Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine zweistufige Druckzerstäuberdüse mit einem Düsenkörper (30) mit Mischkammer (39), welche über eine Düsenaustrittsbohrung (33) mit einem Aussenraum in Verbindung steht und mit einem ersten Zufuhrkanal (42) mit einer Zuführungbohrung (41) für eine zu zerstäubende Flüssigkeit (37), durch welche besagte Flüssigkeit (37) drallfrei und unter Druck zuführbar ist, wobei in die Kammer (39) mindestens ein weiterer Zufuhrkanal (36) für einen Teil der zu zerstäubenden Flüssigkeit (37) oder für eine zweite zu zerstäubende Flüssigkeit (37') mündet, durch welchen besagte Flüssigkeit (37, 37') unter Druck und mit Drall zuführbar ist. Die Zuführungsbohrung (41) des ersten Zufuhrkanales (42) liegt mit der Düsenaustrittsbohrung (33) auf einer Achse (34). Sie ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der austrittsseitige Durchmesser (da) der Düsenaustrittsbohrung (33) höchstens so gross ist wie der Durchmesser (dz) der Zuführungsbohrung (41) und die Länge (L) der Düsenaustrittsbohrung (33) mindestens das 2- bis maximal 10-fache des austrittsseitigen Durchmessers (da) der Düsenaustrittsbohrung (33) beträgt.

The invention relates to a two-stage pressure atomizer nozzle with a nozzle body (30) with a mixing chamber (39), which is connected to an outside space via a nozzle outlet bore (33) and with a first feed channel (42) with a feed bore (41) for a liquid to be atomized (37), through which said liquid (37) can be supplied in a swirl-free manner and under pressure, at least one further supply channel (36) for a part of the liquid to be atomized (37) or for a second liquid to be atomized () into the chamber (39). 37 ') opens, through which said liquid (37, 37') can be supplied under pressure and with swirl. The feed bore (41) of the first feed channel (42) lies with the nozzle outlet bore (33) on an axis (34). It is characterized in that the outlet-side diameter (d a ) of the nozzle outlet bore (33) is at most as large as the diameter (d z ) of the feed bore (41) and the length (L) of the nozzle outlet bore (33) is at least 2- to is a maximum of 10 times the outlet-side diameter (d a ) of the nozzle outlet bore (33).
