Abstract
Eine Sende-/Empfangsvorrichtung (100) zur Kommunikation in einem Mobilfunknetz. Die Sende-/Empfangsvorrichtung (100) umfasst eine Einrichtung (110) zum Erfassen von Signalen eines Senders des Mobilfunknetzes und wenigstens eines weiteren Senders, der sich im Empfangsbereich der Sende-/Empfangsvorrichtung (100) befindet. Die Sende-/Empfangsvorrichtung (100) weist ferner eine Einrichtung (120) zum Bereitstellen von Priorisierungsinformationen für den Sender des Mobilfunknetzes und den wenigstens einen weiteren Sender auf, wobei die Priorisierungsinformationen so ausgebildet sind, dass eine höhere Priorität zugeordnet wird für einen Sender, der eine genauere Lokalisierung der Sende-/Empfangsvorrichtung (100) erlaubt im Vergleich zu einem Sender, der eine ungenauere Lokalisierung der Sende-/Empfangsvorrichtung (100) erlaubt. Die Sende-/Empfangsvorrichtung (100) umfasst ferner eine Einrichtung (130) zum Auswählen von Lokalisierungsdaten des Senders, der eine höhere Priorität hat und eine Einrichtung (140) zum Senden der Lokalisierungsdaten oder einer aus den Lokalisierungsdaten bestimmten Position. A transceiver (100) for communicating in a cellular network. The transmitting / receiving device (100) comprises a device (110) for detecting signals of a transmitter of the mobile radio network and at least one further transmitter, which is located in the reception range of the transceiver device (100). The transceiver device (100) further comprises a device (120) for providing prioritization information for the transmitter of the mobile radio network and the at least one further transmitter, wherein the prioritization information is configured such that a higher priority is assigned for a transmitter which a more accurate location of the transceiver (100) is allowed as compared to a transmitter that allows inaccurate location of the transceiver (100). The transceiver device (100) further comprises means (130) for selecting location information of the transmitter having a higher priority and means (140) for transmitting the location data or a position determined from the location data.
