Abstract

In a two-part dispenser cap (1) with a security device, a first part (4) is solidly connected to a neck (3) of a container (2) and a second part (6) is screwed to the first part (4). The second part (6) can selectively assume a lowered closed position, in which it exhibits a mouth (7) which is closed by a wall (8) of the first part (4), preventing exit of a product contained in the container (2), and a raised open position in which the mouth (7) is distanced from the wall (8), permitting product to flow out of the container (2). An annular body (11) is connected to the firs part (4) by means of first easy-break ribs (10) destined to break on insertion of the dispenser cap (1). A security strip (9) is connected to the annular body (11) by means of second easy-break ribs (13) destined to break on first opening of the container (2).

Claims

1. Two-part dispenser cap (1) with guarantee closure, intended for use on a container (2) provided with a neck (3), containing:

a first part (4) which is fixedly attached to the neck (3) of the container (2) in such a way as to close the filling opening of the same and which has at least one opening (5) for the exit of a product contained in the container (2);

a second part (6) connected to the first part (4) in such a way that said second part (6) can be slid up and down in relation to said first part (4) and which has an opening (7) for the passage of the product, which opening (7) communicates with said opening (5); said second part (6) being able to assume, during use, a first, downwardly pushed closed position in which it rests in contact with a wall (8) of the first part (4), said wall (8) being designed and arranged to close said opening (7) to prevent said product from escaping, and a second, upwardly pushed position in which the opening (7) of the second part (6) is away from said wall (8) of the first part (4) so that said product can escape from the container (2), characterized by

an annular body (11) which is inserted into a recess (12) is inserted, provided by the second part (6), and is connected to the first part (4) by means of easily breakable webs (10) intended to break when the dispenser cap (1) is first placed on the container (2) by the effect of pressing the second part (6) downwards in the axial direction relative to the first part (4);

a safety ring (9) with an internal projection (24) connected to the annular body (11) by means of second easily breakable webs (13) intended to break when the container (2) is first opened by the effect of pulling up the second part (6) in the axial direction relative to the neck of the container.

Two-part dispenser cap according to claim 1, in which the second part (6) has an inwardly projecting annular elevation (26) arranged near an upper end of said recess (12) and contactingly cooperating with said first, easily breakable webs (10) in such a way that said first, easily breakable webs (10) break when the second part (6) is pressed down in the axial direction relative to the first part (4).

Two-part dispenser cap according to claim 1, in which the second part (6) has a number of elastically flexible strips (28) which cooperate with projections (27) arranged on the first part (4) in such a way that each time the container is opened or closed at least an audible cracking noise from the said strips (28) is audible.
