3, ohne daß der Tragwalzenantrieb nochmals
eingeschaltet werden müßte. Wenn die neue Wickelhülse
8' in das Wickelbett 7 eintritt, klebt ihr Umfang am
Bahnanfang 24 fest. Sobald die Wickelvorrichtung wieder
in Lauf gesetzt wird, wird eine neue Wickelrolle auf

Claims (10)
- Method for transferring a web of material from a wound roll to a winding tube, in which the web is completely cut through in the transverse direction and provided with double-sided adhesive tape and also in a transfer region the end of the web is stuck to the wound roll and the beginning of the web is stuck to the winding tube, characterised in that the web is cut through at a distance before the transfer region and the adhesive tape is stuck over the cutting line while still cutting, in that the web is transported further until the cutting line is in the transfer region, and in that there the adhesive tape is torn by increasing the web tension.
- Method according to claim 1, characterised in that the transfer region includes the winding bed of a supporting-roller winder.
- Method according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that tearing of the adhesive tape is effected during ejection of the wound roll.
- Method according to any of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that after tearing of the adhesive tape the wound roll is moved only by the ejection operation and in the process the end of the web is pressed against the circumference of the wound roll along a line which travels in the circumferential direction until the end of the web is stuck on.
- Winding apparatus for a web of material (1) with a cutting device (10) for completely cutting through the web of material (1) in the transverse direction, an applicator (11) for double-sided adhesive tape (19) and a transfer region (6) in which the end of the web is stuck to a wound roll (3) and the beginning of the web is stuck to a winding tube (8), characterised in that the cutting device (10) and the applicator (11) are arranged at a distance before the transfer region (6) and in that the applicator (11) follows the cutting device (10) and sticks the adhesive tape (19) over the previously made cutting line (22).
- Apparatus according to claim 5, characterised in that two supporting rollers (4, 5) are provided for the wound roll (3) and the transfer region (6) includes the winding bed (7) of the supporting rollers.
- Apparatus according to claim 5 or 6, characterised in that cutting device (10) and applicator (11) are mounted on a common support (12) which is displaceable transversely to the web of material (1).
- Apparatus according to claim 5 or 7, characterised in that adjacent to the winding bed (7) is an ejector (30), on actuation of which the adhesive tape (19) tears.
- Apparatus according to any of claims 5 to 8, characterised by a pressure element (38) which can be applied to the circumference of a wound roll (3) and which, during the movement of ejection of the wound roll (3), moves relative to it in the circumferential direction.
- Apparatus according to claim 9, characterised in that the ejector (30) comprises an ejector tube (31) which is mounted on ejector levers (32) which are pivotable about an axis below the wound roll (3), and in that on the ejector levers (32) are mounted pressure levers (36) which can be actuated by a hydraulic cylinder (37) and carry the pressure element (38).
