Abstract
Description
The invention is directed to a shoe sole in the form of an insole or as part of a shoe with a foot facing the user Cover, wherein at least a part of the shoe sole is designed to be damping is.
It is known, for example, from German patent application P 44 o3 889, Shoe soles or insoles, especially for protective work shoes, provided with damping elements to protect the user from shock loads to protect the feet caused by putting them on while walking, or the outside due to vibrations on the body be transmitted.
The invention is based, additionally or alternatively to the task known damping elements to further reduce the shock load and to increase comfort.
This object is achieved in that the inside the sole of the shoe on its upper side and / or at least part of it Basic body is provided with a pillow, which with a highly elastic Polyurethane gel is filled.
Such a cushion provides surprisingly advantageous shock absorption properties achieved. Such highly elastic polyurethane gels are commercially available.
According to the invention, for the present application purpose in particular Considered a gel whose physical state is between firm and fluid and which is due to a three-dimensional network structure is formed, which is dispersed in a homogeneous, liquid phase. The network and the liquid phase thus penetrate each other. On such a network can be created by the reaction of one polyfunctional polyol with a polyisocyanate. Part of it remains of the reaction product has a lower molecular weight, which always some limited fluidity is maintained, and so acts as a dispersion medium, which is defined in the network and herein is immobilized. There is also a particularly advantageous property in that the flexible properties are permanently preserved and not be affected by migration.
A gel cushion according to the invention can either be an insole cover the sole of the shoe completely or only in particularly stressed areas Areas such as the heel area. About that A combination of these measures is also conceivable, e.g. the Insert a pillow in the heel area and apply one additional, flat pillow on the entire sole. Furthermore it is conceivable to shape the cover of the pillow so that it largely on the one hand flatly covers the sole and on the other hand protrusions or shoulders has that in particularly stressed places in recesses of Intervene sole.

A hydraulic damping element 4, as for example from DE

As can be seen in Fig. 2, the damping element 4 with its

As can be seen from FIG. 3, a
Deviating from the illustrated embodiment, the separate
