Die Erfindung betrifft ein Stellorgan, nämlich Drehkegelventil mit einem Ventilgehäuse, in dem an einem Drehkegel ein Kegelsegment befestigt ist, das in beiden Durchflußrichtungen mit einem Ventilsitzring zusammenwirkt, wobei das Kegelsegment und der Ventilsitzring aus keramischen oder nichtmetallischen Werkstoffen oder Metall bestehen.The invention relates to an actuator, namely a rotary cone valve with a valve housing in which a cone segment is attached to a rotary cone, which interacts with a valve seat ring in both flow directions, whereby the cone segment and the valve seat ring consist of ceramic or non-metallic materials or metal.
Derartige Stellorgane sind bekannt, wobei solche Drehkegelventile insbesondere bei Medien eingesetzt werden, die aggressiv sind und sehr hohe Feststoff anteile mit sich führen und somit in hohem Maße bei bestimmten Werkstoffen Korrosion, Erosion und Kavitation hervorrufen. Bisher werden für die Problemteile eines solchen Stellventils Sonder- oder Panzerwerkstoffe verwendet. Drehkegelventile in dieser Ausführung werden beispielsweise bei Rauchgasentschwefelungsanlagen in Kraftwerken sowie bei Kalkmilch oder Quarzsand führenden Leitungen und sonstigen schwierigen Medien verwendet. Um solche Ventile für diese kritischen Anwendungen geeignet zu machen, sind bestimmte Teile aus abriebfesten, keramischen Werkstoffen, Metall oder Kunststoff. Es ergibt sich hierbei aber der Nachteil, daß das Kegelventilgehäuse gegenüber diesen Medien ungeschützt ist.Such control elements are known, whereby such rotary plug valves are used in particular for media that are aggressive and contain very high solids content and thus cause a high degree of corrosion, erosion and cavitation in certain materials. Die Erfindung bringt den Vorteil, daß in Verbindung mit problematischen Medien hohe Standzeiten erreicht werden, und daß der Verschleiß am Sitzeinsatz und an der Schutzhülse auf ein Minimum beschränkt wird. Es ergibt sich weiterhin der Vorteil, daß der Sitzring sowie die Schutzhülse ggfs. schnell ausgewechselt werden können, so daß ein Verschleiß am Drehkeglventilgehäuse ausgeschlossen ist. Das in den Figuren 1 und 2 dargestellte Drehkegelventil besteht aus einem Ventilgehäuse 4, in dem an einer Antriebswelle 1 und einem Lagerzapfen 11 ein Drehkegel 2 angeordnet ist, der mit einem Kegelsegment 12 versehen ist. Diese Schutzhülse 5 ist mit ihrer äußeren Ringfläche mittels einer Verbindung 10 an dem Gehäuse 4 befestigt, wobei die Verbindung sowohl fest als auch elastisch vorgesehen sein kann (vorteilhaft Klebeverbindung). Weiterhin ergeben sich gegenüber der inneren Stirnseite 14 und auch zu beiden Seiten der Welle 1 bzw. des Lagerzapfens 11 Toleranzabstände 9, die so ausgebildet sind, daß kein Bruch infolge unterschiedlicher Ausdehnungen zwischen den Materialien entstehen kann.The valve housing 4 is cylindrical in its direction extending in the flow direction 13 and a cylindrical protective sleeve 5 is inserted, which extends from the inner end face 14 in the area of the seat ring 6 to the outer end of the housing 4.
