Abstract

Claims

A packaging container with a blank made of paperboard (cardboard), from which a tray is folded which accommodates the goods to be packaged, and with a back (12) and a side wall, from the edge (18,22,32) of which remote from the back (12) at least one tab (20,24) made of paperboard (cardboard) is bent outwards, and with a plastics material part which is sealed to the tab(s) (20,24), which closes the tray, holds it together by means the sealed joint and provides an unobstructed, preferably free or at least approximately free view into the interior of the tray, characterised in that a flap (28) serving to open the packaging container is divided off from the tray, which flap has an outwardly bent pull-open tab which adjoins the plastics material part and is sealed thereto in a peelable manner.

A packaging container according to any one of Claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the tabs (20,24) and the pull-open tab lie at least partly in one plane, and in that the plastics material part consists of plastics film (10) and has one or more flat portions which can be set at an angle relative to one another.
A packaging container according to any one of Claims 1 to 6, characterised in that the tabs (20,24) and the pull-open tab are at least partly inclined relative to one another, and in that the plastics material part consists of plastics film (10) and bulges inwardly or outwardly at least in sections.

A packaging container according to any one of Claims 10 to 12, characterised in that the flap (28) is a side wall of the tray which is articulated to the back (12) and which is offset inwards in relation to adjoining side walls (14) substantially by the width of the pull-open tab.
A packaging container according to any one of Claims 10 to 13, characterised in that the plastics material part extends at least in sections parallel to the back (12) of the tray.
A packaging container according to any one of Claims 10 to 14, characterised in that the plastics material part is obliquely inclined at least in sections relative to the back (12) of the tray.
A packaging container according to any one of Claims 1 to 15, characterised in that the plastics material part consists of biodegradable plastics material.
