Abstract
Die Vorrichtung zur Bearbeitung von durchlaufenden Bogen
oder Bahnen aus Papier, Pappe oder Folienmaterial die
einzeln oder mehrlagig eine vorgeschaltete Bearbeitungsmaschine,
beispielsweise eine Falzmaschine (9), durchlaufen
haben, ist mit wenigstens einem Werkzeug (W1 bis W6)
zur Bearbeitung, insbesondere zum Schneiden, Perforieren
oder Rillen ausgerüstet, das quer zur Durchlaufrichtung
auf einer oder mehreren Führungen (3, 4, 5) verstellbar
und in exakt definierten Positionen fixierbar ist. Um das
oder die Werkzeuge einfach und sicher in Bezug auf eine
selbst verstellbare Referenzeinrichtung exakt in eine gewünschte
Arbeitsposition bringen zu können,
ist das Werkzeug bzw. sind die Werkzeuge(W1 bis W6) jeweils
mit einem elektrischen Positionsgeber (23) versehen,
der beim Verschieben des Werkzeugs gegenüber einem
stationären Referenzelement (Zahnstange 3, 3') einen
elektrischen Meßwert verändert und/oder wegabhängige Verstellsignale
erzeugt. Dabei definieren die Meßwerte bzw.
die Verstellsignale jeweils die Größe des transversalen
Abstands des Werkzeugs (W1 bis W6) von einem in Verschieberichtung
einstellbaren Bogenleitorgans (14). Die Meßwerte
werden einer elektronischen Referenzschaltung eines
Prozessors (40) zugeführt. Die Meßwerte bzw. die Verstellsignale
und/oder deren jeweilige Abweichung bzw.
Übereinstimmung von bzw. mit einem manuell eingebbaren
Positionssollwert (52, 53, 54) werden auf einem Display
angezeigt.
