BeschreibungDescription

Die Erfindung betrifft die Verwendung einer Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1.The invention relates to the use of a device according to claim 1.

Problemproblem

In medicine, biopsy needles are used to take tissue samples from the patient's body. Among other things, biopsy needles are well-known, e.g. so-called Sedan needles, which have an elongated aspiration opening at the distal end of the outer and inner cannula, as shown in Fig. 1. As both openings are directly on top of each other, it is possible to suck tissue into the opening of the inner cannula with the help of an aspiration syringe. By twisting the two cannulas against each other, the tissue in the inner cannula is severed. The disadvantage of this is that the blunt cutting edges of the openings mean that the tissue is severed more by squeezing than by cutting. This makes the sample smaller than the volume of the aspiration opening and the tissue obtained is damaged.

The object of the invention is to develop an aspiration opening which avoids the described disadvantages and which delivers tissue samples of high quality.

LösungSolution

Die Lösung des dargestellten Problems wird in den folgenden Figuren erläutert:The solution to the problem presented is explained in the following figures:

Fig. 1 a - Gesamtansicht der BiopsievorrichtungFig. 1 a - Overall view of the biopsy device

b - Aspirationsöffnung im geöffneten Zustandb - Aspiration opening in the open state

Fig. 2 a - Gesamtansicht der Aspirationsöffnung der Innenkanüle

Fig. 2 a - Overall view of the aspiration opening of the inner cannula
b - Side view of the aspiration opening of the inner cannula
c - Cross-sectional view of the aspiration opening of the inner cannula

Fig. 1a zeigt die Gesamtansicht einer Biopsievorrichtung. Fig. 1a shows the overall view of a biopsy device. Fig. 1b shows the aspiration opening (1), which is formed by openings in the outer cannula (2) and inner cannula (3). Fig. 2a shows the view of the opening (4) of the inner cannula (3). The opening (4) of the inner cannula is designed as in Fig. 2c so that a cutting edge (5) is created on the outer edge. Analogously, the outer cannula has a corresponding grinding on the inner edge of the opening. In the inner cannula, as can be seen in Fig. 2b, the cutout of the opening (4) is designed to be slightly beveled towards the distal end of the cannula (6), so that when the cutting edges are rotated, a sliding intersection point is created, similar to a

This sliding intersection point is maintained even if the inner cannula is twisted by torsion, since the beveled edge follows the torsional movement.

The advantage of the invention is that the measures mentioned mean that when the cannulas are rotated against each other, the tissue sample is cut cleanly and no longer crushed. The quality of the sample obtained is therefore no longer impaired by unclean cutting edges and the volume of the sample is larger. Furthermore, due to the ground edges, less cutting force is required than when using a conventional aspiration opening.
