrigen Dispersion eines Polymerleimungsmittels deutlich, insbesondere durch einen Vergleich der Vergleichbeispiele 8 und 9 gegen das erfindungsgemäße Beispiel 9.
Darüber hinaus zeigt ein Vergleich der erfindungsgemäßen Beispiele 6, 7 und 8 mit den erfindungsgemäßen Beispielen 9, 10 und 1 1 , dass die Reduktion der Haftungsenergie parallel zur Reduktion der Ablagerungen verläuft.
Claims
1. Verfahren zur Reduktion von Ablagerungen in der Trockenpartie bei der Herstellung von Papier, Pappe und Karton, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man (a) min- destens eines wasserlöslichen kationischen Polymeren und (b) mindestens einer wässrigen Dispersion eines Polymerleimungsmittels zu einem Papierstoff zugibt, den Papierstoffs unter Blattbildung entwässert und die Papierprodukte trocknet.
2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das wasserlösliche kationische Polymere (a) ausgewählt ist aus der Gruppe der Vinylamineinheiten enthaltenden Polymerisate, kationischen Homo- und Copolymeren des (Meth)acrylamids, Polyallylaminen, Polyaminoalkylvinylether, mit Epihalohydrin umgesetzte Polyamidoaminverbindungen und Polyaminverbindungen, amphote- ren Polymeren mit einer kationischen Gesamtladung, Ethylenimineinheiten ent- haltenden Polymeren und Homopolymeren mit kationischen oder protonierbaren
Gruppen.
3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man als Vinylamineinheiten enthaltende Polymere Reaktionsprodukte einsetzt, die erhältlich sind
durch Polymerisieren mindestens eines Monomeren der Formel
in der R1, R2 = H oder d- bis C6-Alkyl bedeuten,
und anschließende teilweise oder vollständige Abspaltung der Gruppen - CO-R1 aus den in das Polymerisat einpolymerisierten Einheiten der Monomeren (I) unter Bildung von Aminogruppen
und/oder
durch Hofmann-Abbau von Polymeren, die Acrylamid- und/oder Methacry- lamideinheiten aufweisen.

Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man als Ethylenimineinheiten enthaltenden Polymere mindestens ein wasserlösliches kationisches Polymer aus der Gruppe der Homopolymerisate des Ethylenimins, mit mindestens bifunktionellen Vernetzern umgesetzten Polyethylenimine, mit Ethylenimin gepfropften Polyamidoamine, die mit mindestens bifunktio- nellen Vernetzern umgesetzt sind,
Umsetzungsprodukte von Polyethyleniminen mit einbasischen Carbonsäuren zu amidierten Polyethyleniminen,
Michaeladditionsprodukte von Polyethyleniminen an ethylenisch ungesättigte Säuren, Salze, Ester, Amide oder Nitrile von monoethylenisch ungesä- titgten Carbonsäuren, phosphonomethylierten Polyethylenimine, carboxylierten Polyethylenimine und alkoxylierten Polyethylenimine
einsetzt.
5. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man als wässrige Dispersion eines Polymerleimungsmittels (b) eine feinteilige, kationische oder amphotere, wässrige Polymerdispersion einsetzt, die durch eine zweistufige Po- lymerisation erhältlich ist, wobei in der ersten Polymerisationsstufe ein Vorpolymerisat hergestellt wird und anschließend in einer wässrigen Lösung dieses Vorpolymerisats in Gegenwart von ethylenisch ungesättigten Monomeren eine E- mulsionspolymerisation durchgeführt wird.
6. Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Vorpolymerisat erhältlich ist durch Lösungspolymerisation von
(i) stickstoffhaltigen Monomeren, die eine Aminogruppe und/oder quartäre
Ammoniumgruppe tragen, (ii) nichtionischen, hydrophoben, ethylenisch ungesättigten Monomeren,
(iii) gegebenenfalls Säuregruppen enthaltenden ethylenisch ungesättigten Monomeren, und
(iv) gegebenenfalls nichtionischen, hydrophilen, ethylenisch ungesättigten Monomeren,
und dieses Vorpolymerisat anschließend in Gegenwart von ethylenisch ungesättigten Monomeren eine Emulsionspolymerisation unterworfen wird, wobei als e- thylenisch ungesättigte Monomere ein Monomerengemisch aus nichtionischen, hydrophoben, ethylenisch ungesättigten Monomeren eingesetzt wird.
7. Verfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Komponenten (a) und (b) in jeder beliebigen Reihenfolge oder als Mischung dem Papierstoff zugesetzt werden.
