Abstract
Description
Das Rohrstück 7 weist einen auf einer Spirale verlaufenden Steg 8 auf und ist mit Hilfe des Klebers 3 in den Endscheiben 4 und 5 fest angebunden. Das Rohrstück 7 ist über den größten Teil seiner axialen Höhe undurchlässig und weist nur in seinem oberen der Endscheibe 4 zugewandten Bereich radiale Öffnungen 9 auf. Der Rohreinsatz 6 liegt fest an den Spiral-Stegen 8 des Rohrstückes 7 an. Zum leichten Einführen des Rohreinsatzes 6 in das Rohrstück 7 ist der Rohreinsatz 6 konisch ausgebildet. Im übrigen ist der Rohreinsatz 6 wie das Rohrstück 7 durch den Kleber 3 fest mit der Endscheibe 4 verbunden. Der Rohreinsatz 6 weist an seinem um die untere Endscheibe verlaufenden Flansch Spiralstege 10 auf, die die von den Stegen 8 gebildeten Kanäle nach radial außen fortführen. Durch die Stege 8 und 10 werden jeweils geschlossene Strömungskanäle 11 bzw. 12 geschaffen. Durch die beschriebene Formgebung der Schikaneeinbauteile wird der Kraftstoff in einer zur Wasserabscheidung äußerst günstigen Weise strömungsmäßig umgelegt Die Spiralstege sorgen insbesondere dafür, daß lange Kontaktwege zu dem strömenden Medium bestehen, um so die Koalierungszeit zu verlängern. Dadurch wird gleichzeitig ein sicheres Dekantieren des Wassers auf der Filterreinseite bewirkt.
